Fantastic experience: Emma is wonderful. I had followed her for quite some time on social media before going ahead and asking for her help to book a holiday. When the time was right, we met virtually and discussed options and we eventually settled on a trip to America, to include a cruise. We had to make some changes to our booking and Emma sorted this all for us. She also helped with sorting out Special Assistance and guided me when I needed to do things. Emma even helped when we had a panic when one of the airlines decided they couldn’t take my husband’s mobility scooter (we were already in America at this point) - luckily that was resolved and all was fine. Emma helped us select a wonderful cabin on the Icon of the Seas and was on hand if we had questions at any point. We will back in touch for future holidays for sure.

Fantastic experience: I recently come back from 10 days in Lanzarote with my husband, two children and parents. Emma helped us book and choose this holiday. She gave me lots of different options of dates and locations and nothing was too much trouble. We decided on Lanzarote as this was a hotel that Emma had stayed at and everything the advised was spot on. She got what I was looking for in a family holiday and no one was disappointed. Fantastic experience: Emma helped us plan our first family trip to Disney Florida. She asked all the right questions to make sure the holiday she recommended was spot on for our requirements and within our budget. Emma was on hand throughout and even sent an email a couple of days before our travel date when bad weather threatened our departure with a ton of advice - luckily we didn’t need it. The accommodation Emma suggested was perfect for us and after visiting a few other resort hotels during our stay, we know she got this spot on as per our request for a smaller, quieter hotel away from the busy parks. Fantastic experience: Emma provided excellent advice from start to finish. Having not been abroad for many years, Emma provided advice on hotels and resorts. Following a Zoom meeting, Emma provided a number of options that suited our needs and budget. The advice was really appreciated. Emma continued to stay in contact and provided advice up until the week of travel. She was even in contact during the holiday via email to reassure us over the IT issues experienced at airports. Fantastic experience: When we were invited to a wedding in Paros we started looking and just couldn’t figure out the logistics of getting there. A phone call to Emma was all we needed. Fantastic experience: We booked our first family holiday with Emma and have just got back. We did a trip to Disneyland Paris and have children with disabilities. Emma was very knowledgeable about Disney and patient with our neverending questions. We had several zoom meetings to build our perfect holiday and then lots of helpful emails, reminders and checklists before going to make the trip as smooth as possible. Fantastic experience: Just back from a two week Mauritius holiday organised by Emma Summerill from Not Just Travel. Emma was amazing throughout with great attention to detail. Fantastic experience: I booked a cruise with Emma to the Norwegian fjords. When I first arranged the appointment with her, I had absolutely no idea where I wanted to go. I simply had a budget in mind and fancied a cruise! Emma offered a lot of advice on different cruise ships and companies. Fantastic experience: What can I say about the service that Emma provides. I booked a family trip to Lapland through Emma in January 2022. The holiday was for December 2023. Emma is extremely knowledgeable on the details on the area, the options available and based on her facebook page, she loves to travel to so I trusted her from the very beginning. We booked and left everything to Emma. Two months before the trip there were zoom calls, emails, checklists and a lot of open conversation to put minds at rest. The trip was a once in a lifetime trip and I like to have control so it meant a lot to be able to leave everything to someone else. The package booked was exactly what we wanted. The apartment was exactly what we needed for our trip, a safe, warm space to rest our heads and get ready for the next day. Fantastic experience: Western USA Road Trip: It took me a while to post this review because it took a while for our holiday experience to sink in. Essentially we explored San Francisco and the surrounding vineyards, drove very slowly down the Pacific Coast Highway to LA over ten days and then went on to rent an RV in Phoenix for a 1500 mile 8 loop around Arizona. If California stole our eyes then Arizona stole our hearts. If ever there was one trip that Emma was born to advise on, then it’s this one. She has lived in Arizona for two years and her depth of knowledge and love for this region spilled out to us. This was a meticulously planned holiday by Emma: one which nothing went wrong and everything went right. Her level of detail and knowledge extended even to which side of which RV Park we should pitch on to get the best sunsets or facilities! The road trip logistical planning was superb including which particular roads would be the most spectacular. The little touches of a bottle of champagne waiting for us at a hotel room on our anniversary to the trip down to a wonderful bakery frequented by only locals are an example of her personal touches. This was one of our trips of a lifetime and we both thank Emma from the bottom of our hearts.

Fantastic experience: After contacting Emma in 2022,to help create a "suprise "holiday for my husband's 70th birthday in 2023..she put together a remarkable trip..(keeping it a secret with me until my husbands birthday...when he was presented with the holiday itinerary)...Washington to Gettysburg covering the American Civil War sites and other places of interest, with car hire, hotels and all sorted. She also advised on other necessary things, such as International driving licences ( in case we got pulled over by USA police) as well as a wealth of advice and support. Fantastic experience: We wanted a cruise - six brochures later, we were totally confused so on a recommendation we phoned Emma. Fantastic experience: Emma is fantastic! Friendly, professional, easy to chat to and her knowledge regarding cruises is amazing. We were originally supposed to sail in 2021 but Covid and a wedding meant it got pushed back twice. The cruise we ended up taking to the Fjords in May was incredible. Emma advised on cabins and we ended up with a fab cabin in a brilliant location. She sorted out accessible boarding which really helped as our son with ASD got quite excited and overwhelmed. Fantastic experience: Emma booked a holiday in Rhodes for us, the process was smooth with prompt email replies and a helpful video call to figure out what we wanted. She stayed within our budget and found us a great deal. Because of the wildfires the holiday was cancelled by Jet2 in the end, but again Emma was helpful and supportive throughout. She called me within minutes of the message from Jet2 about the cancellation and we discussed alternative options. Emma took the worry of refund or rebook off me, researched what was available, and eventually helped us find a different holiday booking for later this year which she arranged and again everything was so smooth and easy our end, and we'll even end up getting a little refund for the price difference as well. Fantastic experience: Emma was a huge help booking and finding a destination for our family moon. Emma was always available for any questions and/queries. It took away any stress booking a holiday as Emma did this all for you. Emma found us a fantastic hotel in Lanzarote it was clean and well kept. Stunning views of the Ocean. The staff were all super friendly and could not do more to help. The food was of a good quality and the hotel entertainment was excellent for children and adults alike. The children loved the pools including the slides which were perfect for our 5,8 & 12 year old. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Getting to know us to understand our needs and expectations, she recommended a great place to stay (Davey Crockett Ranch), gave us loads of time in the parks, and made sure we knew what to expect. Fantastic experience: So much has happened since we originally booked our honeymoon to Malta. Emma found us the perfect trip but It had to be postponed twice due to Covid. We got so close to going last month but I caught covid the day before we was due to fly. I called Emma as soon as I found out & even though she was on a day trip with her family she sorted everything for us that day. I was so grateful as I was feeling awful & really disappointed. While I was lying in my sick bed I asked Emma to find us an alternative to Spain as soon as possible. We booked something within a couple of hours. Menorca with Jet2 was exactly what we wanted. Fantastic experience: We were hoping to book a very last minute week in the sun over the summer holidays, and with so many package holidays being cancelled in the news, just when we were looking to book, we wanted some expert advice and guidance on what to go for, and that's just what we got from Emma. Fantastic experience: We spent a wonderful week in Italy. We flew into Venice, spent three nights there sightseeing, eating great food and plenty of gelato.We took a waterbus across to the islands of Murano and Burano. Couldn’t resist a ride on a gondola. Took the very efficient and clean train to Florence, three nights there. Some of the places we visited were the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio museum and the unfixing gallery to see the famous David. Enjoyed lots of street entertainment and mooched around the market, a great place to eat. Final part of our trip was the train to Pisa. A lovely place, quieter than Florence. Walked from our hotel to see the famous leaning tower. Ate at a great Italian family restaurant. Thanks to Emma our trip was very well planned and train tickets and some tickets to attractions were pre-booked.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Emma!! Emma was recommended by a friend of mine and I can't thank her enough for all the care, knowledge, understanding and expertise she showed when helping us chose the best options for our holiday, travel, transfers etc. Her knowledge about the Euro Disney parks, hotels, airports, meal plans and transfers meant that we booked the best hotel, travel times and transfers for us. The care she showed when booking our trip carried over to checking we had arrived, that there were no issues and then checking on us on our return. Traveling as a group of 7 first timers to Orlando after a pandemic with a huge amount of red tape, costs and options to navigate - we would have been lost without Emma. Fantastic experience: Having enjoyed several holidays with several more booked via Emma, we can honestly say that Emma brings a priceless addition to the whole experience. Nothing is too much trouble and the help certainly does not finish once booked. Emma was at the end of the phone when a taxi did not arrive at the airport in Hanoi, Vietnam and sorted it immediately. We have since then booked a Galapagos bucket list trip and an Orient Express trip. Both of which took a huge amount of research by Emma to get it just right for us. Fantastic experience: Dubrovnik - Sept 2019 this was the first time I have used Not Just Travel. My wife and I met with Emma and had a discussion of the type of holiday we were seeking. Hotel, location, price range excursions etc. Within a few days, we received the recommendations and choose the flight and hotel which suited us. Everything was then taken out of our hands!! Flights were booked, transfers, hotel, and we were constantly informed of the progress. The Holiday exceeded expectations, the Hotel, location, flights and transfers were all first class. There were some very nice personal touches, eg Tourist book and documents wallet. Will not hesitate to use Not Just Travel again or recommend to those of you looking for something better than the town centre travel agents.
