Fantastic experience: We travelled to Bali in September and had the most fabulous holiday and experience. Jo put together a Gold Medal package, flying with Emirates in economy class. We had 4 nights in Ubud and 8 nights in Nusa Dua. Jo helped us with the visa and provided all the itinery information and links for all other forms. The transfers were included with a fabulous company called Destination Asia and nothing was any trouble for them. I definitely recommend Jo and her colleagues, we were travelling so far from home and they made sure everything ran smoothly. Thank you, we will be back

Fantastic experience: We booked a last minute Jet2 City Break Rome trip with Tivoli for 4 of us. Hotels were limited but Tivoli managed to find one and it was perfect for our long weekend stay (only 20minute walk from the Rome Termini Train Station). Jet 2 as always were spot on - no delays at all and the airline crew were so efficient as always. We crammed a lot into our 3 day visit - the icing on the cake being in the presence of our Holy Father on our trip to the Vatican on Sunday morning. Not expected and we felt blessed - still do actually knowing how many people did not manage to get into St Peter's for his Holy Presence. Definitely booking with Tivoli travel again next year - we can't wait already - what an incredible place.

Fantastic experience: Karen at Tivoli travel Holmfirth was an absolute gem … from enquiring about a suitable cruise itinerary , choosing the right ship , as we didn't want a floating block of flats , and much prefer the smaller ships , she was knowledgeable and so friendly and helpful . After the cruise was booked on MSC Sinfonia, she kept me informed and updated with changes to departure flights , excursions , and offers available . Prior to departure she made sure that everything was complete with pre-boarding , and ensured that we had the correct paperwork printed out for every step of our holiday . It was a perfect cruise for myself and my husband . We will definately be booking with Karen again as she went over and above to ensure that every aspect was stress-free for us . Positive experience: Grand hotel (built @ 1840, huge, easy to get lost in corridors) just 200 metres from sandy beach and endless prom. Self-service, so easier choices and timing. Bournemouth has enormous well-kept central park for walks, football, and cafes - plus short journey time to rest of Dorset, in our case, Salisbury Cathedral was a day trip. Mid-July meant no issues about sea temperature but be ready for a long return journey to West Yorkshire on busy Fridays, especially if national IT networks crash.

Always a pleasure, they are super patient, listen to what you want and do their best to create your holiday perfectly for you! Communication is always spot on, not had any issues whilst travelling but I know should this happen I would be in safe hands. Thanks once again Tivoli.

From the start to the end of our 10 days’ break all the arrangements for travel, hotel bookings and different modes of transfers between locations were delivered with military like precision. In my experience its so much better than using a faceless on-line booking system for the following reasons: They are able to match to match on-line prices. The staff are efficient/friendly and ensure any additional special requests are actioned when liaising with the resort accommodation. The hassle of printing off boarding passes is removed, it's done for you along with seat reservations. Todate I have always been seated with my family/friends at no extra cost. When in resort you are kept updated with return flights by email/text. Personally, i would much prefer to contribute to using and keeping local businesses thriving.

Fantastic experience: We have just spent five week travelling in Vietnam Singapore and Bali and Jo and Amanda organised it all and it all went off without a hitch. Positive experience: A great holiday package to Singapore, a 4 day cruise to Malaysia and Thailand. Then 8 days in Bali. Great hotels. Royal Carribean cruise ship was fantastic. Only down side was visiting Georgetown in Malaysia. Not much there.

Fantastic experience: When we wanted to book a holiday to celebrate our anniversary and joint birthday and wanted to make it personal to us both. We had a problem last year with a holiday booked through Tivoli and although the issue was our problem and nothing to do with Tivoli, Karen and Jo, without hesitation, very kindly helped us sort it out and kept in touch until it was fully resolved. Nothing is too much trouble, we booked again with them this year and we would fully recommend them due to their excellent customer care (which is sadly lacking in many organisations today.)
