Fantastic experience: We decided to retrace my wife's family history in Assam dating as far back as 1863. Katie Blake was tasked with recreating a similar journey made by my wife's aunt & father some 30 years ago. We flew to Kolkata and spent 3 weeks travelling with the most amazing guides and visiting hospital, churches and tea estates directly connected with the family. The choice of carriers, guides and hotels was perfect, the cruise on the Brahmaputra and visit to manjula island first class. The whole experience was made possible by Katie Blakes understanding and comprehensive network of companies and contacts throughout India. Fantastic experience: My fiancee and I decided to get married overseas and entrusted the arrangements Blake travel. Katie organised everything and completely removed the stress and confusion that we were quickly encountering when looking at options ourselves. We were married in Bali and the trip could not have been more wonderful. We had just the right balance of adventure, activity and relaxation. The wedding itself was romantic in a beautiful setting and we will remember it for the rest of our lives. The experience was totally stress free and we would not change a thing. As well as the wedding we had activities arranged for private boat trips, diving with turtles and feeding monkeys, as well as tours with local guides. The hotels were phenomenal and something we never would have found on our own. Katie's local knowledge is priceless as is her support while away.

Fantastic experience: 100 5 stars! We went on holiday and it wasn't stressful, said no one ever, well I just said it and I really mean it!! My 2 kids, my parents and I went to Disney Land Paris and we all loved it and will definitely go again with the help of Katie. Katie was friendly, professional and exciting to work with, her energy is exactly what you need when booking a holiday, she organised everything, hotels, meals, trains, Disney park tickets, my vegan diet, rides, the list goes on and nothing was a problem. Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful bespoke honeymoon organised by Katie combining a city break followed by a relaxing beach holiday. She took lots of time to understand what we were looking for and arranged a great range of tours with local guides. Transfers were seamless and the local hotels and suppliers were very attentive and helpful while we were there. Everything felt set up to be both relaxing and opulent and the hotel choices were great!

Fantastic experience: I was blown away with the service from Blake Private Travel. My wife and I gave Katie the large task of finding us a 1 month yoga teachers training course, anywhere in the world, on a stated budget, only between specific dates, with vaccine specifications. Within that week, katie had found us the perfect course in Koh Phangan, Thailand, speaking to both of our physical and spiritual needs. Including local travel, tours and accommodation in Bangkok, Samui and Koh Phangan. We were given an offline app to have every bit of information at hand to travel with which felt like Katie was there to support us every step of the way! Magical!

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I asked Katie to help plan our family trip of a lifetime to the Far East. We are a family of six and wanted to visit Vietnam and Cambodia. Lots of people told me I should just organise it myself as the hotels help to plan days trips etc, but I was worried I would not find it as enjoyable if I was solely responsible for the whole thing. Katie was incredibly helpful in guiding my thought process, finding out about the children and what we wanted to get from the holiday. The hotels and locations she chose for us were perfect and the guides were simply outstanding and made a huge difference to our experience of the countries we were in. The whole holiday was laid out on an app so everything we needed to know was set out clearly each day - timings, requirements, tipping advice etc. Katie was always just a WhatsApp away. I felt much more secure knowing that the whole (expensive) trip was covered by ATOL and it was such a relief that I didn't have to deal with all the last minute flight changes - Katie just calmly told me about them, offered the possible solutions and then sorted it out - which otherwise would have spoiled my holiday experience. I've spoken to Katie about smaller trips to and her contacts and ideas are so helpful. Definitely we will be asking Katie to help with all our holidays from now on. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: Katie booked a brilliant family ski trip for us to Châtel. It was our first time working with Katie and she was brilliant and truly thought of everything. We had no idea where we wanted to go, and she considered a ton of options. When we decided on location and chalet s made sure every detail was considered: Katie was in touch right until the day before we went anyway to check if we had any final concerns. Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I booked with Katie, she really took the stress out of planning a trip! We went for 2 weeks in the Maldives which truly was paradise. Katie made sure every thing was sorted and clear before we went, and whilst travelling during Covid times ensured all the necessary tests and forms that needed to be filled out were clear. Fantastic experience: Katie found and booked the accommodation for my honeymoon with my now wife. She was incredibly attentive and helped us to find a lovely place in the Cotswolds for a mini-honeymoon. She personally ensured that we had the best accommodation, and not only that she followed up with recommendations on where we could visit and dine whilst on our honeymoon. Once we chose where we wanted to go, she then booked tables for us. Excellent level of service and highly recommended!

Dormy House was a perfect suggestion for us and we loved everything about it, the hotel, the spa, the food available and of course being able to borrow wellies and walk in the fields.
