Fantastic experience: A beautiful place to visit and was part of the old Leavesden Hospital grounds. Diverse range of trees, cafe, playground, cycle hub and more!

Positive experience: Adjacent to the Harry Potter Warner bros studios. Commercial space has the ASOS customer care centre. A bit remote for its location. Either take a Uber (£7-10) for a ride from Watford junction to this place or you could take arriva bus (no. 8 or 10) that costs £3.7 for return fare (oyster or contactless does not work in these buses. They aren’t TFL) If you are in a hurry then take a cab. Is in fact quicker to reach from Watford high street junction.

Positive experience: Boohoo and a few other businesses are based here. Not a lot in the way of decent lunch options for the amount of people in the vicinity.

Positive experience: A nice spacious park. Just a shame to see metal fencing up again when it was only recently finished. Very sad that it has already been vandalised.

Positive experience: We'll kept park with places to picnic and smooth paths to walk or cycle along. I taught my daughter to cycle here!
