Fantastic experience: This quick note to let you know that I appreciate how smoothly the arrangements unfolded for our recent golf trip. The hotel you arranged for our stay was staffed with a friendly group of folks. Our rooms were clean, neat and comfortable. Breakfast was easy and had plenty of choices. The golf courses were terrific. The staff at each course knew who we were and why we were there, so check-in was simple and quick. All in all, we had a great experience in Southport and appreciate how much you did to help us.

Fantastic experience: Victoria and Mel delivered in the courses and scheduling we were targeting including a couple of Royals. Hotel accommodations were great and convenient to the courses and restaurants they recommended. Their app for the entire week was spot on and easy to use. All at a cost of what it would cost to book on your own, but without the hassle of working with each club independently. They even somehow were able to turn off the rain and wind machines for the whole trip!

Fantastic experience: No surprises having looked at other reviews but absolutely stunning service! Really worked hard to deliver the courses we wanted (Royal Birkdale and Hillside) and suggested Hesketh as a less costly option for day 3. Hotel perfect, sound advice on restaurant’s having asked our preferences. Victoria was absolutely brilliant juggling last minute changes to our 14 golfers. I cannot praise SGT highly enough - they make your life so much easier. Out of interest our group had a marginal preference for Hillside over RB. Thanks SGT for our second excellent outing to Southport!

Fantastic experience: From start to end Southport Golf Tours were superb. Victoria provided a faultless trip to Hillside and Formby and a group of 14 had a great couple of days golf. This is not the first time we have used them and won't be the last, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: This is first time we've used a golf tour company to organise a trip. It was a great decision as we had a fantastic experience. Everything went smoothly with the hotel which was very comfortable, the restaurants that were recommended by Victoria at SGT were excellent and our welcome and treatment at the courses we played was a delight. Fantastic experience: We have just completed a 4 day tour of some top golf courses around the Southport area which was organised by Victoria over a number of weeks and months. With 8 people on ‘tour’ there were numerous changes and amendments which Victoria dealt with in her stride. She was very patient with us when trying to decide which courses to choose and getting the desired tee times there was a lot of juggling going on. I would like to record our thanks to Victoria for the efficient organisation and management of us as a group which resulted in us having a great trip.

They put together a fantastic trip, made it completely stress free for us - hotels were great, drivers were prompt and the courses fantastic. Fantastic experience: We were a group of 4 golfers and played West Lancs, Hillside and S&A. The courses were all excellent, we received a warm welcome everywhere and the weather could not have been better. We stayed at the Waterford hotel in Southport which was first class in every respect. All the arrangements made by Victoria Palmer on behalf of Southport Golf Tours were impeccable. This company is highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: We booked for 2 nights, 2 rounds early September 2021. We had a brilliant time in Southport and playing at Heskith & Formby and staying in Southport town centre. Southport golf tours sorted all of our itinerary and were really helpful and informative. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of this specialist Golf Tour company. They eat, live and breath Golf, which shows in their professionalism and enthusiasm when discussing every aspect of the trip. If you ever fancy playing some of the best Links golf in England but you think the price is too high then save harder as this was the best golfing experience that our group of 16 golfers have had in 25 years.

Very responsive, nothing was too much trouble, great tee time options on some of the best courses in the world. Plenty of options for good quality hotels and restaurants in the area all very close to the golf courses. Fantastic experience: Victoria was amazingly helpful and sorted our golf trip to Birkdale, Hillside and Formby without fuss. Unfortunately she couldn't sort the weather, but what a trio of courses. Ate at Bistro Verite on her recommendation - well worth a visit if you can get booked in.

Fantastic experience: This friendly family run business arrange a golf trip around the 4 course we chose, arranged all our tee times, kept us informed about every detail. They gave us hotel choices in the area then booked our hotel. Recommended restaurants from basic to Michelin star, and trust me the selection we chose lived up to Southport Tours description. Jonny and Victoria were always on the other end of the phone to answer all our questions. We will definitely use them again for our golf trip to this iconic part of golfing Britain.

Fantastic experience: Victoria at Southport tours really pulled out the stops and set us up with a fantastic tour. COVID had scuppered our original plans but she came up with an alternative to include Lytham, Birkdale and Formby. She was constantly in touch to make sure all was still on track and provided a first class service. If thinking of golfing in that region (and why wouldn’t you...) Fantastic experience: I gave Southport Golf tours very short notice and quite exacting requirements for a golf trip when my flights abroad were suddenly cancelled due to Covid. They came up trumps! Various options within a day and the whole trip seamlessly organised. Everything worked well and went according to plan and local knowledge of restaurants etc. invaluable. We are already planning our next trip with them.
