Fantastic experience: What a helpful and friendly shop they are - my local one at any rate. Haven't thought about using a travel agent for many years until last year. But it takes all the effort out of finding a holiday, and it does not work out more expensive either. Unlike another local rival who never even responded to my initial enquiry, MMT came back to me with initial options within 24 hours and we went from there. So I have used them again this year again ⛷️

Fantastic experience: Wow, just wow! Words can't express just how great this company is and the service we received recently was 2nd to none. We will definitely be booking with them again. A special mention regarding Natalie, who literally couldn't do enough for us. Everything ran smoothly, and even though I have a tendency to be high maintenance when it comes to asking questions, she answered everything with a smile on her face (without gritted teeth too). Fantastic experience: A useful travel agent. Looking on the internet can be tricky. So I was good to have someone who knew where to look and find us the holiday we really wanted. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful in this respect.

Fantastic experience: Staff are very welcoming, they know there stuff, especially the forms you have to fill in for when in different countries. The offices or shops always say come on in as there clean fresh and met with a beautiful smile. It must be really hard from travel agents and staff at present,the amount of countries shutting down due to covid, for the ee own protection, Miles Morgan staff take a lot of abuse as I overheard one day when in the shop. They don't make these countries rules so if you feel unsafe to to travel don't book or if you book don't moan at them if you don't go due to covid. MILES Morgan your brilliant keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Enquired about a holiday to Disneyland Paris (over the phone as we're in lockdown). They found me the perfect hotel and gave me great tips about how to make it stress free with a young child from personal experience. I shared the information with my husband over night and when I called the next morning it had gone down in price! Found me a cracking deal and a comprehensive travel insurance policy with Covid-19 cover. Fantastic experience and will definitely be using them again in the future. I highly recommend Leah & the team in Chippenham.
