Negative experience: Good Evening, I’m writing this because there seems to be a major misunderstandings and I am going to clear up this situation. My fiancé was the one who called you. No mention of your accent was made during the phone call because I was in the room with him when he called. Within my initial one star review, which I felt threatened to delete because you had stated that you would seek “rightful remedy and compensation.” I had made mention of your accent as a determining factor to help identify you to the owner. Had I been able to see you, I would have used clothes, or hairstyle. We were on call and that was the only determining factor- I wanted the owner to be made aware of your unprofessionalism. You were rude to my fiancé and incredibly short and finishing his sentences when we were simply attempting explain our situation. That is why we concluded to taking our business elsewhere. Secondly, you had written that you believed I worked for a rival firm and was payed to leave my review which I’m not entirely sure why. On your website it states under “about you” that you “relate to, understand, and respect people from different backgrounds and cultures.” Your response to my initial review was one of the most disrespectful things I’ve received from a legal representative. And you blamed it fully on my nationality. Coming from a firm with a rating of 4.9 I was so deeply disappointed. “That nothing good comes out of your country and you are proof of that.” was so deeply hurtful and insulting. I just want us to get to an understanding and to realize that there was no ill intention. I do apologize if you feel like you’ve been hurt through this process of leaving a review. My intention was to reflect an honest review of the experience my family had calling and asking for help. Visa processes are very scary and very complicated. We wish you all a happy holiday. Edit: No mention of those words were said at the end of the call. Neither my husband or myself would even consider saying that and the call should be recorded on your end. I’d be happy to give you the details and the time of the call to help you pull up the recording as I’d hate for you to live with the assumption that that was said to you. Again, I have never claimed to be your client. I do have the opinion that client or not, being rude over the phone when we had come to you for help about our situation was inappropriate. I had left my review as an honest reflection of how the phone call went. If the google review I left on my experience with AR UK directly effects my family, my visa process, my ability to seek help, my ability to move to the UK, or my person, I will seek compensation. My intention was never for this to grow to the size it has. I used Google reviews as it is intended. “Google Reviews" refers to a system where customers can publicly leave written comments and star ratings about a business on Google Maps or through a Google search, providing feedback about their experience with that business, which is visible to anyone searching for the company online; essentially, it's a way for people to share their opinions about a place or service with others through Google platforms”. I had shared my honest and genuine opinion on the experience I received. Your response to the review felt discriminatory due to me being American and as a result took the steps I was recommended to do. Which, on Gov.uk under Discrimination: your rights and what you can do, is written: “If you think you’ve been unfairly discriminated against you can: complain directly to the person or organisation” as step one. Which leads me to this last and final review I will be leaving. I appreciate your time in attempting to understand this mess, I hope we can leave it at that.

Negative experience: Since my profile will be reported, I suppose I should give a little more detail about my experience with this company. I’m not a client, but my family member was. And she was repeated told that being an American that she is “entitled” and “nothing good comes from that country”. She was never racist or complained about not understanding their accent. She left an honest review, and was harassed into deleting it. For people who are suppose to help and advise people for moving from one country to another, these people came across as extremely xenophobic. I will not be removing or deleting my review as it’s the truth and my honest experience with this company. EDIT: This was family memeber that had this experience with you, not myself. And yet you replied to my review with yet another xenophobic comment which I will be posting a photo of down below. And no one mentioned anything about not being able to understand an accent. My brother in law is the person who spoke with you, he is from the UK. If I could rate worse I would. No one from any country should be treated this way.

Fantastic experience: I found ARUK in the government website. Aisha was the solicitor in charge of handling our case, Spouse visa ILR (outside of UK). She gave us a free consultation call before we jumped right into deciding to do the whole process and answered all our questions accordingly. It was such a good and seamless experience. I actually ended up hiring Aisha twice in a span of two years because I did not know that the application expires if you take too much time gathering all the requirements needed. She is very dependable and organised. She made sure my husband and I had more than enough to expedite the process without problems.
