Fantastic experience: Exceptionally helpful. I visited with a rather complex travel plan, followed by an even more complicated one. Both sorted out by Jennie expertly. I have used the agency before, remotely, and had a more conventional holiday booking with them which went very smoothly. Much nicer to deal with specialists face to face rather than troll through online bucket shops

Fantastic experience: We can highly recommend this very competent, very experienced and friendly Travel Agent who helped us arrange a special holiday in St Lucia in January. We took advantage of an advertisement on Facebook and Gill ensured at every step that our requirements were met. We were really impressed that all 3 ladies there that day, had recent personal experience of St Lucia and made the decision on hotel choice easy. Jenette really does have a very good professional team and when we had one or two subsequent queries before flying out, Jenette, Gill and Lisa were so helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and they took genuine care to ensure we had everything we needed. An excellent customer service experience all round and we feel happy to recommend Travel Options with complete confidence.

Fantastic experience: As an older, female, solo, traveller, I really felt I needed the help and the security of a travel agent. I wanted an individual agent who would be able to offer lots of options. Travel Options was certainly the right choice. Between Jenette and Gill, I ended up with a fantastic holiday in Parga, Greece. They fitted my holiday around me. It was everything I had asked for. Their knowledge and commitment made such a difference. They are also so approachable and friendly. I would really recommend this travel agent and will definitely visit again.

Fantastic experience: Booked through Jenette for a 4 week holiday in Australia starting from Sydney to cairns, everything went really smoothly and she picked out great hotels that we couldn’t of found better if we tried. Really friendly staff and nothing seems to be to much Trouble, would recommend to all and will be reusing.

Fantastic experience: Wow this is a great Travel Agency. Lots of knowledge and right in the heart of the town. Prices are very good and saves you time searching the Internet.
