Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC DO NOT USE. I am absolutely appalled by this company. in September 2022 I booked a holiday for me and my family to fly to Tenerife in the November of that year. but due to my son being born with a heart condition and having to stay in hospital we were unable to go on this holiday. I then got in contact with the company explained what had happened and had arranged to change the holiday to November 2023 as well as paying 800 pounds on top of the original price to change the flights. then I called the company as they hadn't sent me any sort of confirmation for the flights or hotel. they were not answering any of my phone calls or emails blocked my phone number as well as my partners and now me and my family are left 4500 pounds down and no holiday. can anyone help us sort this out?
Negative experience: Bogus company. DO NOT USE. Booked everything through them. Paid upfront. Flights fine, transfer fine. Got to the hotel to find they had cancelled the hotel. Without notifying us at all. Tried calling - bogus number. Emailed/live chat/Facebook - no reply or communication. I’ve messaged every day to find out why etc but nothing. Had to obviously then pay out another £700 for the hotel as nowhere else to go. Have found out since that they have done this to lots of families too. All fine but no accommodation!! Absolute thieves. Bogus company.
Negative experience: AWFUL COMPANY, no response to emails or messages doesn’t give full info so charged extra to check in and add baggage DO NOT USE!!!!
Negative experience: Don't go near to them, they are awful. I had a holiday to Turkey with them last year 06/2022. The flights cancelled and I had to request my money back after they fail to fine the holiday with same price. I am still trying to get my money back. They don't answer my emails or phones anymore. They are not at their indicated address and not accepted court letters. I managed to write to their office email once but they no longer emailing back to me from office. They work like a scam .
Negative experience: I booked a 3 star Hotel that's what I wanted minimum they gave me a 2 star hotel and told me there's nothing they will do about it and put the phone down then blocked my number unbelievable people we booked last year and we turned up to an empty hotel which wad closed we had to get a coach to another hotel plwase don't book with brwak for holidays

Negative experience: I am in Tenerife right now and this company has only reserved us for 2 nights at the hotel, it was a package holiday for a week! They are not replying to my calls or emails and the hotel is also unable to contact them! The hotel has told us we need to pay for the remainder of our holiday! Totally ruined our holiday
Negative experience: Yes you may get a good deal on a holiday offer. The after sales care is non existent. Very hard to get hold of anyone by both phone or e-mail, no calls returned from messages left. They are quick enough is calling you to complete the sale and take your money. However not to help with any potential issues or questions you could have afterwards. I e-mailed at least 6 times requesting my ATOL paperwork .Which should have been provided straight away, along with other documents. Also the info provided on how to check in online for flights could have been explained a bit better.

Negative experience: Do NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY...CANCELLED HOTEL 2 DAYS BEFORE WE ARRIVED, HAVE ONLY PAID FOR 2 DAYS SAYING WOULD SEND THE REST TO HOTEL..WHICH HAVEN'T DONE...CALLED 5 TIMES SPOKE WITH LADY, AND NOW NOT PICKING UP MY CALLS...SO LEFT WITH NO HOTEL FOR 5 NIGHTS UNLESS PAY AGAIN. Should be no stars but can't post without hitting one.
Negative experience: Had a good holiday but booked a shuttle transfer in Gran Canaria return , return didn’t turn up rang break 4 u to say shuttle bus hadn’t turned up , they said get a taxi and get the receipt and we will reemburse you £68.00 from peurto Rico to airport .. emailed them receipt and said that they had receipt and would ring me back , they never rang and after constant ringing and no answer I gave up.. …. once Bitten Twice SHY !!!!!!!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible service Had our holiday completely ruined. Emailed on arrival to holiday looking to b moved to a different location, we actually had mice in our apartment, videos and photos to prove, WiFi advertised but not working and nothing to cook on even tho it was self catering to get no response, tried to call no answer. Emailed manager and company again nothing. Would never use again. Do not recommend at all . Save your money nd book with a different company. I could have had 5 star with what I paid .
Negative experience: Booked a holiday to Lloret de Mar only to get there and find out you are in Calella. Hotel not even a 1 star. Very poor customer service.

Negative experience: DONT EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, i booked a week away to spain through this company with my family for my daughters birthday and when we arrived at alicante airport we were told our transfer was cancelled giving us no other option leaving me, my wife and our young children stranded for hours...very very bad service, i was shouted at down the phone by several memebrs of this company when i finally got in touch with someone, my emails have never been returned either... been promised refunds for our taxi that we had to get to our hotel seperately but no one is now returning my calls or emails....disgrace of a company, ruined the start of our holiday and my daughters birthday as this was the day we flew out again DONT EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY
Negative experience: Be aware of very poor service for the customers. In case something went wrong you need to know that no body will be able to help you. ATOL, ABTA even Global travel group will not be able to help you because they are not members of these companies. They are online registered company and no one has power to push them to sort out your problems. Simply, they will find you holiday, will take money and there is their service stopped. We had a transfer issue, company made an error with the return date and they told us we have to sort it out on our own. Didn't help us at all. Be careful with them. I am not giving them this star but had to click on it otherwise will not post it.
Negative experience: AVOID AVOID AVOID, do not use this company, they accept no responsibility if anything goes wrong . They use different names for the same person (Jacob, James, Alex) you get passed from pillar to post. There is NO customer service at all once they have you money. Watchdog should expose them!
Negative experience: Do not go through this agent you will regret it. Horrible service rip off not sure how they still operating should be dealt with by trading standard agency. Cheeky trip sell holidays on their behalf, your booking is 100% nonrefundable, CHEEKY TRIP remember the site and avoid like the plague !!!
Negative experience: They don't do anything until they have a large deposit off you then they will hike the price and won't give you a refund. You will have to pay the cost or book a different over priced holiday with them. To get any of your money back
Fantastic experience: Cannot fault Break4Holidays for the package deal. Price was excellent and expectations were met. We did however have a slightly terrifying journey on the transfer coach back to the airport on departure day. The driver was swinging the coach round corners and roundabouts without barely slowing down. My partner is a coach driver & was appalled as there was no consideration for passenger comfort & whilst he may have considered he was a safe driver we did not feel safe. He had a box for tips which was probably empty. My tip would be to take more care & consider passengers.

Positive experience: After a very difficult year I want to recommend Kevin at BREAK4HOLIDAYS for their excellent service. Our booking was under threat from airline cancellations, but they bent over backwards to get us on our way. Our scheduled flight was cancelled only days from take off, but they rebooked us on a flight that was a day early, they contacted our hotel to add the extra day AND made it complimentary. Will definitely book for Christmas this year.
Fantastic experience: Sarah was fantastic and patient. I called for a price to Tenerife and she worked very hard to get me the best deal she could. Would highly recommend and will certainly be booking again. The emails and updates I have received is way more than I expected. Well done

Fantastic experience: I booked a holiday last week, for September 2022. The day after the booking I got a call to say the flights had been cancelled, however B4H were able to get us on a flight the day early and an extra night in the hotel - for the same price! No hassle, everything came through on email confirmation. Thank you for being so supportive and helpful in a difficult time
Negative experience: Absolutely extraordinary, I wish I had checked here before I booked a holiday. There is a worldwide pandemic, I was meant to be going to canary Islands, OPPOSITE AFRICA, they refused a refund. I then booked an alternative in alcudia, they insisted on more money, to take what i paid to almost the whole holiday fee. I rejected , fearing future rejection on refund, and the supervisor even swore at me. Now they have barred me.... Omg how can they get away with this???.
Negative experience: Diabolical customer service once they got your money. They don't provide you with a proper link to check-in online do I ended up paying a further £110 to check in which they haven't refunded despite sending many emails which they haven't replied to. Certainly won't recommend only gave one star to write review
Negative experience: The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The jokers who answer the phone are very rude, disrespectful and have no understanding of a customers needs. Joker kept putting phone down on me constantly, They think that it’s their way or no way. I would urge everyone not to book with this company and if you do then good luck to you.
Negative experience: Very bad service never return your calls.. Emails back and forth holiday Credit note not honoured and this is costing a small fortune from Dublin on phone calls to this Company in the UK... Just not on at all.. Yes its heading for the legal aspect from here in Ireland.
Negative experience: Terrible dodgy company. After a year of our holiday being cancelled we are yet to receive a full refund. You can never speak to the managers. You don't even get a reply from the CEO avoid this company like the plague just plain thieves!!!!!

Negative experience: I had a holiday booked via Break4Holidays last November17th to Benidorm.it was Cancelled due to Covid restrictions on the 9th of September!! It is now over 8 months later,And I am still waiting for my refund!!! I have phoned over 40 times !! I was told I would be refunded after xmas!!! ,I was told I would be refunded this week,guess what?? No refund.Told yesterday they are targeting to Try!! To refund myoney next week!!! Absolutely disgraceful treatment..from this useless company!! There rep told me hed grt me a terrific deal !!! Guess what I said.Eugene Cawley.
Negative experience: I would not even give this company one star, would opt for minus ten if i could. The staff lie, ignore phone calls and emails, No communication, i was not informed when the holiday was cancelled, They tried to get a larger deposit from myself when booking the holiday, Did not sent confirmation certificates for holiday just screen shots of flights, Holiday cancelled and still trying to get my deposit back, Several phone calls , emails and i still keep getting fobed off, I have been told several times this will go into my bank, I am now just waiting until my bank can recall payment, I would adivise any one else having problems with this company go straight to your bank, I can only presume they will not be in buissness much longer considering dodggy service and fraudulant practise,

Last year we booked & flight was with Thomas cook on day they announced all flights cancelled. Got full refund as package holiday in first of week of cancellation. This year was unfortunate due to COVID. Full refund took a bit longer but appreciate had lots of holidays to deal with. Just re booked for next year and find the online booking easy to use. Negative experience: Never use this company they are an absolute joke of a company I booked a holiday to majorca well before covid for August and despite trying to contact them early on saying I would like a refund or to change dates all I had off them was its non refundable and non exchangeable and then 2 weeks later they tried to contact me saying I had to cancel to see if i could get anything and then contacted me again saying i had to let them know if I was going or not because the suppliers had asked for the information, all they do is worm out of direct questions, in my opinion they would make great politicians.
Negative experience: Do not use this company they are a complete and utter joke con artists I had a holiday to majorca booked in may i had to constantly ring them for confirmation and reservations details and atol certificate speaking to so called managers Adam and co unfortunately our holiday was cancelled due to covid which I had to inform them about then they sent me a voucher which I told them I didn't want and was told I had to wait 12 months for a refund then 4 week's later after numerous phone calls to the joker adam I was informed I'd get a refund in 2 weeks after 2 weeks nothing spoke to the joker adam again and he said i was wrongly informed by one of his so called professional members of staff he said he'd deal with it personally and keep me informed weekly 40 odd phone calls later and numerous times of them hanging up on me they said it was the parent company who was dealing with my refund but said that nobody apart from them can contact this so called parent company apart from them after I asked for there number then I was told I'd get my refund in another 4 weeks fortunately I decided to contact my bank and low and behold my bank refunded me in less than 24 hours let's see how this joke of an outfit deals with major banks when I hope everyone who reads this review goes through the same process I did good luck everyone moral of my review don't use these con artists or listen to there lies
Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Please read the previous reviews. They are holding onto £300 which they should have refunded for a ski pass they never provided. The sales team pretend to pass you to a manager ('Adam') and then Adam pretends he is going to do something about it - and doesn't. I've called at least 10 times, and I've followed up with multiple emails. I am now progressing complaints, and may pursue a claim through the small claims court. I am shocked that companies operate in this way and I intend to highlight it to warn others as much as possible.
Negative experience: BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! the hotels and descriptions do not match what they claim, and the ya re quick to take your money or process and new bookings! If you have an issue however, there is never a manager to speak to, and if you do eventually get brought to an Adam, Dexter, or the like who claim to be managers!, they do nothing and dot stick to their word! They don’t call back EVER, You have to forever CHASE them, and up to Th is day I am still AWAITING A REFUND FOR A MESS UP ON THEIR PART!! No Luck on this front! They haven’t answered my emails or numerous calls and it’s beyond a joke! Do not use them or you will regret it! You have been WARNED!

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever. Booked with a sales guy called Dextar. Was ok with taking my money but the service provided after my money was taken was rank. Couldn’t have gotten any worse. The room we were given was nothing like the pictures provided. To get the room in the pictures was an upgrade which I wasn’t told about. So had to pay extra to get the better room which someone called adam from the accounts department said will reimburse within 24hr. Been over 2 weeks now they wont put me through to the accounts department nor will adam come on the phone to speak to me. Yet to receive a refund from these guys. Would never use these guys again. Very unprofessional and unorganised. Keep away at all costs !!!!!!!

He planned a trip that exceeded our expectations. Through his planning, we experienced the cosmopolitan aspects of Spain, the natural beauty of Spain, the warmth and flair of the Spanish people, and the history of Spain - and all this in only 9 days.
