The Co-operative Travel

Negative experience: I was only looking for a price, I explained to the woman what, where and when I was looking for and I also had price from the co-op online, unfortunately I couldn't remember the name of the hotel, I did remember the price though, I said the hotel that was priced was about 1.5k away from the centre, "No don't believe its that price!" "impossible" "never!" So rude it was unbelievable, she looked on line found the hotel, eventually, "that's the one" I said, "no it's not, that's 1.6k away from the centre!" "Thats nor company, its a company we use on our website" She said. Lo and behold it was the price I said. Another assistant stepped in to deflect her colleagues attitude and tried to make a joke of it, I just said "she is so rude with a terrible attitude" I walked out, she had no interest in helping, the other lady, afro-carribean lady was lovely, she tried her best to make the most of a bad situation. Cut a long story short I went with TUI, Jo, from TUI at the Fort shopping centre Birmigham, amazing, couldn't do enough for me.
