Fantastic experience: My family and I booked our holiday in Morzine to celebrate my husband's 60th Birthday. In total there were 21 family membrs who stayed in the La Ferme Du Lac Vert. What can I say that accurately describes the wonderful time that we had? It was absolutely fantastic! Everything was taken care of, the chalet was amazing with the most friendly staff, who were all so attentive but not at all intrusive and I think that is very rare these days. Nothing was too much trouble and the skiing in Morzine and surrounding areas was great. I was in 'the no ski club' due to having had an accident prior to the holiday, and along with a few other non-skiers we had fun exploring the village and joining the others on the slopes for lunches. The nearby frozen lake was stunning and worth a visit, so much to do whether you ski or not. Luckily for us, our eldest daughter booked the whole thing, but she said that all of the people that she dealt with have been incredible. So professional and responsive to emails and any queries. All in all such a great holiday, precious memories made and we can't recommend booking a holiday through this company enough!

The team was responsive and super helpful when we started to look at options, and stayed in contact leading up to the trip to ensure we had everything we needed. Fantastic experience: Great recommendation by Shaun. We had an amazing holiday and very much enjoyed the apartment, its facilities, and the service provided by the local team. Furnishing and location were awesome. The recommendations for restaurants on the slopes and during evenings were very good and spot on. Needless to say that skiing condition were great that week and we all enjoyed every minute of our holiday. We will certainly come back to Europe for skiing and be in touch again !

Fantastic experience: I normally book my own holidays but since we were coming from CA and I have never been skiing in France, I decided to get some help and am so happy I did. Ellen was fantastic. She sent me many long detailed emails helping me understand the different resorts and answering all my questions. She showed me tons of good options in my budget range and we settled on Val D'isere. Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a skiing holiday in Val Thorens, France, staying at Chalets Cocoon. We booked the trip through Vince at Ski in Luxury and the service we received was excellent. Vince helped us to book an apartment that was ideal for our party, he liaised with Chalets Cocoon on our behalf, he was very knowledgeable about the apartment, local area and transfer options and he always answered our emails with questions and queries in a very timely manner. Furthermore, Vince checked in on us to wish us a happy holiday and emailed on our return to check we’d had an enjoyable stay. Chalets Cocoon 9 was exactly as described on the website; a luxury five star apartment. The furniture and fixtures and fittings were of the highest quality and the cleanliness of the apartment was of the highest standard. I cannot recommend Vince and Ski in Luxury highly enough. I have already recommended the company to family and friends and I wouldn’t hesitate to book through Vince at Ski in Luxury in the future.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing stay in Courchevel 1850. Vince did a great job finding a villa for us, and the concierge was there on arrival. She was able to do a tremendous job with restaurant bookings and arranging for ski passes, etc. and the house staff was truly amazing. Breakfast every day was great and they kept the place in perfect order.

Fantastic experience: Complete luxury but also very cosy. Very much ‘mountains chic’ with the added advantage of a fabulous spa facility in the building. The host/representative was fantastically helpful.Perfect location in the centre of a beautiful Italian mountain resort with ski lifts only 5 min walk and fabulous restaurants directly across the street. This was a great find and super easy to ski in and out with the chair lift only 2 minutes from our apartment also with a bar, restaurant, shop and boulangerie on our door step. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use this company again so an easy five star rating.

Fantastic experience: It’s my 60th birthday next year and I wanted to book a chalet for a week to celebrate the occasion with about 30 friends. I approached half a dozen companies last week and Ant from Ski in Luxury was the only person to respond. He’s been absolutely brilliant, super efficient and within 24 hours we have two fantastic chalets in Val D’Isere for a week in February next year. I cannot recommend Ant highly enough. The venue and amenities were on point, with exceptional gym and spa facilities used daily. The rooms were well-appointed and super comfortable for our family. Locality was 10/10. Fantastic experience: Nicole Shering at Ski in Luxury is a thoroughly professional, diligent and knowledgable agent to deal with. She always follows things up when she says she will and will always come back with further ideas if the initial ones don't suit. There is always excellent communication from her and appropriate reminders when deposits and balances are due. I cannot recommend Ski In Luxury highly enough and Nicole in particular.

Fantastic experience: The chalet is part of a complex that is on less land than the impression left by photos. However, in no way does this detract from this architectural and design masterpiece. The views are stunning. Alpaca shadows can be seen through your bedroom window in the morning and the alpacas welcome you upon return after a hike or a day of skiing. The materials, colors and furniture are a marvel, so much so that I’m trying to ascertain their source to use it them in my own own home. The hot tub welcome at the end of the day, the infrared sauna in the chalet is convenient and a classic Finnish sauna but 3 meters away from the front door that can be prepared by the staff upon request. The wood burning fireplace is well ventilated so it starts easily and will warm the family room within minutes. Heat is floor radiant and keeps the chalet toasty. The kitchen is well equipped and a large grocery store ridiculously close by (literally on a small hill mere steps away). Housekeeping is meticulous and the staff could not have been more welcoming or warm. This is one of the most spectacular properties I’ve ever experienced—albeit not the only one—and I felt privileged that I had an opportunity to enjoy a holiday in this remarkable chalet.

Fantastic experience: We loved our week and were bowled over by the behaviour and attitude of your staff. Lovely friendly, helpful people who made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble whether it was driving us to and from the slopes, serving us food and providing us with drinks. The staff made us feel very relaxed and cared for. Overall a thoroughly spoiling experience. Personally, I couldn’t believe they knew my name and remembered conversations we had had! The chalet was lovely and so was the food. I loved the fact that the chef cooked a special meal for my baby granddaughter each day and even bought it up to our chalet.

Fantastic experience: Chalet Foret D’Argent was superb. Our hosts Josh and Heather were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The cooking was amazing especially considering my husband was gluten-free that his needs were completely catered for and super delicious. The chalet was spotlessly clean and Isaac was always on hand to give us a lift to and from the Skiing areas. The communication with the team was great, the Vamoos app really helpful and Ant Wilkes our booking contact couldn’t have been more helpful. I cannot recommend this chalet highly enough

Fantastic experience: Wow! When booking a trip to the French Alps, we began asking for information from different homes we were interested in after a search online. That’s when we received a call from Gavin! He asked all the right questions, took into account our traveling party size, our budget and our wishes and sent us a list of properties that fit those things the very next morning! He kept in-touch, answered all our questions in a very timely manner and linked us with the PERFECT chalet for our getaway!! Fantastic experience: My experience using Ski In Luxury was fantastic from start to finish, the start been during the panemic. Rebecca was very helpful in making sure I got fully refunded. And then when new season dates came out for 2022, she got in touch to tell me and I managed to book the same holiday. When France closed its borders in Dec 2021, Rebecca suggested I hold on as rumour on the ground over in the resorts was that they would re-open sometime in Jan 2022, which they did. And as our holiday neared she kept me up to date with French travel regulations. The apartment was worth waiting for and the service from the company who Ski In Luxury deal with were fantastic also. Five stars indeed.

Fantastic experience: We just wanted to send a massive thank you from all of us. Su nailed the brief and gave us exactly what we wanted, a stunning luxury apartment, right on the slopes. We couldn't fault anything all week. Jochen, our concierge guy, made our holiday run so much easier and smoother. Negative experience: The sales staff are great -- friendly and responsive. However when things go wrong they will not be able to help much. We were left on our own to fight it out directly with the chalet owner/host over the return of our security deposit. We ended up being charged bogus cleaning fees by the unreasonable host and would advise anyone against renting from them when visiting Val-d'Isère (Chalets Covarel, chalets-de-valdisere.com)
