She then shortlisted some amazing places. Sarah had knowledge of all the places and had actually been to a couple of the places herself so had first hand experience. Natasha and Caitlin were brilliantly helpful, fully resolved our issues with a cheerful disposition despite it being the end of their working day. Fantastic experience: I recently booked a holiday to Sicily with the TUI branch in Morpeth. The staff I spoke to were all friendly and keen to help. In particular I would like to recommend Caitlin who was absolutely fantastic and really went the extra mile and more. She had the patience of a saint when I wanted to look at holidays to Rhodes, then Kos, then Sorrento before finally deciding on Sicily. Each time she patiently went through the options and prices with me and made the whole experience so smooth. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. No question was too much. I was delighted with the final package she arranged for me and cannot wait for the trip. I would highly recommend Caitlin at this TUI branch and I will definitely book through this branch in future.

Fantastic experience: I had a holiday booked for June next year and due to holiday changes with work we decided to change our holiday to sooner and within the school holiday in April, I struggled for 2 months solid not being able to make this change and numerous calls to the customer service team I got no where I popped into my local branch and met 2 lovely customer service advisors Natasha & Caitlin who really saved the day and changed everything over for me in 1 day!
