Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from Paul, helping us plan our 8 week holiday in Canada. He even coped with me changing the itinerary! He planned round our rendezvous with friends, and found fabulous hotels, and luxury elements including the Rocky Mountaineer train ride, and an Alaskan Cruise with Seabourn. Looking forward to our next big holiday with Paul's help.

Negative experience: Very poor service from the MD, even the hotel we were dealing with thought they were unhelpful. Clearly held a room from stopping us to book direct after they messed up. No Stars !!!!

We won't delve into a debate here, but it's worth noting that we've had the pleasure of serving numerous satisfied repeat clients. In this instance, it's important to clarify that you initially made a booking for a holiday, providing us with your credit card information. Subsequently, you opted to book directly. We hope you enjoyed your trip, and it's essential to mention that you've never had direct communication with our Managing Director.
