Negative experience: Booked flights for 7 people in May 2022. We just got a booking reference number. Months we asked for the actual tickets as we paid £5000. They kept saying flights are not yet issued we will issue them soon. Weeks later I asked again the staff said everything is ok and you will get your tickets and go on this flight on 13th October. So after calling them every week for 3 months I finally had enough as my holiday was one week away. Spoke to Jangheer(owner) several times, he assured me my tickets were booked with Qatar. One week before our holiday we called and demanded our tickets, they kept fobbing us off with a piece of paper with a booking reference on. Now I have 10 of these useless papers, still no e ticket numbers and the app constantly saying booking ref invalid. The new paper they issued was showing supposed flights via Gulf air. By this time I was livid, after frantically calling the agents and finally Jangheer they said will refund us. Still no refund. We paid for Qatar seats not Gulf. They even had the cheek to say Qatar has cancelled this flight. Actually the flight is showing live not cancelled. Please can everyone avoid JK travel , they do not have any base/ office in Blackburn. Staff work from home so you can’t really go anywhere to complain. The office in Audley Range is just there so people are reassured. They have scammed us. My bank and Action fraud have been informed. These people have known all along they not booked tickets . Please avoid these scammers

Negative experience: Took my money, only offered to refund me half, avoid at all cost! Was told 6 days before my flight that they had changed my airline after I had transferred them £10,000 for flights to pakistan

Fantastic experience: JK travel is probably the best travel agency I have used. Everytime I have needed to book a flight, the service has been EXCEPTIONAL. They always go out of their way to find the best value fare for me. What makes JK stand out from the others is their after service. On numerous occasions I have had to make changes to my return flights. On every occasion they have provided me exceptional service internationally. I am always worry free. As a frequent flyer, right now (16.03.2021) I am stuck abroad hit by the covid red list. I have made contact with Jk travel and they have supported me in every possible way and gone out of their way to get me a flight back home. This review is well deserved and I will recommend JK to anyone who wants to travel hassle free with the assurance that service doesn't stop after you have purchased a ticket from them. They will get you back home safely too. Thankyou

Negative experience: AVOID AVOID AVOID Thieving people. Absolute joke. Booked a holiday and the package was not what i had booked. Charged me extra money for upgrade of room but ther was no other room to upgrade to. Left me stranded at the airport with no transfer car because these had booked it for the wrong date!!! 5 months later and stil waiting for a little refund and a person to call me back!! Ignored me after first few calls made to them. Dont let this jk trave ruin your holiday and waste your money!!! Dont let them put yu through the stress on yiue holiday. BOOK ELSEWHERE. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Negative experience: One of the staff called Mr gaur tried to con me out of £400.. I ended up having to cancel all my tickets.. One of the worst experience in my life..

Negative experience: My brother booked his honeymoon through this travel company and had the worst experience. Firstly, the transfers which were booked through this company, we're booked on the wrong day. The couple were left stranded at the airport and in the end had to pay triple the amount and get a taxi go the hotel. ( none of which was reimbursed) instead, the guy who we were dealing with, decided to ignore messages and phonecalls and reply a matter of days later. Secondly, when the holiday was booked, they actually got the dates wrong too. So the hotel was booked for the wrong month and we had to call up and correct this, once again. Worst experience for booking holidays. You're best off doing it online or going to a reliable travel agents where they do things professionally and actually respond to your queries rather than ignore you for days on end.

Fantastic experience: Just booked me annual holiday with JK Travel and I have to say I have had the best customer service. I never knew JK Travel could offer the full package as not all local Travel agents do however my personal planner told me all about the holiday packages and got me the best deal they could offer. Highly recommended and I will see you again for any other holidays in the future.
