Fantastic experience: Reliable cheap properly communicating

Fantastic experience: I can not express my gratitude and awe enough to GLOBAL TRAVEL LTD and most importantly, Sam, for the outstanding service in booking and managing my flights/ticket on my recent journey to Zimbabwe from the UK. I had heard a lot of good reports from various people about how good Global Travel LTD is but after experiencing it for myself, it not good but it is outstanding. Sam found the best possible price for me, talked me through all the information that I needed (amount of baggage, weight of baggage, how to change the ticket if need be, etc.) and reassured me that all would be well - this easy done via phone call and WhatsApp (which is very helpful, convenient and easy). During my stay back home, I had to change my ticket, Nigel was amazing and found me the best possible deal and the lowest price too. At the last minute the airline that I was travelling with changed my ticket, due to fuel issues in SA which made my connections impossible. I contacted Sam, whilst standing in the airport waiting to check-in, and told him of my dilemma - he got straight to work and sorted the issue out for me. He even contacted me to make sure that I got on the flight without any hitches. Now, that is service! I am so impressed with Global Travel LTD (Sam) that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for their flight bookings and I will definitely use them again for mine!
