Fantastic experience: We chose to book our honeymoon to Canada with trailfinders and couldn't be happier with our choice! Professional company that talk through all options available to you. Our trip originally included Jasper but unfortunately due to fires within the area they helped us change our route at short notice, the places chosen did not disappoint! We had the holiday of a life time, one we will never forget! Would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. You're in safe hands!

Fantastic experience: A brilliant service from start to finish. Ross spent a few hours going through all of our honeymoon wishes and worked his magic to create the perfect trip. After booking everything it is incredibly easy to organise, plan and pay through the app, with Ross checking in every so often to make sure we knew our next steps. Whilst away, every aspect of the trip was organised perfectly, with no stress on us whatsoever. They even have a WhatsApp number if you have any questions that you need a quick answer on. I would definitely use Trailfinders and this branch again, with a special mention to Ross who made the whole process simple and stress free!

Negative experience: I was ready to book tickets for a Vietnam flight I phoned at around 5pm 5/4/23 and a recorded message told me I was number 17 in the queue and wait time about 21 minutes Pretty awful for a big company I got my tickets elsewhere but suggest you hire more people to book tickets I will never use this company again life’s too short

Everything we wanted was arranged, every detail we needed to know was given, every question ask was answered & all done by an absolute amazing member of staff called Holly Smith....wow! She is the best travel agent we have ever known!!! Informative, friendly, professional, compassionate etc... what else could we say...just superb! So if your thinking of using trailfinders then stop thinking & get doing!... An amazing company with staff to match...Fantastic!!!

Fantastic experience: TRAINS PLANES & AUTOMOBILES, plus a few FERRIES! My wife and I have just returned from a holiday to Australia. It started out as a wedding invitation in Sydney but we decided to make it into a holiday. To do this we contacted Trailfinders and spoke to Simon White. He put some suggestions to us and we decided to let him plan out a full itinerary which he did. We agreed to all of it and what a holiday we have had, it was truly amazing, a holiday of a lifetime! His planning was perfect in every aspect from fantastic hotels, trips, car hire, ferries and some real treats, afternoon tea at Raffles being one stand out. We felt like VIPs! Everything worked like clockwork and we had the back up of Viewtrail (mainly to remind us what we were doing next!) Simon, we can't thank you enough for organising it all. Negative experience: Never answer their phone. Rang the number so many times.. eventually I gave up and just let it ring.. 1 hour and 20 minutes until I just gave up...

Negative experience: Tried calling 3 times when I wanted to book a holiday leaving about a week later. I couldn't get through. The recording said they were busier than usual. I guess it's hard to get staff levels right in fluctuating times.

Fantastic experience: I have had the best service from Steve at Trailfinders Bournemouth this week. We found ourselves having to change our holiday at fairly short notice and he was brilliant. We had to request a few different options until we had the right alternative and nothing was too much trouble for him. So helpful and professional and really made a difference to us this week - thank you!! Always phoned me back when he said he would, every time, even though holiday bookings are so busy for them at this time. We thoroughly recommend Steve for any of your future holiday plans.

Fantastic experience: We first used Trailfinders for a wonderful trip to Hong Kong and Australia in 2019. Simon White at the Bournemouth branch helped us create an amazing itinerary to suit our requirements and everything ran like clockwork. We then booked another holiday, this time for Canada, specifically Vancouver and the Rockies. Again Simon guided us with his expert local knowledge. Unfortunately, this being 2020, the holiday had to be cancelled but nevertheless I would like to commend Trailfinders for their communications and professionalism in handling the whole process and promptly arranging a full refund without any fuss. It is at times like these that you realise the benefit of booking with a reputable travel firm who you can trust - we will definitely be using Trailfinders again.

Fantastic experience: My Travel Consultant Stephen Lock has a very good understanding of what my travel requirements are. Having booked several trips with him; a Californian dudebro adventure, Indo China hike bike and kayak trip, you will be advised on the key elements of your holiday meaning that it will be totally hassle free. The advice and guidance on travel is pretty much spot on, for seasoned and first time travelers alike. We were meant to be travelling to South East Asia this Easter, but due to some mysterious bug, planet earth got imprisoned were under curfew. Trailfinders were very quick in offering the various possible options, including a full refund, which is what we went for. Again, I spoke to another travel consultant, Debbie, on the phone right in the beginning of the pandemic, and they couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. We all know that the aviation and travel industry has taken a massive hit, so I was rather understanding that the money would return in due course (6 weeks). But it's nice to have that piece of mind that Trailfinders have got your back. We rebooked to do the same trip again next year (with additional insurance and being advised on what additional caveats have arisen, given the change in climate in travel and leisure), and wouldn't have done so without knowing the high standard of service and professionalism Trailfinders provide.

Fantastic experience: We booked our American road trip with trailfinders and the whole team couldn't have been more helpful. Every detail was thought about and it was great to have recommendations from people who had actually been to the places we were visiting. We dealt mainly with Simon who completely understood our needs and didn't just try to sell us anything but tailored the products, the National Park pass for example was a brilliant idea and money saver for us. I cannot highly recommend Simon and his team enough. It was amazing customer care to have a phone call a week before flying to ensure we had everything we needed and a follow up call when we got home to make sure everything went well. You can really tell the team care about their customers and it's not just a sales job for them. Can't wait to book with them again next year

But recently had a bad experience whereby I've been told I need to pay extra admin fees because they have some record of me requesting a change to a package in the past because I found out they were £300 dearer for a hotel in the package I was interested in.
