Fantastic experience: I would just like to say that I have spoken to a lovely lady at the Wakefield branch called Debra Turner, who has been so helpful trying to get me on a flight to Gran Canaria in June. It wasn’t a straightforward itinerary as was trying to book for three people leaving on different dates but she was brilliant, really helpful explaining my options and from a customer service point of view a breath of fresh air. I will definitely be using this branch as my future go to. Great staff and a lovely experience.

Fantastic experience: Just been in TUI Wakefield Store to book another holiday for this year. Lovely Sally gave me brilliant customer service that took all the stress away. I came out smiling . The new shop layout is fresh welcoming and spacious. All the team are wonderful. They are professional knowledgeable and very patient answering any questions . We have used this store for many years under the old Thomson brand. The team at Wakefield TUI have carried on the tradition of excellent service. There are so many occasions now where you want to speak to a real human being. I am hearing impaired and phoning is a nightmare for me. Well done TUI for keeping your stores open. There are many customers who want this experience as well as using online methods. Well done the Wakefield TUI Team.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service today from Kasha (apologies if spelled incorrectly, we spoke on the phone so didn't see a name badge). We needed to enquire about making a couple of changes to a holiday booking for next year and having really struggled over several weeks to get advice/guidance from the TUI call centre we rang the local shop to see if we could come in at the weekend and try and do it in store. "No need" said Kasha who took the details of our query and after chasing this up for us with a few different teams within TUI, rang us back later that day with all the answers, and then made the necessary change for us. Shortly after that we received the formal confirmation email. It is an expensive holiday so had been causing us some anxiety but all of that was blown away by Kasha's prompt and incredibly helpful intervention. Brilliant!!

Fantastic experience: We came in to store today and spoke to Lauren to enquire about a holiday we’d seen online the night before but it had gone up in price that day, Lauren was very helpful and managed to get us the price back down to what we had originally seen it for, and got it all booked for us. She was very helpful and friendly and went through everything with us in depth, nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely go back into store to book future holidays also.

Fantastic experience: Called this morning in a desperate bid for some help after failing with 5 different TUI advisors trying to make changes to our holiday due to my little girls allergy issues. Thank goodness Ellie picked up the phone, she was so calming and helpful and spent a lot of time going through different options and looking at the best solution for us. Ended up with a much better holiday booking for next year, with peace of mind my child will be catered for well. Thank you Ellie for your professionalism, kindness and patience.

Fantastic experience: I spoke with Lauren Z about looking for a holiday in October time. I was quite specific about what the holiday should include and she was so quick at sending over some quotes. I hadn’t even considered a couple of the destinations she’d found either which is great! Haven’t booked yet but she’s certainly given me something to think about and I’ll 100% be booking with Lauren at some point. Credit to the Wakefield store for sure.

Fantastic experience: Came in today and booked a holiday with Lauren, nothing was too much trouble, she was so warm and friendly and didn't hurry us one bit and really took into account what we wanted but more importantly needed, she really was a delight to deal with, we had previously been in a couple of weeks ago and booked one with Kelly, who again was just as delightful and accommodating with my needs and they have both been extremely thorough and helpful. We decided to use this branch as we had previously had a problem elsewhere in 2022 that the staff in Wakefield assisted us with so it made sense to return to the lovely staff here and yet again we haven't been let down. The shop is easily accessible for me as a disabled person and I can highly recommend coming here for all your holiday requirements.

Fantastic experience: Top customer service, and they really can't do enough for you. Booked our wedding here with help from Alex, who dealt with us and all our family booking on over the phone. Then help from Kelly to help us choose the right destination for our honeymoon. Emailing us with different quotes and dealing with us changing our minds every two minutes. Honestly, I can't fault anything and would highly recommend going to the wakefield store.

Fantastic experience: Claire at the Wakefield Branch was brilliant *** Claire was patient , professional and delivered exceptional customer service; even when presented with difficult circumstances. She managed to book us two holidays even though we had very restrictive times and dates available due to working in the public sector. Claire amended our already booked holiday to Costa Rica no problem with an upgrade that worked out at a bargain price. She also offered great advice and assistance when booking another holiday to Turkey. 5 star rating for a 5 star service. Happy customer who will gladly be returning and recommending TUI Wakefield. Especially Claire.
