Fantastic experience: Really should do this more often. Fancied a last minute holiday so popped into Key Holidays to see what they had. Didn't have anywhere in mind so Jonathan asked us a few questions about what we liked , what we didn't and so on. Decided to look at the Med since we had seen very little of it and rounded on Greece and the islands. He came up with a few suggestions one of wich was Constantnous Brotheres Athena Beach on Cyprus. Looked great and they had the dates we wanted. Even managed to get us leg room seats. Post holiday have to say the hotel was amazing, staff and food were great. Did a few trips to see bits of the island. Was probably a few degrees hotter than perfect but you can't moan about that. If we went again would probably go for a sea view. Fantastic experience: We've just returned from a fantastic trip arranged by Jaimie from Key Holidays. We went to Orlando for just over 2 weeks and then on a Royal Caribbean cruise to the Western Caribbean. Nothing was too much trouble for Jaimie, including some changes we made prior to going away and even checking out some rumours we heard about visa requirements changing for Honduras while we were away. Jaimie ensured the accommodation we had was perfect for us and our teenage child, that we had all the park tickets and even a ticket for the Kennedy Space Centre. We had the holiday of a lifetime without even a slight glitch. Thanks so much

Fantastic experience: Josh and his team are first class at listening to your ideas and thoughts for that well earned holiday, offering clear guidance and support . They clearly know their stuff and take great interest in tailor making your ideal holiday. Offering input in ideal restaurants and places to visit too. They all clearly care and continually update you when travel plans are thrown into un excepted chaos due to unexpected changes, we even experience challenging travel times during Covid times and both Jamie and Josh. on hand albeit remotely. I would never travel unless key holidays organised my trips. Peace of mind is crucial . Don’t be put off either if you don’t live locally to Stockport booking is so simple, you simply email or call with your thoughts and the expert consultants get you options to discuss . My partner and I live in Leicestershire some clients I hear live overseas but use key holidays . And hasn’t Covid taught us one thing, we can operate remotely ! Does that not speak volumes? We have just returned from the Maldives and wow what a trip tailor made by the team. In summary Key Holidays certainly know their stuff, researching your needs and wants and actually care, always getting feedback . Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: We couldn't recommend Jos more highly. We used him to book our daughter's flights to New Zealand following university. Jos' personal involvement meant we had total peace of mind and confidence that any issues would be resolved. This was tested when a Qatar Airways computer glitch "dropped" the flights from their system two days before departure. The prospect of having to sort this out directly did not bear thinking about. The service provided was excellent, and we wouldn't hesitate to use Key Holidays again.

Fantastic experience: Having made a late decision to go for a holiday in Jersey we went to Key Holidays and were given great professional advice. Well within an hour we were all booked up with good flight times each way. Everything end to end went smoothly, including transfers. Excellent service and an overall good experience. Fantastic experience: I recently rediscovered the benefits of dealing directly with a person in a Travel Agent rather than booking online, What a Joy!! Jamie at Key Holidays is so proactive and responsive, no request is to much trouble. She has arranged two holidays for me this year, both quite complex, with for example one holiday requiring 3 families travelling from different airport to a single destination, and also dealing with my mobility issues. Jamie is incredibly helpful and we are confident we have 2 fantastic holidays to look forward to this year. Phil

Fantastic experience: An amazing service from Debbie. I had tried to book a round trip online to New Zealand. What a nightmare! Trying to find connecting flights - different time zones. Eventually I gave up and arranged to visit Key Holidays. Not only were the flights linked with minimum stop overs, but the price was also no different to online. Happy me and I considered that was the last we would hear. No! One the flight times was changed by the operator. I didn't even pick this up. A call from Debbie made me aware that the transfer time was a little tight. She arranged a different flight. I am delighted that the customer service continues after booking. Quite unexpected! Unfortunately the travel company didn’t do the original tour but we we’re advised with the help from Jonathon we could change to any other tour.
