"Our guide Simon met us in the foyer of our hotel, and could not have been a more knowledgable and pleasant man. The drive to Stonehenge was an enjoyable experience as we chatted to Simon about relevant English history etc. Arrival at Stonehenge was fine, as we had asked for London City Bus Tours to book our entry tickets for us. Simon guided us around the Stonehenge site, but also gave us time to explore on our own. Our return to London was hassle free, and we were recommended an excellent pub for a late lunch!"
"This was a wonderful surprise that my husband had booked for my birthday. We loved Windsor Castle, and our guide Andy managed to time it so we saw the Changing the Guard at Windsor Castle. Hampton Court Palace was the best visit of the day. Quieter than Windsor, but truly spectacular."

We were collected from the airport just 1 hour later and taken on our tour. Our driver Simon was very knowledgable, and nothing was a problem. (he even let us store our luggage in the taxi). I would not hesitate to take another taxi tour, next time we visit London."

Negative experience: The tour was okay. The guide continually would tell everyone that day was the last guided tour with a person sharing and then proceeded to tell everyone how she would be unemployed the next day. She was trying to guilt everyone in giving big tips. We heard this over and over for 90 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Terrific bus with guided commentary with Hop-On Hop-Off through London! I never did a Hop on Hop off bus tour before but I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the London City Bus Tour, it was a terrific way to see the sites of London. Even a pick-up stop right outside our hotel near St Paul’s. It’s a fantastic way to explore the heart of London and get your bearings of the city and a bit of history and culture from the tour guide on the bus. Very helpful and gave us lots of advice on where to go. The ticket included the Thames River Cruise and free walking tours – we did the Jack the Ripper Tour. You can drop off near the Tower of London. Don't miss the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge!

Fantastic experience: This was a wonderful tourist attraction especially as a solo trip and I can imagine how much more fun it would be in a group. However I did make alot of friends during this trip! We sat on the top deck as the sun was shining in, overal wonderful first experience on a double decker bus. It exceeded my expectations as it was a must to do for me ever since I was a child! They have the route planned and provided me with a map. I would definitely do it again.

Positive experience: Average station store, sometimes has cheap vegetables.
Fantastic experience: We booked the night bus tour for our daughter's 18th Birthday. The customer service beforehand was excellent. On the night they let us on first as I explained our daughter needed to be out of the crowds. They were very accommodating and we really appreciated that. The commentary on the bus was interesting and humorous at times. The driver was excellent when navigating the streets, especially due to how busy it was and last minute diversions due to congestions from protests etc. A very enjoyable experience. Even my husband said it was the highlight of the weekend (and he hates buses!!).

Fantastic experience: Took the vintage bus Christmas lights tour last night from Victoria bus station, sadly the weather wasn't on our side and it rained for about 30 mins of the tour but we thoroughly enjoyed it, being on this fantastic bus from our childhood and the fact its open top meant we were so close to the lights it was amazing. The commentary was really good but we did need a speaker at the front of the bus as at times it was a little quiet. Mike and Steve did a grand job making sure we saw everything and were so helpful. Now here are the facts, it's an open top bus, you are in England and sometimes it rains so don't moan just wear something appropriate and have a fantastic time on a bit of old London heritage while enjoying the beauty of Londons Christmas lights.

Positive experience: Was good, didn't have to wait too long. Commentary was OK. Had to change a few times to a new bus, be nice if they provided towels to dry very wet seats with.

Fantastic experience: Met Mark from London Bus Tours in April of this year. Very knowledgeable about where to go and what to see around London. My partner and I had an idea what we wanted to cover in one day, but London Bus Tours ensured that we got to see a lot more than we planned. I just wish that we had a similar experience in other European capitals that we have visited. When we are back visiting London I will be using this company again to plan our next tour. Therefore I rate 3 stars now …hoping this was a one-off -> Booked online, service superficial, had to sit downstairs, loud, bad quality microphone, just explain what is what without depth of history / architecture….rather hotel & property prices and such.

Positive experience: The bus tour was just fine, but I feel like it was better in other big cities like Barcelona. In London you can get everywhere by the public transport and it would be cheaper.

Negative experience: The tour info all came from a pre recorded audio. We often found it was too brief and then most of the drive was just listing to their background music.

Positive experience: Drivers are friendly and the app makes it easy to locate bus stops and see wait times. Unlike other companies your pass is good for 24hrs. Note: some routes do NOT follow the stops in numerical order, the driver told me this and he said he doesn't even know why.

Fantastic experience: Went to London with some overseas friends. I advised that we do bus tour to decide where they wanted to visit. Simple map, not complicated, easy to follow whilst passing all the main tourist spots. Absolutely delighted with the friendly and helpful drivers and staff at the various stops. Worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! The staff is super friendly and so helpful! The routes are great for tourists to see the landmarks in most exciting and relaxing way. Tried it first time in 2019 when moved to London, and have loved it ever since! Had my family and friends try it each time they visited. Strongly recommend it⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: fantastic tour guide - can’t remember their name but they were incredible (factual and funny,, a great combo) - took 2 hours to go all the way round but it felt like no time - would do again!!

Fantastic experience: My husband & I have dinner on B-Bigit Afternoon Tea Tour. Theme was Grinchmas. Amazing London City Tour while having Tea and enjoying the Christmas lights around London. We were having the most memorable Tour we ever had. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: We booked the Christmas lights tour on 3rd December..... From the moment we booked the tour we knew we were in safe hands. Mark, who organised the booking for us was in contact pre-tour to make sure everything was going well. On the day, I couldn't find the bus stop (My fault not reading the map correctly) and Mark was able to get me in the right direction. The staff at the stop, and on the bus were amazing. Very helpful, got us all organised an on our way! During the tour the commentary was brilliant. Very informative and fun for all ages. This is a great way to spend some time in London, you get to see some amazing sights and it is great value for money. Thank you everyone ... we will be back next year!
