This was our first trip with The Scuba Place. John and his team were incredible- truly made the magic happen. Not only did we get there against the odds (we'd never have made it as independent travellers), but John and Mona made us all feel like old friends (we're now new friends!). The escorted trip was run like a club trip, (so expect lots of banter and enjoy the opportunity to let your hair down). It was truly amazing - loved the diving, the company, the humour, the hotel, and the country. What more to say? Go on, book a trip
The Scuba Place is the only Scuba holiday agency I use. I have been diving for many years and the team at The Scuba Place are fantastic. Whether a package holiday or bespoke, nothing is a problem. Great prices, and even better service. Sometimes when travelling, problems can occur, on the rare occasion they do, the team at The Scuba Place dealt with them immediately, exactly what you want when far away from home. I could not recommend them more.

I don't usually do reviews, but I will make an exception for the Scuba Place. We first used The Scuba Place in 2020 (yes THAT year!) when we planned to do a new Egypt Liveaboard. That fell through, but John

Fantastic experience: Had the most amazing Dive holiday in the Philippines. I've been fortunate enough to travel to some great destinations, but can't think of anywhere I've been that tops the whole holiday experience of this trip. from the moment we got there we were treated like royalty. Will defiantly be booking with John and his team again. If I could have given 6 stars I would have.

Fantastic experience: Bahamas shark, Safari. The whole trip was professionally handled, and you were so helpful; always with a smile on your face. The locations were wonderful and I enjoyed the opportunities for varied dives; the laid back reef dives contrasting with the truly amazing shark dives. Fantastic experience: Having travelled all over the world for many years, we now book pretty much all of our trips with The Scuba Place. The organisation and attention to detail on the trips they plan are second to none. Whether you want a simple week in Egypt, or a bespoke, multi week, multi destination trip to a remote, far-flung corner of the world they can organise it for you. They know the issues to look out for and if something isn't quite right or something goes wrong, which can happen when you travel to more remote locations, you can pick up the phone to them safe in the knowledge they will put things right. That alone makes booking trips with them a no brainer for us. If you join one of their hosted (come dive with us) trips you also have the added reassurance that a member of their staff is with you hosting the trip, to make sure everyone has an amazing time. We simply can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: This was just another amazing trip hosted by John, Mona and the gang at The scuba Place. We had the luxury of travelling to the Philippines from Birmingham with a stop off in Dubai. The Scuba Place didn’t disappoint with the Goods the flights were perfect not much stop over in Dubai which was excellent. Once we arrived in Manila there was hotel waiting for us to get out heads down after a long flight ready for the onward journey to Scandi Divers. The trip from the hotel was about 90 mins on a coach to take it us to the crossing port. 30 mins later on the speed boat taxi we were there, and what a welcome we received. All the staff lining up a band playing and the local children dancing as we got off the boat. To then be handed a hand made shell necklaces. Now onto the resort. Well what can say, the staff here are incredible they remembered each and everyone’s name within the first hour of us arriving. And there were 38 of us, so not an easy task. Followed by a welcome meeting and getting to know the boat crew dive guides, before being given a 15 minutes head and shoulder massage to release the stress of the long journey. Then to given a complementary 90 min massage to take within the resort ( which are very good indeed) followed by a drinks water bottle which was personalised by The Scuba Place. Now the best part of the trip. The diving !!!!!!! Wow wow wow is I can say. The marine life is thriving and the corals are so healthy. There was so much to see but not enough time (3 weeks) to see it all it was incredible. At the end of the trip for those that went home. There was an end of trip party which was fantastic with a large Buffett full hog roast and fire dancers. It was a great party atmosphere and all the staff got involved to. I have to say that this is by far the best diving trip I have been on and the scuba place go above and beyond to make things very special. So thank you again John Mona and the gang for a memorable trip. I will definitely be seeing you again.

Fantastic experience: After our planned trip to the Maldives was cancelled due to the pandemic, John and the team at the scuba place worked tirelessly to find us an alternative holiday. After contacting us all individually they came up with a possibility in Grenada. We all agreed on the concept so off to work they went. Every fine detail was taken care of, including pcr tests. This turned out to be the most amazing diving holiday ever. Many new friends have been made. Various other complications happened while we were away. John just got to work on his laptop and sorted everything out. I can’t recommend The Scuba Place highly enough for your next trip. You will get value for money and an incredible memorable trip.
