We've been looked after by Emma when we have visited and can not recommend her enough. Negative experience: We have a formal complaint - the villa wasn’t the main issue -it’s that they sent us to another location miles away from where they had quoted - but - whilst at the villa my daughter fell on the rotten decking and hurt herself - it was so rotten and dangerous that they took the whole decking up mid holiday. The first 4 days of our Holliday have been spent on the phone for hours trying to get relocated to the area we were promised. We are an additional 45 minutes away from where we should have been staying - adding 1.5 hours to our travelling time every day - not ideal for children, taking a huge chunk out of our time here and costing a fortune in Ubers. To top it off - we are not staying at a complex as quoted where there would have been restaurants, shops and pools - but a residential estate with no facilities. Do not trust this company!

Positive experience: I went to exchange money.First when I went door was broke so I waited few minutes for someone to come and let me in.When finally lady decided to open the door she asked me what I need her attitude wasn’t pleasant.I went to the cashier to exchange money took very long time to go through the process.But the lady was new and in her training so was understandable ,she was such a sweet and polite about inconvenience.But after lady that opened door for me come to see where was the problem and again her attitude was horrible towards me I asked some questions about exchange rates and she basically rolled her eyes.I never had such unpleasant service before.I think this lady should really change her behaviour if she works with people.I don’t think i will ever go back to this place.And definitely I’m not recommending..

Negative experience: Do not use this travel agent they just hustle you for extra money once you purchase the tickets, and then blatantly lie about . Completely untrust worthy , will promise yiu everything and give you nothing ,absolutely disgusting thst co op operate like this

Negative experience: Holiday booked at the end of February during COVID for June this year (2021) for a wedding. We then hit lockdown no 2, however when we enquired about paying we were informed we had to pay the full amount of our holiday by the 14th March or loose the £500 deposit we had made when booking. We had to find and pay £2800 for the 2 of us to go. After paying the full amount it wasn’t long before the government announced the traffic light system. Our destination was a red zone however they still didn’t offer a refund, instead we had to choose another location still unsure at this point of which countries would be in the red zone and which ones wouldn’t. We opted for Zante which later was announced was an amber zone so we assumed that we would still be ok to travel. We had no calls or email to say any different. 11 days before we are due to travel we receive an email from our travel agent stating that our holiday has been cancelled. After speaking to them we have been told that plain and simply we can still travel however “tui “had just cancelled our flight. We have had an option to re-book or cancel and get a refund, we’ve asked for a refund only to be informed that refunds take up to 12 WEEKS but might be in a little quicker. After all of this we asked for a call back to confirm our refund request and was assured we would receive a phone call by 5pm tonight (21/05/2021) it hasn’t happened. Now we totally understand COVID and the way it has turned the country upside down, we also understand that businesses are suffering and we understand the struggle, but this has just been VERY poor service from start to finish and we will not book a flight through mid counties travel in the future. Forced payment whilst not knowing if we can travel No real communication Cancelled travel for no valid reason Refund could take up to 12 weeks with no guarantee

She was beyond helpful and made what we anticipated as a stressful few hours into lots of laughs and an easy process. She was amazing and we are very thankful!

Fantastic experience: Booked my holidays here for years. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble they will help you in anyway to get a great holiday and often giving good advice on a resort or hotel. Ive never felt pressured to book and sometimes have been in there a couple of hours finding my perfect holiday. They will always try to beat a quoted price or match it. Although all staff are very good, my experience, with quite a few booking Or advice with Bev, has been brilliant and a mention to Tom too who is also always happy, helpful and cheerful usually on the desk as you go in.
