Fantastic experience: Popped in to book a trip to Thailand, which we are currently on. Got fantastic service from Jess Nicholls. We landed up booking a different hotel to what we initially had wanted as it was full, but the option she got for us really worked in our favour as it was a linger time at a lesser price, and not downgrading on quality at all. There was constant and prompt communication regarding the trip. I am truly happy that I walked into Flight Centre in Richmond when I did, and I will most definitely book further trips with them.
