Fantastic experience: We reached out to trail finders to help add a relaxing holiday onto an existing trip. We spoke to Tracey who was very knowledgable and incredibly helpful. After understanding what we liked, and disliked, she advised on the different options we should consider, as well as those that would avoid 1 way flights and thus keep the cost down. After picking the area we wanted to go, Tracey was thorough in finding the best places and trips to make our holiday extra special. We weren’t the easiest customer, looking to explore different versions and options, but Tracey was super friendly, helpful and flexible throughout, working hard to find cost effective solution, not focusing on problems, to allow us to get exactly what we were looking for. If you’re looking to book a holiday, then I’d advise making a beeline for Tracey. Our holiday looks incredible and I very much believe it’s that much better for having Tracey helping us. Fantastic experience: We’re on our way home from the most incredible time in Canada! Tasmine at Trailfinders in Milton Keynes did an unreal job in arranging our trip - she was super helpful in booking all our flights and accommodation making the family trip of 8 people a hell of a lot easier! She also gave us some great recommendations as she’d travelled the same trip. I highly recommend Trailfinders for travelling round Canada - especially when arranging a trip for a large group. Tasmine was a godsend, we’re so grateful for her help!!

Fantastic experience: Trailfinders is best place to go if you are looking to either combine your trip or go different places. Clare was brilliant and so helpful when my wife and i came in to book our dream trip to Australia. We even went back to see Clare to book another trip to America. Clare was great very knowledgeable and gave us good advice and recommendations on different parts of what we wanted to do. Would highly recommend and would definately go there again. Can't wait for our holidays now

Fantastic experience: I was mid honeymoon with Trialfinders when I needed to amend one of my bookings. I was put through to (your friend and mine) Peter from Milton Keynes who saved the day. He was able to quickly cancel and rebook a day trip, which had an enormous positive impact on our honeymoon. Fantastic experience: So helpful

Negative experience: Really unimpressed when reaching out to an agent who spoke down at me. Would never give a company like this my money. Thankfully we found an alternative travel firm who was more helpful and extremely friendly.

Negative experience: Dropped in today (Sunday) around 4:30pm and waited until someone became free. We’ve already booked our honeymoon with Trailfinders and I just had a couple of questions. The guy (I believe his name was Michael) that I spoke to was so absolutely blunt and unhelpful he made me feel really stupid. After my 3 questions I stood up to leave, he didn’t even say thank you for calling in or enjoy your honeymoon or anything. For the amount of money we are spending I would expect the same level of customer service from anyone we make contact with. Thankfully we booked though someone else on the phone who always answered our endless questions with patience and friendliness. If you want to feel valued as a customer, don’t bother speaking to Michael at the MK branch.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience booking our honeymoon through Tracey today. She listened carefully and was happy to explore every possible option with us. She created a holiday for us that was exactly what we wanted, even if we didn't initially know what that was. Positive experience: Website says opens at 10am on Sunday, but it doesn’t!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak more highly of Kyle and his colleagues at Trailfinders, Milton Keynes. We had planned a one month trip to Australia with everything booked and confirmed after a year of planning! Kyle and the team managed this superbly well and we were ready to go! However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to change our holiday arrangements at extremely short notice and postpone our trip. Kyle took this in his stride and rearranged everything quickly, efficiently and without fuss. Trailfinders go way beyond the level of service we have had with other companies. I strongly recommend them if you are looking for high levels of service delivered by a courteous and knowledgeable team! Thank you to Kyle and his colleagues!

Fantastic experience: I went into trailfinders MK branch today to book a flight for my family, I was a little nervous due to covid complications but the young man who served me, Kyle Osgood was very professional, explained everything to me and managed to get my flights booked pretty fast. The stress of booking and dealing with this myself was completely taken from my shoulders which I'm very grateful for. Fantastic experience: Booked my honeymoon with these guys. We had to reschedule because of covid. First time around they were so good sorting the refund. I then went back in to rebook and was helped by Tasmine Castle. You could just tell she had time for me which was really nice whilst carrying a child in tow! Would highly recommend ☺️

Fantastic experience: Excellent service every time. These guys really know their stuff. I just give them my budget and a rough idea of where I'm thinking of going and they put together the most amazing trips with everything taken care of and the best itineraries. The staff is super friendly, yet professional, always make me feel like I'm in good hands from start to finish and that I get the best value for my money here. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Went in there waited for 15 mins no one asked nothing left rang up on hold for 20 mins

Negative experience: I have been trying to organise a winter sun holiday with Natasha and Alice at the Milton Keynes branch. The brief was an aprox 4k budget and I was open minded to location etc. My expectation was to have a choice of destinations/itineraries to pick from. Although the staff were friendly and polite I was given just the one choice (flight and 7 days at a 5 star hotel in Sharm el Sheikh). I called repeatedly to see if there were any other options. My calls were ignored and not returned. After 2 weeks I have now given up chasing.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Lauren! This is a great service. Lauren Davies was very helpful and outlined the options for a trip to Dubai. My girlfriend is abroad, which makes things a bit trickier, but Lauren was still keen to help. We will definitely use this service for our next trip to Maldives!

Fantastic experience: We have been dealing with the new Manager of TMK (Kyle) for 2 years now (long before he took on his new role) and he has been extremely supportive, helpful, responsive and adaptable with us over this period. We have also used Trailfinders for a good few years and the way they work makes them a very hard act to follow. No need to look elsewhere........more to follow after we complete our next booking.....in a few weeks

Negative experience: I have now visited 3 times, first time (23/7) the lady could not of been more helpful. Since then I have been twice to try and talk with someone and been left standing at the door! You have a sign out side saying to wait and be called in, one on the door saying let’s talk so it’s not just the government giving mixed messages. Everyone seems to be on calls so what should you do! Makes me wonder how companies win these awards they are so happy to display.

Fantastic experience: Saul at Milton Keynes office gave me a kind and helpful courtesy call after I submitted an enquiry online - this is greatly appreciated considering airlines do anything not to engage with customers unless eliciting a payment - Trailfinders has always been the best and remain so right from my backpacking days when I lived and travelled from London to today, when I mostly live in Asia. Exemplary company and proof that companies can excel in each part of their service if the will is there
