Fantastic experience: The perfect place to book anything from a short European city break to a two month multi-stop worldwide tour. Staff have excellent knowledge and are super-friendly and helpful. Their reputation for protecting clients and their money is second to none. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Very good travel agency, only downside is I was given a quote without explaining clearly how much time the price was fixed for and eventually price went up a bit. Generally speaking they provide good customer service

Negative experience: Went in to ask about flights to South America. Sadly the prices were £100 more than other outlets. Also the consultant was neither very knowlegble or friendly... Didn't seem very interested in a sale and was very uncommunicative...

Fantastic experience: I booked a holiday to California travelling down the coast by train flying into San Francisco and flying back from LA. This holiday was planned by the very helpful staff, I only gave an idea of what I wanted and a what I could afford. It was just so stress free as everything was booked before we left and exceeded expectations. I will happily use this service again and recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: They are brilliant. They found me a good deal in the first place, then when my trip was cancelled due to the pandemic, they were fantastic. Kept in touch, full refund, and brilliant customer service at every stage. In a time when the travel industry Is having a hard time, and travellers are also having a hard time, they have been faultless. I will definitely use them as soon as I can travel again!

Negative experience: I went to enquire about a holiday.Got quoted for things i did not want.Then told that if i want a requote i would be charged £50.Best to just book your own flight.They cwrtainly do not care about the customer.I ended up telling them about places in New Zealand I thought Traildinders employs people who like to give advice.It is all commission they care about.I was so offended today going in.Terrible business.One day bookings will not be with travel agents.I was totally astonished at the question.No one wants to help and feels a wast of time to help!
