Fantastic experience: Fantastic Greek Island Cruise arranged by Jo. Everything was perfect. 90 year old mother, myself and 2 sisters. Hi arranged assistance at airports, private transfers to Hotel in Athens, where we had dinner in The Placa looking up at the Acropplis . Private transfers to ship, interconnecting state cabins. The ships crew couldn't do enough for us. Return private transfers back to aireport with assistance onto flight. Will definitely book again with Holidaze and Celestyal Cruises.

Fantastic experience: Jo arranged me and my partner a trip away to Barcelona, I explained I wanted this to be for my partners birthday- And would be our first birthday celebrating abroad! The hotel was a great location, fab breakfast came with it too. The transfers from airport to hotel were very easy, got a simple coach from Girona airport and good price. Jo arranged this for me, with a great price and after getting in such a pickle trying to find the best deal myself I was introduced to her at the perfect time. Would easily go back! Or better yet live out there if I could.. we made some great memories that I will never forget. And a lovely postcard to welcome us home- thanks again, would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: After my overseas return flight home was cancelled recently, Jo at Holidaze resolved this predicament within an hour of phoning her. It wasn’t possible to rearrange my flight home that evening so Jo booked me into an airport hotel and kept me updated throughout the process. Fantastic experience: Wonderful service as usual. From booking to our arrival home, it all went like clockwork. The Holidaze team are so friendly and approachable. We will continue to use them for their personal & professional service.

Positive experience: Lovely intimate resort, staff are super friendly and fun. Because the location is on the east of the island probably best to hire a car so you can get around to see more of the island’s beaches as the resort beach has a lot of seaweed but we still enjoyed going there. I would recommend going to Green Island to snorkel, you can get the boat from the resort’s jetty. They will provide a picnic if you want. Also the sunset boat trip from the resort well worth it. Although the resort beach is not ideal we would definitely go back to the resort as we loved the location, resort was beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff are fabulous.

Negative experience: Thank you for telling us you've moved! It will be easier to go to Winton to the travel agents or book direct online and get a better discount. It's a shame as we thought we were valued customers and had given Holidaze our business in the past also recently. Obviously not, thank you for response I can only wish you well in your new location but we won't be coming back again.

Fantastic experience: Don't go to anyone else!! As soon as I was introduced to Holidaze I knew I'd found a keeper. I always used to book my own holidays because I honestly didn't think it was that much hassle but using Holidaze even more so. I asked for something quite specific and they delivered with ease and I couldn't believe the cost either....something again that I thought I could get cheaper booking myself but couldn't get anywhere near it! The way they present the choices made it easy for me to select what I wanted and they are so accommodating if you go back and add things or if have forgotten something or needed to be a bit more specific. I will never waste my time looking for holidays again, these guys are CLEARLY the experts for all things Holidaze. I feel so confident about my holiday now and can't wait to go! Fantastic experience: My wife usually spends days searching for the best deals on holidays and she always feels she gets a bargain, this time I wanted to take the stress out of the process and got in touch with the team at Holidaze. I'm so glad I did, they do an amazing job at searching for your exact needs, referring back with suggestions and ideas how our suggestion could even be improved! As bargain hunters, once we'd settled on a package we thought we'd take a look to see if we could find a similar package cheaper, but to our surprise the price quoted by Holidaze couldn't be beat... not sure how they did it but we're extremely impressed and will be returning once we're finally out of lockdown, or perhaps even book one in advance so that we have something to look forward to! Fantastic experience: In a crazy moment we asked Holidaze to find us a week's holiday in Portugal as it was 'Green Listed' under Covid restrictions. Jo found us an excellent apart-hotel in Albufeira. Little did we know that Portugal would be moved so quickly into the 'Amber List' . Four days into the holiday Easyjet cancelled our flight home. Jo was marvellous, re-arranging everything and keeping us posted by phone and e-mail. Great communication. As new customers we are so impressed with the high level of service received.
