Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a Route 66 trip organised by C.N.A. I cannot speak highly enough of the organisation of our trip by Duncan. Every detail of the trip was covered, we were given books to help us navigate across America and find the things that are off the beaten track which is part of the Route 66 experience. I would recommend C.N.A to anyone, there planning and attention to detail was excellent If I ever plan another road trip Duncan and Nicola will be the first people I will contact to arrange it.

Fantastic experience: We had three amazing weeks in south west USA. Everything was so well organised by Complete North America , Duncan and his team. Great accommodation, hassle free car hire and a personalised itinerary all based around our requirements and interests. We would never have seen some of the incredible sights without Duncan’s advice. Absolutely brilliant and if we ever get the chance to repeat what was originally a once in a lifetime holiday we will definitely use Duncan and his team again ! Thankyou!!

Fantastic experience: Just back from another wonderful trip arranged by Complete North America. Duncan was excellent in organising our self-drive to Las Vegas and surrounding National and State Parks, from initial discussion of route ideas, preparing an itinerary, tweeking and amending until it was perfect, to receipt of a detailed, personalised booklet containing hotel, flight, car information along with maps and ideas of things to do along the route. All we had to do was enjoy the amazing and diverse scenery on our journey. We will definitely book with them again!!

Fantastic experience: Duncan and Nicola listened to what kind of USA trip we were interested in (New England, Boston and New York) and then built it around that. They booked the flights, hotels, inns, Amtrak train and hire car for us. They provided a personalised booklet suggesting places to visit along the route as well as in the towns/cities that we were staying in which was very useful. Everything that they organised worked perfectly. We have no hesitation in recommending them and we are looking at booking another trip to the States with Complete North America..possibly West Coast next time.

Fantastic experience: Hi Duncan We just wanted to say a massive thank you for organising our holiday/adventure. What an amazing adventure we had travelling the Delta Blues in USA , it was just incredible, something we will never forget. Not only were we very impressed with the service, advice, organisation of everything from the beginning to end, but how lovely it was for us to receive a personalised itinerary book of our trip, with every detail we could possibly need, just fabulous. Everything was perfect, cars, hotels, flights ( although we did upgrade) went so smoothly. The Shack up Inn, was definitely something else!! We loved the Country Charm B&B at Breaux bridge, we could have stayed longer, Eric was so nice, nothing too much trouble. Now trying to get over the jet lag. Fantastic experience: We could not recommend Complete North America enough, they organised our entire Route 66 trip, flights, 10 hotels and car hire with not one hitch. We would never have managed to organise a trip like this without them. Communication, cost & service 10/10. You will not get this level of detail and expertise anywhere else. Fantastic experience: WE booked our Route 66 holiday through Sarah at CNA and could not have asked for better she organised it down to the last detail everything went smoothly with no hitches, travel, car hire, hotels, travel documents everything just flowed so easily, Definitely using Complete North America again, in fact booked our next trip courtesy of Miss Sarah Goss just this morning after being home only 3 week, it went so perfectly we have to do it again.. Negative experience: Under the Package Travel Regulations, when a holiday is cancelled by the operator, the customer is entitled to a full cash refund within two weeks. This company however are making me wait a year before I can get my money back, so thousands of pounds of my money can keep them afloat.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant tour operator. They arranged a fly drive 3 week tour for us In 2015. We had some special requests as it was my wifes 50th and they more fulfilled our requirements. They are not the cheapest but are definitely value for money if you want a seamless good quality trip with excellent local knowledge. I highly recommend them. (Handy hint: book your extras like helicopter rides or horse riding with CNA, we did and discovered that we saved a bunch compared to those who booked locally).
