Trailfinders Oxford

Fantastic experience: We just returned from our first trip using Trailfinders, Hannah at the Oxford branch was amazing and within an hour of sitting us down got us a great deal on flights, 4-star accommodation and a rental car in Slovenia so we could just arrive and enjoy our holiday. All the check-ins while abroad were seamless, and I am really impressed with the ViewTrail app. The app allows you to check your itinerary and download/view any receipts/vouchers that are required for each hotel, hire place, etc. We booked in August (trip was end of October) and Hannah managed to get us return connecting flights (sat next to each other), 3 different 4-star hotels (all with included breakfast) and an automatic hire car for just under our budget. I would definitely use Trail Finders again, thank you Hannah!

Fantastic experience: Amazing for long haul flight prices. Great value for money and always super helpful on the phone! No obligation or pressure, but they will always give good advice.

Positive experience: Wasn't fantastically impressed - went in to find honeymoon ideas but they didn't really seem to suggest anything that we not thought of already. Good for nice package holidays I think.

Negative experience: Went in to enquire about a refund for a friend who cancelled his ticket . I understood why they could not issue a refund but the lady we spoke to was very rude , straight away became very abrupt, even though we were both very calm and simply wanted a better understanding of the situation . Kind of person that will only provide good customer service when taking money but a totally different person when dealing with issues. Disgusting behavior.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Will not use again. Having used Trailfinders for our trips to Japan and Italy in the past made a special journey to Oxford to visit them and aim to book our celebration trip to South Africa with safari for next year. Very short staffed for a Saturday. We were told 25 mins to half an hour wait which would have been OK but after an our and counting we were still sat. Feeling more frustrated, not spoken to and not offered a drink whilst we waited. Looking to spend around £12k but just ignored is not good customer service. As people came in the same 25 mins wait time was given to them and Trailfinders had no chance of meeting this. In the end I spoke to the manager as we were leaving, told him he'd lost our business. His answer, not my fault we're short staffed! Need to realise there's competition out there

Fantastic experience: Great customer service all round! We booked out honeymoon to Bali with Trailfinders back in 2019 before our wedding in 2020 and due to obvious reasons we couldn't go! The team at Oxford were very helpful in moving our dates forward to 2021 and again to 2022 when hopefully we'll be able to actually go somewhere! If your need of a holiday these guys can definitely help!

Positive experience: Initially dealing with Edinburgh Office and disappointed with service which as a result of mistakes, I cancelled parts of my long haul trip. I was put through to the Oxford Office to deal with an enquiry and the service that I received from Naomi was excellent, in that she was given more business for my impending trip. Dealt with all my queries in a pleasant and helpful manner and arranged various vehicle hire on my behalf. I would recommend this office to any person who is considering booking a holiday with Trailfibders
