Fantastic experience: We have been using Kelly and her team to plan and arrange our holidays for many years and have recommended her to many others who have been as pleased as we have been. This time Kelly really came in to her own! We had been planning a once in a lifetime Christmas holiday for 21 of our family for the past 4 years. Kelly arranged everything, with all details in place and booked. Unfortunately, a few months before we were due to travel Thomas Cook went bust and our booking was cancelled. Kelly was immediately on the case managing the refund claim and scouring availability for a replacement. This was no easy task given the impact of the Thomas Cook collapse on the market and the number of people we needed to accommodate at the peak of the winter season. We have just returned from the most fantastic holiday in Sri Lanka that we will all remember for ever. Once again the planning and organisation was impeccable, amazing given the shortened timeframe. Kelly’s great communication meant that we were confident and up to speed throughout. This could have been such a disaster and so disappointing, but Kelly really pulled a rabbit out of the hat. We can’t thank her and the team enough.
