Fantastic experience: Ben was excellent in arranging and supporting our recent holiday to America. We wanted to make it a very special event, as it was part of my brother’s wedding celebrations, and with Ben’s help, it really was. We gave Ben and rough itinerary and a budget, and he came back with some great flights, hotels and ideas that only needed minor tweaks to make our perfect holiday. Travel Without Limits offered us security with his travel assurance certifications and was always on hand for us to ask questions, even when we were on the holiday and in a different time zone. Ben even went over and above when our flights were delayed and he provide guidance on how to make a compensation claim, which recovered a significant amount. Fantastic experience: Having used Travel Without Limits previously I didn't hesitate to contact Ben when I decided I wanted to go to Lake Garda. His enthusiasm and swift response meant that without lifting a finger, I had several options for flights and hotels in my inbox. He thought of all the things I would have forgotten like airport parking, security fast track and a private transfer to the hotel. All I was left to do was pack the case. Fantastic experience: I used Travel without Limits to organise a business trip to Apeldoorn recently. They booked car park, flights,car hire and hotel for me. Everything went like clockwork so I was extremely pleased with what had been prepared. They were accessible and able to make a few changes I asked for once booked. Fantastic experience: Ben took care of all the plans for our trip to Iceland and every single thing was perfect! We asked for a deluxe room but Ben surprised us with an upgrade to a suite, and there was even a bottle of champagne in the room when we arrived. Fantastic experience: I've always booked my own holidays but had been so busy that I reached out to Travel Without Limits to search for a city break for me. I wasn't expecting to get such a comprehensive response back, especially as quickly as I did and was blown away by how closely the hotels matched up to my quite specific preferences. I was guided through all my flight options, including baggage and hotel lounge. To be honest, I think TWL were more excited about my holiday than I was. The enthusiasm was infectious, and I soon started to look forward to going away. To say everything was taken care of was an understatement and before I knew it there was a full itinerary by email and in the post. Everything was taken care of from car parking to the transfer at the airport. The only thing left for me to do was pack! Pricing was competitive and the service is outstanding. I was able to relax knowing I was in very safe hands. I would not hesitate to use TWL again, and cannot recommend them highly enough.
