Negative experience: I am waiting for money from 3 years but I didn’t get back my refund. In Covid days my flight airline cancelled they promised me to refund my money but they not refund and I put so many time emails but no reply back.
Fantastic experience: I'm very pleased with the service that I received from Dream World Travel. In particular, I was in contact with Ahmed. He helped me not only find a flight for myself, but a few days later also managed to book my mom on the same flight despite unavailability through other flight providers. It is worthwhile noting that when payment is made an authorisation code is needed which needs to be directly provided by your bank, but this is for security purposes and Ahmed clearly explained this to me which was very helpful. My mom and I have completed both our trips and everything went very smoothly. I'm especially happy with Ahmed's initiative to help out giving me different flight options to choose from. He was always very responsive via phone and email. Thank you. Josie
Fantastic experience: I booked flights with Dream World back in September for a trip to Indonesia and have held off on writing a review until I was sure that the flights were all legit and everything went smoothly. Everything was fine with the flights and in fact I received our e tickets within 5 days of booking and paying for flights. I did check with the airline directly to confirm that the flights were confirmed which I would advise anyone to do when booking thru any travel agency. Customer service was good and straight forward from my point of view with quick responses to my emails. Thanks Ahmed for looking after our booking for us!
Negative experience: If you are not a very rich person, do not use this travel agency. I booked a flight from Asia to Europe, and to get a confirmation, I had to pay online which I did. And guess what?! Before my flight, I wanted to check in online. Not only that I had no ticket and lost £1,549.00 but an agency does not exist!
Fantastic experience: Having booked flights 12 months in advance for both my daughter and myself via the Internet found the process very easy and straightforward, despite the requirements being complex, as my daughter needed too return on a different day to me. However about 3 months before we were due to travel the airline changed our schedules putting us on separate flights out and changing my stopover from 1 to 6 hours on the return leg. But thanks to, I Noman Nawaz, at Dream World Travel these issues were dealt with promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this company and thank them for all their efforts and support. Additional details. Due to the recent pandemic had to cancel the flights booked. However on this occasion had to request a refund from my credit card company as Dream World's promise of a refund never came to fruition, I will never use this company for travel plans again in the future. Fantastic experience: Experienced the best customer service and got a great deal by David Raza I've spent about 30 minutes shopping around for London-Mumbai flight deals before reaching the Dream World Travel site. Obviously, the range of flight options and reasonable fares was the reason why I called customer service. I got connected to David Raza, an absolutely well-mannered person with immense patience and thorough knowledge of how to get me the best possible deal. David provided many options and talked about which airline and timings would make my journey pleasant. He communicated through email to double-check details, such as correct spellings and precise numbers. I'd like to take the opportunity to thank him for his professional yet straightforward and charming approach toward customers. He sure is an asset to the company he works for Wishing David Raza and Dream World very best success.
Fantastic experience: A lot of recent poor reviews seem to be due to matters relating to Covid. Booking my first long-haul series of flights since Covid began, and having spent probably a few hours in total searching out the best fares, talking to the agent John rather than allowing a bot to take default route found me a better and cheaper series of flights. Tickets issued the same day, and I was able to split the payment between two cards. So my experience was positive and the result better than I had expected.
Fantastic experience: Excellent service from David Raza at DWT today. Spoke to him on the phone to ask where my etickets were. The etickets WERE sent within 24 hours, as stated in the Online Booking Reference email sent when the booking was made, but due to issues with my email, I had problems receiving them. David was very patient, knowledgeable and polite and managed to sort everything out.
Fantastic experience: Sumera dealt with my case and I’m happy with the price and services that i got from Dream World Travel. They have been running successful for the last 16 years. And i have been into their office in Ealing Broadway and i can say that this is 100% authentic and trustworthy company. They are ATOL protected and i have never have any complain booking with DreamWorldTravel. I will always recommend this company for traveling and special thanks for Sumera for working things out for me. And please dont believe the negative reviews, experience yourself. Dont be mislead by the negative feedback. They have the best online prices and tickets are issued time being.
Fantastic experience: I try to book my flight on dream world travel website my payment keep decline few times then i ring the company i spoke to Shawn dream world customer services advisor and advice me to pay bank transfer to the company bank details. i have transfer money to company bank account and waiting for tickets confirmation. Fantastic experience: Karachi to London return tickets were booked with Dream Workd Travel . This is for a summer holidays with our family in UK . We got good deal online by Kayak and we booked 4 tickets instantly . Reading reviews online made us nervous as they are based in UK and we could not reach them over the phones but we received email saying that tickets will be sent to us a week before our flight . We are travelling with Emirates. As promised we received our tickets today and we are going to enjoy our summer in UK with our loved ones . Our experience is great as we had great deal and e tickets .

Fantastic experience: I had booked my flight on 16/4/2022 to Malaysia with Singapore Airlines for outbound 15/6/2022 and return on 12/7/2022. then, 2 weeks prior to the flight, I called and emailed DTW to re-confirm my e-ticket and the flight. 3 days after, on 5/6/2022, I received a phone call from DTW agent, Haman Kumar. He explained that my flight to Malaysia with Singapore Airline has to be replaced with Malaysia Airlines due to a technical problem. I was pleased with that as my flight would be faster bcs I don't need to transit anywhere plus he generously gave a 40kg baggage allowance on top of that as a token of appreciation. overall, I give 5/5 start to DTW and definitely recommend other people to use their service.
Fantastic experience: David Rasa has again performed exceptionally, I would recommend asking for him to make your booking. Again David has gone the extra mile. We have booked two long haul business flights. David the representative who managed these flights was very efficient, he listen to our requirements & found the best & cheapest flight for us. We had a little trouble paying for the flights, maybe through their web connection or it was the new system with the credit card company. I would definitely use them again.
Fantastic experience: I was very upset due to the fact I wasn't getting anywhere, I Paid £1962 for three tickets. Cut the long story short I spoke to Lubna from Dream World Travel who genuinely took this task on board & within in few hours she has sorted everything for me, Although I was very worried but Lubna is great credit to the Dream World who have sorted out my tickets. Bless her. It may seems like they are ignoring you but make an effort to call them if you are in a rush they will sort it. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Had good experience, always brings me home . You can’t book with them if you are in a hurry, if you have only 2 weeks to your flight other travel agencies like hop or Expedia or justfly it’s the same . Tickets issued are final you can’t change them take it as it is or unfortunately you loose cash then it’s better you book with the airline and pay of course a much higher price .
Fantastic experience: I had a similar experience of many who left negative reviews on here. I booked my tickets in April and then was told i will receive tickets 3 months prior, then got told 1 month prior etc. I then emailed Sumera with my concerns and the negative reviews of the company. Sumera contacted me straight away and advised me unfortunately they are extremely busy with tickets being issued at the moment hence the delay with my tickets. Sumera then advised she will speak to the ticketing team and arrange for my tickets to be released within the hour. She delivered as promised so huge thanks Sumera!
Fantastic experience: Ok, this is the first flight I have booked during Covid times and I was expecting that it wouldn't be as smooth pre-covid anyway. Booked flights, waited a few days for the e-tickets, didn't arrive so I popped over an email and they arrived within a day. I read reviews about Dream World before emailing them and to be honest I was a bit concerned. Now that I have messaged them and received my tickets within a day, its only fair to leave a review based on my experience.
Fantastic experience: I was very stressed after booking my flight from DWT not because anything wrong happened with me but just because once I booked my flight I received by invoice but not the ticket . Then when I googled abt how much time it would take I went into deep hole of negative comments ( not sure why) . could not call DWT as it was late at night so I dropped an email to HASHIM. By next morning I got my eticket. HASHIM has helped with quick resolution last time too when I used DWT . He is really good , prompt with his work . A BIG THANK YOU to HASHIM for his help .

Fantastic experience: I give 5 star ratings for the lone efforts of Mr John. Inspite of several tiring and futile calls to the customer care at dream world travels for nearly a month my tickets to India were not getting confirmed. Luckily, Mr John came in as an Angel and send me my E ticket the very same day. Negative experience: AVOID THIS TRAVEL AGENT!! I had booked my flight with them 4 months prior to my holiday, on the day of flight when I went to check in online with the airline, I was unable to online check in and I called the travel agent, emailed them, there was no answer whatsoever. So I called the airline and they said the travel agent never paid for my flight so I had no booking. Obviously I was panicking and stressed out, I had to book my flight last minute and had to pay double the price for my tickets. So please read the reviews, book at your risk. I still haven’t heard anything back from them. The worst service I have ever experienced in my life!
Negative experience: Never ever book ur tickets or anything from them they are fraud. I took the payment for my tickets and sent me the fake tickets. I was shocked to hear from airline that I was not registered for flying. Immediately I called them took them 1 hours in call and they told me they have initiated my refund(with no email received or bank notification) and if I want new ticket right away then I should transfer £700, Airline also told me This company’s customers are always facing problems at airport. I bought the tickets directly from airline at airport. I have to complaint it to bank to get my money back. DON’T TRUST THESE FRAUDS
Negative experience: DANGER!!! AVOID. THE 1 STAR REVIEWS ARE THERE FOR A REASON! Booked flights in June to fly a month later, got an email confirming flights with a fake booking reference which didn't exist when I verified it with the airline, fortunately I got a full refund via the credit card company. But the inconvenience this caused me has left me feeling very annoyed. Wish I could rate these scammers as 0 stars.
Negative experience: If I could give minus stars I would. PLEASE read bad reviews from others and there are so many!! They pay people for the good reviews. DO NOT USE THIS DREAM WORLD TRAVEL! If you have already booked and like me read reviews after not getting e-ticket do not believe them if you finally get through. They are scamming the airlines for the money. You should be able to get your money back from the bank you paid with. BUT you will not get on your flight!! They are using fake cards and booking through different airlines and code sharing so they can’t trace back on how it was paid. But airline will catch up and you won’t get your flight or worse you will get there and not be able to return! I was told when I was at the check in desk at the airport that I was not on the list! Even though I had called airlines and confirmed my booking was paid and my seat booked! I even checked the app for my flight which was still showing my confirmed seat 20 minutes before!! So a wasted journey to the airport and back again, trouble of claiming back money and trying last minute to book another ticket which cost triple the price than if I had originally booked direct with the airline! I ended up on a 33hour flight on mixed budget airlines to get to my destination. Negative experience: Hands down the worst travel agency ever dealt with. I bought my family tickets for travel Last December, unfortunately we got COVID and couldn’t travel and the airline said the tickets are valid for a year. Contacted dreamworld travel and send results confirming it. They said they will sort it out. Gave them new dates of travel and I have been promised by Jade, loubna, Maryam and at the end still no one sorted us. This was a family trip that the children are still asking for. Sent several emails, phone calls to no avail. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I found out in the Airport that my return ticket was suspended, I spoke to airline, they said it was suspended by Dream Worl Travel. Then I had to purchased new ticket, one way, it cost me £2014.20, it is much higher than my return ticket. Since I came back to UK, I am trying to speak to Dream World Travel, Phones going on answering machine, I left few message no reply yet, I have emailed no reply yet. its over a week now. so please be careful with these people, u can book the ticket online, but any issues u cant speak to them at all. they will not respond to ur email either..
Negative experience: Please avoid at all costs. Biggest con company around. Taking people's money and not booking their flights. Date of booking 13/01/2022. Travel date 25/08/2022. Booked online and paid in full for flights from Manchester to Istanbul for 4 passengers. Checked emails a week before flying and found out from Turkish Airlines that no booking had been made under our names. Basically gave us false itinerary and PNR number, lost out on thousands due to this company taking my money and not booking our flights as we booked hotels/ parking accordingly. Didn't get no Email to say company gone bust, rang numbers on emails, went on answering machine. Checked Google and found out luckily. Negative experience: My flight got cancelled during the lockdown in june 2021 and I am still waiting for my refund.I have constantly emailed for updates of my refund and even stated I would be happy with a voucher instead of a cash refund but still no response. Last emailed in june this year and they said to me they will release my money but still haven't i received anything from them. Even my flight cancelled by airline and still they rubbed me with cutting 15% admin fees. What the hell! what you done for me?? Admin fees for what?? I'm really disappointed with the service they torture me mentally and disturbed me physically aswell. If here any law or any firm here in the UK who can take them court and make them a lesson people will really thankful to them. Honestly been put off booking via travel agencies. Poor customer care and professionalism.

I have informed one of the dream world staff, Ahmad he said that yiu will receive your money soon. It's been over a year now and unfortunately I did not received my money back. I have contacted them more than 75 times but now they stopped responding. This company is a scam and doesn't care about their customers. My money still hasn't been refunded. Negative experience: Paid for my flight ticket online and it was Cancelled 2 years ago by the airline. Airline has confirmed money was refunded to travel agency. Am still waiting for my money, a bunch of liars not trust worthy. Be very careful they may sound nice over the phone but when it comes to refund your money they make it is very painful. I’ve email the travel agency many times and it’s a shame, it is the same response that we have forward your request to our finance team. Negative experience: Clearly a scam. Avoid at every cost. I booked tickets for Summer 6 months ago and 4 days before departure, I got an email that they couldn’t secure the tickets. 6 months back, the booking reference in the itinerary was not recognised by the airline. After talking to their customer care, I got a different booking reference which probably is some kind of temporary arrangement. 4 days before departure I got and email from them with exactly the same wordings in the review below. When you call the customer care the queue always starts from 27 and it takes about 1.5 hours to get through. In the end I had to book the same tickets from a different provider £2500 instead of £900 or less 6 months back. I don’t know how such open scammers can do business in UK. Is there any where I can complain about them?

Cancelled my flights two weeks before travel date and told that refund will be sent within 7-10 working days but now more than 3 weeks and no refund and when u try to ring no body there to take call, absolutely shocking service. Negative experience: Dismal experience - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Booked flights for a family wedding in NZ in April 2022 - the wedding was in July. Received invoice and booking reference. Went to check in online 48hours before flight and no booking!! Airline had no record of my booking. Could not get through at all to DWT on a Sunday afternoon so had to use work time to call them the next day...cue 24 hours of distress wondering if I was going to miss this wedding...they emailed me with some reason about 'problems with ticket issuance from the global ticketing system' and offered me an alternative flight 24 hours later which I took in desperation...made the wedding by the skin of my teeth. NOT a happy bunny. Would never use this company again having read their reviews I am obvious not alone in my experience. AVOID!!
Negative experience: I booked a flight 6 months in advance. For a few months I have been emailing them for the tickets and they have been saying I will receive them a few months later. My flight was today and I still don’t have the tickets. I emailed them so many times. A week before my flight I rang them and they said they will try and find me a different date or ring me back and let me know. They haven’t rang me back. I rang them back and it goes to voicemail so I left them voice messages and I have no response whatsoever. Utterly disappointed.
Negative experience: NEVER EVER purchase your tickets from this agents. They are total scammers! They will get your money, you'll never hear from them for a few weeks, promise to give your Etickets then when you try and ring them to follow up, they will give a hundred of reasons about why theyre not sending them to you. They said our tickets got cancelled causing our really big problems resulting to us buying plane tickets 2weeks before our flight-result? The fare was triple. Negative experience: NEVER use this company for online bookings. They basically take your money and do not fulfil your order. They advertise flights which they cannot book on your behalf which they claim is an “inventory error”. The worst thing about it is they don’t even inform you of this unless you contact them to confirm if your booking is actually valid or not. You can quite easily turn up to the airport and find out that you don’t have a flight booking. This company should be struck off. They are very hard to get hold of and I’m not entirely sure as to exactly when/if I will receive my refund.
Negative experience: Booked 3 flights but no sign of tickets… Booked 3 flights and paid from London to Bangkok in November 2021 for flights in July. Told e tickets will be issued 1 month before flights, but when called after hanging on for 2 hours told will call in a week time with tickets. Never got the call back so tried calling today first time over 2 hours waiting to get to 1 in queue to be cut off, second time 2 hours 9 minutes from no 31 in queue to no 3 only to be cut off again. Still no sign of tickets. Company is a scam taking money but not delivering
Negative experience: A more appropriate name would be Nightmare Travel. We have given them one star as we needed to to leave a review. We have had the worst possible customer service imaginable after our flights were cancelled in December 2021. Finally after countless emails and phone calls we contacted our credit card company who have arranged a refund for us seven months later. We believe they would not have refunded the money without us taking this step. Steer clear of Dreamworld Travel!
Negative experience: Please..Please..Please read the review before booking Dream World Travel is NOT a travel agency, they are a bunch of scammers. We booked our ticket to India in February (nearly 5 months ahead of our planned journey). Few days ago it had become increasingly clear (from our email transactions) that they didn’t book our ticket, but rather block it tentatively only to send you an email (which is fairly standard as far as I gather from other reviews as well) that they were unsuccessful in securing your ticket with the airlines and will issue a refund – please bear in mind that this will take years to come through, and in majority of cases they won’t give you full refund. So simply put, they have an operating model; list tickets that are competitively priced so as to lure customers into booking with them. They then send you a confirmation for booking, however this is not the e-ticket. When you get closer to your travel date, you will panic and start to chase them for ticket, and they will send you standard/ templatised emails until couple of weeks before your travel promising that they will book your ticket. And later, they will apologise to say that your ticket hasn’t been booked and that you will receive a refund. They DO NOT have any intentions of booking your travel ticket, and even in instances where they have booked tickets it has never been straight forward to say the least. We are determined to take legal action against these scammers, and as a first step we are taking the matter to the small claims court.

When I couldn't find the booking on the airline's website 6 weeks later and a month before the flight I called Dream World. I was informed the booking had been cancelled. No one had informed me and my ticket had not been refunded. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Negative experience: If you want to be stress free then DO NOT book your holiday with this company. A friend had booked tickets for their parents to go aboard with them online. Everything was booked and fully paid two months before they flew out. A confirmation of the booking was given but they had to wait for the tickets. 10 days had passed and no tickets. So sent them an email requesting where there tickets where. They responded back saying that you will get your tickets 10 days before flying out. A month on a family member went to a different travel agent to book a flight for their holiday same destination as my parents and going the same day. The family member mentioned that someone they know booked online but has to wait 10 days before flying out to get there tickets. The Travel agent thought that does not sound right. She checked the system online to be told that there is nothing booked for them. When the friend was told about this everyone panicked. They tried calling the company only to wait nearly two hours in the line then when they got to number 2 the company use to cut the phone line. Eventually when they did get through to someone days later, they were told that THEY had to cancel their tickets because of ongoing problems within the company. No notice, no contact with the friends parents they just cancelled them. They was told they could get a full refund which will take 10 days or book again. A full refund has been requested. Let's hope they get it all.
Negative experience: Wow, Wow, Wow. Well, I guess experiences are personal and you may use them at your own risks. It is obvious I will never approach the company and will even look into its directors to avoid any company they are involved in. Exactly like many on here, I booked my flight months ago only to learn AT THE AIRPORT that our names are NOT on the airline list to fly. Dream World travel shattered our dreams and did NOT pay for our tickets and rather just used our money for other purposes. This is a massive fraud as we are not the only one. My wife called and the agent was super rude, hang up on her after refusing to apologize arguing we were sent an email. Negative experience: I had to physically drive myself to Ealing from my house after spending 2 hours twice on the phone position 34 to 18 then it cuts. I turned up at their office because I wanted all the smoke. Where TF was my tickets booked over 8 months ago???. I was Given a fake PNR number, called the airline said I wasn't booked on any flight. Sumera is nice and helpful but she's at the wrong place. You can not give customers excuse saying the flight was cancelled you found out since march and couldn't even be bothered to tell 2 weeks before i flight out. Outrageous. They are doing a scam here or money laundry i had to post this after my holiday in case they decided to cancel my ticket. ARMED ROBBERS/SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
Negative experience: ****Please read!**** Never use this company. I booked flights with them in April 2022 to fly July 2022 and never received an eticket and wasn't booked with airline. Just some ADVICE how to get your money back. Which thankfully I did. 1. Email 'dream world' travel regarding getting your etickets. 2. Email the airline directly to confirm if your booked on to the flight. 3. If/ when the airline confirm your not booked on to the flight. Then contact your bank to raise a dispute, request for chargeback on your debit card or start a section 75 claim on your credit card. Your bank may ask for evidence of your claim and not receiving your goods (flights). Use your emails as proof of this and send to your bank when requested. 4. They should get your money back within 14 days. Try and do this ASAP. Eticket should be issued immediately after full payment is taken. I hope this helps! Even though our holidays been ruined I hope you get your money and use it to purchase legitimate flights. Good luck.
Negative experience: This company is completely insane. Do not be fooled by the cheap prices they advertise. It turns out, you will never be booked on the flight until last minute when there are leftover seats available. My family who have saved up so much money in order to go home after 4 years, have unfortunately had to cancel their plans because this company could not book their flights. They booked the tickets in February and their flight is scheduled in the first week of August, there is two weeks left before their flight. With the flight departure approaching, the prices have now sky rocketed and they can no longer afford to go home. I do not have words strong enough to describe how awful their treatment and experience has been with this company. I can only hope they have the decency to refund my family the money they paid. Utter disgrace, DWT should be ashamed of themselves. Your travels will certainly stay in your dreams because of the incapability of DWT to make it come true.
Negative experience: As others said, please DO NOT use this agency. Of course, we will not check the liability of the agents before we book but this is a lesson learnt. I booked my tickets on Feb 2022 and until July 1st I did not receive my e-Ticket. However I reveived my ATOL certificate and confirmation from Dream world saying that the tickets are booked thru Qatar airlines. All these time between Feb and July I have been getting confirmation emails that my tikcets were booked and in the issuance queue. Only after July 1st, I got to know that they have not booked the tickets yet and they could not book via Qatar so changed my date to book on Srilankan airlines. I was flexible and accepted it. My travel date is tomorrow 22nd July and yesterday 20th July I came to know that the agents have cancelled my tickets and asking the refund for Srilankan airlines. I managed to get hold of a person after 2 hours wait and he abruptly cut me off on the phone after I asked multiple questions. Srilankan airlines was easy to contact and they clearly said the agents have cancelled it. Today I managed to get hold of another guy named John and he said he will find out and give me call. Obviously, I have waited enough. No one called and no responses for the email, they blocked my number etc. etc. Now my plans got cancelled, I cannot fly as no tikcets are issued and I need to fight with Dream world to get the money back. What a shame. Based on other reviews, I don't think it is easy to get the money from this guys. DREAM WORLD TRAVELS - your TRAVEL IS ALWAYS A DREAM. WILL NEVER HAPPEN.
Negative experience: This company is the worst travel agent I have ever dealt with. Please do not book through them. Our seats were cancelled by them the day we were travelling & we only found this out at the Airport by the airline. I have rang them so many times & have been on hold for hours starting at position 30+ & when I reach nearer to number 1 they cut you off so please don't try to ring them you'll just be wasting your time. I have emailed them twice but as of yet have not heard anything back, I don't think I ever will. I will now try to get a refund through my credit card company.
Negative experience: 10 months later and I still didn't receive my refund! The airline cancelled because of COVID, the money has been refunded to Dream World Travel by the airline 5 months ago. Every time I call, I have to wait for over an hour on the phone and then the finance team tells me the same thing. You need to wait!! Negative experience: Wish I had known this company was a scam before booking. Booked my flights through dream world travel in February. They took my money and never paid the airlines. They email me 9 days before I’m due to fly saying they will need to cancel and will offer a refund even the the airlines haven’t cancelled the flight. There is no way of getting in touch with them, emails ignored, phone line cuts out after waiting on hold over 3hrs. You can only reach the sales team and if you ask for customer service they will just hang up on you. Like everybody else it looks like it’ll have to be taken through small claims to try and get my money back.

Negative experience: "Fraudulent agency" Stay away from Dream World Travel. I booked my tickets with DWT last Sunday, they send me the reservation code done with LATAM and everything seemed fine. 3 days later LATAM messaged me saying the payment has not been done by DWT and my tickets have been cancelled. DWT does not answer phone calls nor WhatsApp. Agents via DWT chat says I'll get my tickets 10 days prior to the flight which is completely "BS". I've booked tickets with other agencies and tickets are issued a few minutes after your purchase. They only respond via Chat and when I raised this issue they say customer centre will contact me and nothing happens. Now I am struggling to get a refund. My bank is trying to raise a dispute and I hope I get my money back. To sum up, do not be stupid like me. Read the reviews first before purchasing tickets via agencies.
Positive experience: Overall satisfied. Booked our tickets in March to travel in July. Got reasonable fare but the tickets were not issued. So my family and I were uncertain until last week When Lubna took over our case and secured confirmation. Very poor customer support in terms of communication. The phone lines are always busy and very difficult to get through. But very pleased with Lubna, who handled our case professionally and rebooked our tickets as the original tickets had some technical problem. She is the only reason for giving 4 stars. Until they improve their telephone and email handling, I cannot recommend the company.
Negative experience: I would never recommend this travel agent even to my worst enemy. Book our holiday back in February 2022 to travel the 20th July 2022. For the last 6 weeks I've wasted loads of hours on hold only to be told the same thing, they kept promising that we would get our tickets 1 month before travel, then they said 10 days, then they say we had priority only to receive an email today saying "Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused due to this unforeseen situation and we have been trying our best to procure any availability for your trip but unfortunately, in light of current circumstances and inventory based error, the efforts are in vain, hence, in order to avoid any delay and inconvenience for you we shall escalate a prioritized refund for the amount you paid, to our finance department" What current circumstances? They never paid for our tickets on time and when they try to book it at last minute the prices had rocketed sky high. And with an stupid apology they think they made it all better. I worked so hard to go home and visit my family and my father's final resting place, he passed away last year during the pandemic and haven't been able to visit his grave and this people think by saying " Oh sorry" suddenly it's all better. So please, please read all the bad reviews that they have and go somewhere else for your travel packages. I have together with other that have been affected by this company, contacted bbc watchdog to make sure they don't do this to more people.
Negative experience: When I booked my ticket I was told I would get my e ticket three months before I travel haven't received it. Got in contact after 4 hours on the phone to be told I would get my e ticket two weeks before I travel. I need the ticket because I have got to get a visa. I have been working at the Airport for 28 years and been travelling all my life and never heard of this. I even spoken to the a rep for Thai Airways at LHR and my name can not be found on my departure date. Everytime I book a ticket online get my e ticket straight away what is different? Negative experience: Simply the worst travel agent I’ve dealt with. Stay clear!! I wish there was an option for zero star as one star is too generous. All the positive feedback are probably from their own people. You can never get through to their customer service. I fly out in around two weeks time and still have not received my tickets!! I have three children and no idea how we’ll be sitting together as a family. Called Emirates and they have said all seats are allocate and our name is not on there!! The amount of anxiety caused is beyond words. So stay clear!! I wish I had come across the reviews before I booked with them.

Even though the airline cancelled all flights as you couldn’t fly into the country we were told a 15% admin fee would be taken from our refund from dream world. 2 years has passed waiting for our refund and nothing. We competed a section 75 claim with our bank around 2 months ago and have now received the refund In full. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not book with them or expect good customer service.

Received an email from this travel agency stating there is a problem and despite their efforts, my booking is cancelled!!! Contacted Egypt Air to find that they have not even booked the flight in the first place, and the flight was cancelled automatically on 10/11/2021 as the travel agency has not booked the tickets till that deadline of the automatic cancellation. The booking was not completed and no tickets were issued. They kept silent from November 2021 till mid-July 2022 to say your booking has been cancelled. I wrongly chose them as their price was £100 less than the original price on the Egypt Air website. I really regret my choice of these scammers. Total rip-off. This company needs to be shut down for the safety of the public.
Negative experience: Can't give zero star as they deserve it. I booked four tickets with dream world travel in May 2022 and a week before departure I received notification that my flights were cancelled. I called DWT and was told to reschedule. So went on and had to reschedule my tickets towards the end of that month. Again near the departure date I received another email that my flights were cancelled again and told to book alternative dates. How many times you expect someone to change the dates. The alternative dates were not a few days but more than a month. I asked them that I can't wait for this to keep happening and wanted a refund. They sent me a form requesting 15% of the total tickets amount plus £60 per person extra charge saying this is in their terms. I told them it was not my fault and you and the airline cancelled my tickets twice, but they won't help and don't care. You got to be hours on the line and sometimes they disconnect or transfer you between their colleagues. Their English names of Lisa, David, Jack,etc are not real and all from South Asia with that accent. I have now asked my credit card for the refund. Absolutely worst experience with these guys.

I booked a ticket to India for January after paying 1500quid I didn't receive anything for 3 days so thought it was not a legitimate site My money came into my account after being in a pending transaction for 2 days then I thought nothing is booked so I booked the flight with another website the day before yesterday I realised that my money has been taken from my account. I'm calling them for cancellation but no answer. I emailed them started WhatsApp chat called them but received no answer can someone please suggest what shall I do now . Negative experience: please do not book with this company...they will scam you for your tickets. I booked my tickets 6 months in advance only to receive an email 6 days before the flight that they are having issues with tickets. Basically what they mean is they took your money and did not complete the transaction with the airlines. No alternative arrangement was offered and pretty sure they are picking off the early bookings as they are less valuable to them. This company should not be allowed to trade. I will 100% be reporting them to every single portal and will take further action. here is a useful review I found elsewhere, all looks a bit too familiar: In late 2019 I paid Dream World Travel for some flight tickets for to Orlando flying there in July and back in August 2020 with Virgin though Dream World Travel. Virgin cancelled all their flights at that time so I asked Dream World for a refund. For months they palmed us off with "Virgin haven't refunded us". Eventually (November, after Virgin had announced that they had cleared their refund backlog) we called up Virgin and they informed us that they could find no record of us ever having had tickets (Dream World never got round to issuing us e-Tickets, just their own booking confirmation and an ATOL certificate). I confronted Dream World with this and magically they said they had our money back from the airline and it would be with us soon. Months went by with us chasing them and every time the money will be with us in a few more weeks and then never is. So since I bought them using a Halifax credit card, I thought I'd use section 75. I raised it with Halifax and they rejected my chargeback claim because it had been more than 120 days. "Chargeback"? I asked for section 75. I asked them about this and they responded that chargebacks need to be within 120 days, continuing to ignore my request for Section 75. I spoke to someone at Halifax on the phone today, and he said that Section 75 doesn't apply because the transaction is with an agent not the airline. This to me sounds like bovine manure. That is like saying If I buy a washing machine from Curry's and it doesn't show up and Curry's won't refund me, then Section 75 doesn't apply because I didn't buy it directly from Hotpoint themselves. Is what they are saying true, or should I escalate it with the Financial Ombudsman? What recourse do I have to get my money back off Dream World Travel? Am I left with just the Small Claims Court?

Bought and paid for tickets for our holidays 4 months prior to flight date and they only let to tell us 2 weeks before our flight they couldn’t get us on a flight and offered a refund. No reasons explained. Trying to ring them is a wast of time. Been on queue holding on position 42 and 3 hours waiting then the call suddenly cuts off. They are the worst travel agent I’ve had the displeasure in dealing with. 4 months after paying them for my flight, I’ve still not received my ticket and they’re refusing to issue it until they are basically ready. I booked this ticket at the same time as some friends who luckily booked with a different travel agent. They received their tickets the same week as booking. It takes weeks for their so called customer service agent to get back to you, if at all. I’ve had to give one star as google doesn’t allow to leave a review with no stars.

I wish I saw this before I made a booking, I traveled the world using many different providers and companies but I am actually shocked what people are doing out there for money. You should be simply ashamed of yourself. £4079 pounds down and no tickets, received or tickets confirmation. What they send you when you pay is actually not a booking confirmation but only a quote that they get from the airline requesting the price of these seats , which then they have 12hs to pay the balance for the airline to go ahead and get you booked on the flight. On the phone after all day of trying to call them, they told me this is a recorded call and I can confirm that you will receive the tickets in 24h, plus “Rachel” told me that she had to go because she had other customers waiting, as what am I ? Not a customer? I haven’t received anything after 24th, their social media account is an automated response, no response to emails asking again for my tickets or WhatsApp response.This is pure fraud and is not going to end here. This company has to close down as I am not sure why with such bad reviews and complaints is still operating.

DO NOT USE - Dream world travel are scammers who will take your money, send emails in order to look like your flight or holidays are booked but not actually book tickets. They will tell you you are in a booking queue and you will get your tickets a couple.of weeks before you go. Then just around that time they will email to say flight is cancelled or hotel is full. They then promise a refund which never comes. They should be expecting more court proceedings against then as they have ripped hundreds or thousands of people off. Stay clear and all costs. If you did use them, start a section 75 claim.or charge back immediately so save going over the 120 claim window. Horrendous company. They were on Watchdog.

The next day, they send me a certificate and a booking confirmation via email but no flight tickets. I got very concerned and confused. I kept on sending emails but no response. I called them 4-5 times but whenever is my turn to speak, they cut the call. I’m not sure when If I’ll be able to get my money back.
Negative experience: Avoid this Travel Agents. Booked 4 tickets to Australia over 2 months ago and still awaiting e-tickets. They are very unhelpful and keep changing the dates of when I will receive my e-tickets. Please read the reviews on Trust Pilot and other review sites. Many customers complaining of the same thing. Some not getting their e-tickets at all and trying to get a refund seems to be impossible.
Negative experience: I think it is their business model (IT IS DIFFERENT TO OTHER TICKET SELLERS MODEL like opodo, gotogate, mytrip that I used in the past). They take money for a flight, send you a booking reference and flight plan from an airline company (which is not paid as you can immediately find out when you login to airline website using this booking reference) and then they keep you waiting till 1-2 weeks before your flight. This is a point of time when they try to book your ticket with a reduced last minute price. And they keep assuring you that you are in their waiting queue and going to receive tickets in the next few days :). If they succeed then it is good for you and them if not then they just offer you a refund or some alternative route. I am waiting now for my refund that I was promised. But we all know now how they keep to their promises, do not we....
Negative experience: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF ALL THE BAD REVIEWS – they are entirely accurate. Took 2 hours 45 minutes for them to answer the phone this morning (had two phones going on two different options – sales and another). How many people would have given up before then I wonder? Obviously their phone system is designed to discourage people from staying on the line. Despite us emailing regularly since their own stated ‘tickets are issued three months before flying’ deadline asking where our tickets were, then two months and this week expressing our grave concern with the delay in issuing tickets, we have eventually managed to persuade Dream World to issue our tickets today. They have obviously only booked our tickets today because of our call and even then our flight has been changed by Delta/Virgin – according to Dream World. I suspect this is not the case – they hadn’t even tried to book our tickets beforehand. There are now no seats available for us to sit together on a 15 hour journey -– despite us expressing our desire to sit together since booking (and paying for!) the tickets in February. I’m actually surprised we are flying on the correct day and to the correct country! NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY – they just throw T&Cs at you despite stating differently in writing! In line with other reviewers, if we could give a minus review – we would! One star is far too good.
Negative experience: Absolutely poor service and will never use again. We get no response on email. We bought tickets from them few months ago and we are due to travel in the next few weeks. We called Etihad to reserve seats and this company have not even issued our tickets. We have paid in full. We have tried calling them. I was no 39 in the queue and got to no 5 in the queue and the phone automatically gets disconnected. This happened twice. Will be calling higher authorities to deal with them but until then please avoid.

No tickets issued and keep getting a holding email to say they can take up to 2 weeks before to issue tickets. I now need to change plans and impossible to get help. Typical wait time on the phone is 1.5 hours just to be told to email and wait for a reply. They are notorious for sending holding emails. WhatsApp channel is useless as they don’t respond to messages. Too many excuses. Save your stress, pay a little more and go with reputable agents. Do not book with this company!
Negative experience: Booking reference: 5092241 Extremely irresponsible company who claimed that they couldn't secure my flight ticket just a week before the departure, when I actually bought the ticket more than a month in advance. Never answered any emails and extremely long wait on the hotline (always had to queue for 1-2 hours). They were only able to offer limited replacement flights, none of which fitted my original schedule. All they could do was to offer a refund and walked away, leaving me only a week's time to rearrange everything (hotel quarantine and expensive last-minute flight ticket, etc.). Currently undergoing a formal complaint process and may take further legal actions. Do not use this company. Details of my incidence: I bought a ticket on 24 May 2022 for a flight scheduled to depart on 10 July 2022. However, the company never sent me the ticket. So, I called on 26 Jun 2022 in order to double check. After a very long waiting time (about 2 hours), I’ve finally got in touch their colleague (Waqui) over the phone. He said the ticket would be sent on 1 July and asked me to wait. On 1 July, I received a call back from the same colleague, but instead of confirming me the ticket, he said they were unable to secure the flight. They then offered me an alternative flight, but not only would that flight require 15 hours more for the transit wait, but it would also arrive a day later than scheduled (i.e. arriving on 12 July instead of 11 July). It would be impossible to accept this alternative flight because I’ve already booked a 7-day hotel quarantine package which must start on 11 July. In the same phone call, Waqui said he would help me find another flight and asked that I gave him 24 to 48 hours before coming back to me. On 4 July, I made the effort to get in touch with Waqui (almost 2 hours of waiting again), but the line never reached him but one of his colleagues. Eventually, I got a call back from him, who again offered me the alternative flight which would only arrive the destination on 12 July, not 11 July. I’ve asked whether he could get me any other flight that arrives on 11 July, but he said he could not do anything but only a refund. I would like to complain that as a result of all the waiting, the company has left me with only less than a week to secure another ticket. The cost for the new flight has become so much higher than the original, and the company should be held accountable for my loss.

I received my invoice and atol certificate and THAT’S IT. I’ve contacted via email numerous of times as calling them is pointless. Got replied like other reviewers to say my ticket is in the issuance process and will be sent as soon as possible. Called the airline to be told no passenger with my surname is booked onto the flight. Week before my flight (today) I gave in and called them. Was on hold for an hour and went from no. 36 to no. 16 only to give up as I sent my friend over to their office to enquire and got my ticket. I live near Andover so not an option for me.
Negative experience: i want to give a zero star but i do not have an option.. anyways, let me let you people know that it is a fraud company with some ultimate cheaters working here. Me and my husband have been trying to contact the customer care of this company for two days, they put us on hold for 2 hrs, on our regular working day and do not pick up the call. We had booked our tickets for £2600 to US but could not arrange a US visa since there were delays from the Embassy side. We then asked to reschedule our flight. There was only one option to reschedule through phone, however no one picked up our call for 2 days. We somehow got connected to them only to know that they would charging unnecessary high amount to us. Me and husband were literally in trauma for two days when they did not pick and once they got connected, they told us the flight which was not even on their website and charging 800 £ extra. We saw a better flight online, but they told us that those were just online price and we cannot get that price through phone. We were shocked how is it even possible! They charged us a lofty amount for everything, irrespective of our emotions and knowing that we were already suffering as we could not get an early appointment. Now we have asked for a refund, but they tell us we could not get full refund, 15% will be deducted and we would receive our money in 3 months. These guys have literally locked our money for three months, and caused great inconvenience. I would recommend not to book from this website, they are just cheaters and very very unprofessional.
Negative experience: Purchased a ticket through them through their website. 1 week passed and no ticket has been issued. They don't answer their phone. Spent 1 hour on hold. They don't answer emails sent 3 emails over 5 days. It's a scam. Looks like I will have to get my money back from them via small claims court and ATOL protection scheme. Anyone who has had this from them, make your you get your money back via small claims court. Just Google how to do it. You pay a small fee. But I know someone who got £4000 after a few months.
Positive experience: I had book a flight with DWT in late April, but has not received my confirmation until 48 hours before my scheduled departure and that's cos I had to contact them and ask them for it. The customer rep I spoke to was (James), he helped me with my booking and within 2 hours I got my e-ticket. He was patient and reassuring.
Positive experience: Initially when I bought tickets for Pakistan from Manchester through Dream World Travel I was very panic as it was taking long time than expected to get my tickets. Secondly I have seen negative reviews regarding this agency's services so was very restless but suddenly when I contacted them by phone there came Lubna as an angel to rescue me from this situation and she explained their strategy to work being a queue system where tickets are automatically generated when the turn comes near the Travel dates. Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. I spent £850 on flights to Thailand and didn’t receive tickets. I called non stop with no luck and was forced to by new ones 10 days before I traveled. I contacted the airline and they said the tickets had been cancelled by my travel agent. They have now issued tickets after I did a charge back with my bank but it’s too late, my flight is in a few days and I just bought new ones. Not worth the money saved on a cheaper company!!
Negative experience: Please, please, please, this company has refused to refund me my full payment, after Air Morocco cancel our tickets last year Christmas. I have to go to court before they were able to pay part of the money. I confirmed from Air Morocco they refunds them immediately after the tickets were cancelled. I bought the tickets in September the part payment they refunded was in April. If not I went to court they wouldn't have refunded the part payment they did. Please beware of this company.
Negative experience: SCAM ! Booked an Emirates flight. They took money from my bank account but still not given me the ticket. When I phoned them no one picked up the phone it automatically puts you in a not moving queue. After multiple attempts to contact them they replied saying I will receive my refund within 48 hours it has been a week no refund and they won’t pick up the phone.they also sent me a fake ATOL certificate. Negative experience: ***AVOID THIS COMPANY*** In January 2020 I booked two business class flights to Cape Town through this company for travel in 2021. As a result of travel restrictions our flights were cancelled and I was issued a travel voucher. The travel restrictions continued so in June 2021I cancelled the flights and I was given confirmation from Qatar airways that they refunded the full amount to Dreamworld Travel on 1st July 2021. I was then informed that I would be charged a 15% admin fee by Dreamworld Travel. This amounted to a £650 admin charge. I was told in July 2021 that the refund would be in my account within 4 weeks. 8 months later and after emailing them weekly I was still waiting for my refund. I took out a county court money claim against them in May 2022 at a further cost of £205. Dreamworld Travel do not want to be taken to court and today they have settled in full and refunded me to avoid a court case. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE IN THE SAME POSITION TO DO AS I HAVE DONE IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK. IT IS A STRAIGHT FORWARD PROCESS ONLINE THROUGH GOV.UK.
Negative experience: My flight got cancelled during the lockdown in April 2019 and I am still waiting for my refund.I have constantly emailed for updates of my refund and even stated I would be happy with a voucher instead of a cash refund but still no response. Last emailed in Feb this year - so much for 24 to 72 hour response time. Honestly been put off booking via travel agencies. Poor customer care and professionalism.
Negative experience: Appalling and dishonest. I paid for my flights to Indonesia two weeks ago and I'm yet to receive my eticket. I have been in touch with them and was sent a booking reference which expired two days later. Singapore Airlines advised me that the reference number expired because my flights had not been paid for by Dream World Travel. They also said that I should have received my ticket as soon as my money was taken. It seems that I was given the reference number by Dream World just to get me off the phone. I've been swindled by a dishonest travel agent. Now, after a chain of emails from Dream World (and replies from a different agent each time), I'm still no closer to receiving my etickets, which has put booking all my remaining plans on hold while prices for everything are rising. It has been two weeks over 10 emails to and fro. I've even received a message from their customer care Team Lead to tell me I can get a refund (in 8-12 weeks, minus 15% admin fee) or my etickets within 72 hours. This time has passed and I've heard nothing back. Charging an admin fee for a refund when Dream World haven't even paid for my flights is a joke, and 8-12 weeks for a refund means that my holiday would be cancelled. I wish I had checked reviews here before booking with them. Update: After more comms from the customer care team lead, I have now finally received my e-tickets. I’m glad I finally got there, but this shouldn’t have taken three weeks of stress and uncertainty to sort out.
Negative experience: One of the worst travel agencies I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to change my flight with them for the last 3 days and they have not been responding to my emails or whatsapp messages. I have tried to call them multiple times. Every time I call there is an hour long wait and when I get to the front if the queue the call disconnects. I have spent quite a bit of money just holding as I have been trying to change my flight with them while abroad. Please do not use them. You will regret every second if you ever have to make a change to your booking.
Negative experience: I booked my flight 3 months ago and it was fully paid for. Four days prior to the outbound flight, I was contacted to be informed that the flight I booked could not be issued for some vague reasons. I was offered a different flight with a different airline which I had never flown with before. There was no other options other than getting a refund. It was an extremely stressful situation and I was cornered to a point which they knew I could do nothing about. I believe this company is practising fraudulent business and they should be checked and audited.
Negative experience: The customer service is pathetic. I have called 4 times since yesterday with about 18 people in queue only to have radio silence when reaching in queue no 1. EVERY—SINGLE—TIME. I don’t think there are any customer service professionals assigned to do their job at all. My travel dates are for this Thursday and I had sent them a refund request 3 weeks ago- which first they informed that it was a non- refundable ticket on email. Speaking to the airlines I understand that is wasnt the case and that it is refundable and yet they haven’t got back to me with any information. Dreamworld this is appalling customer service
Negative experience: Most rubbish company ever I have gone through. Their customer service is extremely frustrating. They can't understand what we are saying and they are not able to explain any reason. Companies charge a lot for any changes, after paying large money they don't ever do the changes that you want. Please don't go for this company. It's a total waste of TIME and MONEY wasted. they changed my flight time without my consent. honestly don't know to start. The about of mental exhaustion this company has caused is unbelievable. I have probably spent nearly 20 hours plus in total waiting on the phone for someone to answer. I can't believe they are still allowed to operate.

Don’t book with this website even if it cost you few pounds extra book directly with the airline. Don’t do the same mistake as I did.
Negative experience: ## SCAM COMPANY ## Dreamworld Travel (UK) advertised cheaper flight prices than other competitors. Cut along story short. From my experience not receiving e-tickets, DWT did not pay the airline as on their itinerary. This is the information from Cathay Pacific airline we were flying with, DWT had 3-4 days to pay them before forward e-tickets to DWT. DWT did not COMPLY with airline’s T&C. THIS IS A GENUINE POST, AVOID or your the next VICTIM to this scam,their 5 stars reviews are fakes.
Negative experience: Scam company, that takes your money and ruin your Holiday. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Booked and paid for a flight from UK to Brazil 6 months in advance for me and my family and when I went to my booking, my flights were missing! They booked only one flight from Sao Paulo to Goiania (BRA). How are we supposed to get there to take this flight? We will magically vanish from UK and appear at the airport in Sao Paulo? I have called 4 times, when they don't hung up on you, they just don't answer, there is always a queue on the phone lines it takes at least 1 hr for you to get to the top of the queue and when you do they end the call. There is at least 8 reviews from customers on trust pilot and Google that had the same problem as me! Absolute shamble! JUST a SCAM lot that takes your money and vanish or mess with your booking and don't even care about it. They keep doing it over and over again!!! Just wish I had read the reviews before booking with them!!! My trip was supposed to happen on 25 of June and I honestly don't know what is going to happen. I've contacted the airline directly in hope that they can help me out. If you want peace of mind DO NOT BOOK WITH DWT, they are the definition of scam. More like Nightmare world Travel
Negative experience: I wish I read these reviews before I paid my money to this company. I searched for cheap flights and was sent to this company and I found reasonable prices for my flights. I paid for my flights and then I got email confirmation and I was quite happy with that. When I checked my PNR to see my flights then I got shocked to see this PNR is only for reservation and DWT hasn't paid to Airlines. Today, when I checked my booking and I found out that tickets has been cancelled. I have been trying to ring them but can't get through to them as I am always on never ending queue. I have emailed them plenty of time but no reply. they said we will get tickets 3 months before travel but haven't got anything yet. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AND REPORT TO EALING TRADING STANDARDS
Negative experience: Booked a flight via this travel agent. Flight was cancelled yet I haven't received a refund. They emailed to inform that it takes up to 6 months to process the refund. 6 months passed no refund, no response on my email. Looking for a legal way to get my money back. I suggest booking directly with airlines. In case of cancellation you will get your money back faster. What they do is called simply stealing and there is no excuse for that.
