Fantastic experience: Denise goes the extra mile. She booked us on an amazing cruise Explora Journeys. She saw to it that our suite was right for us and organised my dietary needs. After the cruise she helped us navigate our journey to Naples and booked our car rental to Puglia and trip back to the uk. There were regular messages checking all was fine.
