Fantastic experience: We have always booked with Lisa at the Halifax Tui store. Lisa has booked 2 caribbean cruises for us 1 x P&O & 1 x Tui all inclusive. They were both great but we really loved the Tui Merrella one. Lisa has worked there for over 25yrs and id say we have been booking with her all this time and she has lots of knowledge and can recommend the best hotel ships or destination. Fantastic experience: Hi. I booked a fjord cruise with Lisa Partington at thr Halifax store. Lisa was so cheery & Knowledgeable. She explained the different cabins to us and the tours drinks package the dining options and all the prebookable options. We booked the coach too to get us to Southhampton thrOugh Lisa and P&O. THE HOLIDAY WAS OUTSTANDING. We would definatly go to Lias for all our future holidays

Fantastic experience: After a not so nice experience with Michael ( an actual call handler ), I tried again, got through to Tarina ( from the Halifax branch ) and she instantly helped an anxious and worried customer immediately feel better, had just had an email from tui informing us of Building works next door to our holiday hotel in the Caribbean, without going on and on, Tarina straight away put my mind at ease, helped us find a new hotel and even when it was getting near to her finish time she never once tried to hurry me up or cut me off. If the bosses at Tui read these reviews, Tarina could teach a lot of actual call handlers how to deal with Customers, especially ones who we’re worried their trip of a lifetime was going to be ruined. Thank you so much Tarina, a credit to your company.

Fantastic experience: We attended the TUI Halifax branch today 29th Jan 2024 to book a Marella 24 day Caribbean cruise. We have to say the staff were excellent. A wonderful service was provided, all our questions were answered and the best price was given. We will certainly use TUI Halifax again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Leah today - she was exceptional. Guided me through the process and got me booked in for a last minute trip to Morocco. She even organised private transfers and insurance with ease. When I threw a curve-ball in at the end by wanting to change the hotel, she sorted that with zero fuss and inconvenience to me. Today she showed me why it’s not always best to book online - the human factor really helps when it’s someone as competent and cheerful as Leah. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Myself and My Partner went to this store between Christmas and New Year to book a Holiday to Cape Verde, we were seen immediately by Andrea who was polite and very helpful - We knew where we wanted to go and had specific questions on dates, flight times, length of stay, prices, currency and things to do - Andrea answered everything quickly, honestly and in detail - Like many I have over the last few years arranged all of my holidays on line independently - The service I got from Andrea has made me re think that ! Andrea - you are a star and a genuine asset to Tui in Halifax in particular and Tui overall . - Good on you and Happy New Year.

Fantastic experience: Easy, non hassle booking our Marella Cruise with the lovely Amanda. Amanda listened to our needs and got to work her magic with pricing and getting our desired aft facing cabin along with sharing her vast knowledge of Marella Cruises. All round excellent customer service not just from Amanda, but the whole team within the branch.
