Fantastic experience: Booked a cruise with Lily today who was brilliant. We had quite a few questions around wheelchair accessibility on the cruise and flight, she answered everything and got us the perfect cabin and seats on the plane! So much easier than trying to sort it all ourselves online.

Fantastic experience: You know usually I wouldn't book with Tui at all due to all the misfortune and problems I read with them on social media (i prefer Jet2 customer service) First time in my adult life I saw a bargain holiday on their FB page and I emailed to enquire about adding 2 additional children on and the price was still brilliant so I popped down to book. Everything was so smooth, simple and the staff member was lovely too, easy process and the flights were great! On time (slightly early even) and arrived earlier than expected both ways, I genuinely couldn't fault the whole thing. Would I book another last min bargain again with them? Yes I would so keep them coming tui Huddersfield

Fantastic experience: Ellie has recently helped me choose a hotel in Cape Verde. She was exceptionally helpful and patient, explaining the facilities at each hotel and what they offered. She was able to reassure me on home aspects of the hotels which enabled me to make a final choice. I have always had excellent customer service in there and this time was no different. Some travel agents are not very welcoming but not in there!!!! A real helpful bunch!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I came through to Kelda on the phone by chance and she could not have been kinder or more helpful. She told me that she would contact a colleague in another department re my request and call me back. True to her word she did and despite another little hurdle, Kelda and her colleague Sarah went the extra mile to accommodate my request of sitting my son and I together on a long haul fight, thus helping to avoid what would have been a necessary but difficult journey.

Fantastic experience: Visited the TUI Superstore in Huddersfield today after spending literally hours online trying to find good flights and accommodation for our family holiday this summer. We saw Gemma who was amazing. Within minutes, she’d found great flight times and the accommodation we wanted, AND all for less than we’d found online. She took away all the stress and wasted hours! Fantastic experience: Myself and my fiancée recently visited the store on two occasions. On the first visit we were warmly greeted by Sarah, who offered us some ideas/steers and brochures to look through (as we were unsure at that point) A week later we returned to the store to book our honeymoon for next year. Sarah was very knowledgeable, efficient and attentive to our needs/wants and things I didn’t want! (I’m fussy!) Sarah was able to offer us a wide number of options in varying locations as per our brief. Additional note… Sarah was very happy to interact with our 8month daughter, which went into way! Thank you! Positive experience: Really helpful found great hotel just not quite got it right with beach facilities so having pool holiday

Negative experience: The experience of booking on Saturday 1st July was a negative one with Tina skimming through pages on the internet. The whole booking process was rushed. I felt we were being guided towards Rui hotels. Booking online is better. We decided on the Rui palace montego bay On returning home we spent some time looking at reviews and found many comments about plane noise every half hour and gritty synthetic sand on the beach. Only courtyard view rooms available, these do not seem popular on tripadvisor. It’s the first and last time I will do this, three days later my options are lose the £500 deposit or pay £50 each to book a different hotel We opted for the couples sans souci in ocho Rios By the way Tina I don’t like being called darling!
