Fantastic experience: We’ve just returned from our first holiday booked using Caroline and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. Caroline took the stress out of trawling the internet to find the perfect hotel, nailing the brief and sending us a shortlist of options, all of which ticked our boxes. The booking process was slick from start to finish and it was very reassuring knowing she was only a quick message away should we need her whilst we were abroad.

Fantastic experience: We asked Caroline to arrange a 2 week driving holiday on the Cote d'Azur and in Provence for us, driving from place to place and staying about 3 nights in each. She produced an excellent itinerary for us - a good mix of city, town, village and country. It was open to discussion but we did not feel we knew any better and went with her suggestions. We are glad we did. She booked flight to Nice, car, 5 locations, and train for us. The tickets were available on our phone through the app she uses - all very straightforward. Result: an excellent holiday. No hesitation in recommending her.

She made the process so easy, from the flights, seamless transfers, and amazing accommodation - to ski passes and kit hire. Fantastic experience: Our 4 day (3 night) trip to Venice with Andrea Bochelli concert in Marostica was fabulous. Organisation and communication was flawless, flights (and seats) all great, hotel excellent location, transport to concert very efficient. Very impressed with our first ‘Not Just Travel’ experience and will definitely plan another holiday for 2023.

Fantastic experience: Caroline booked a holiday for us in northern Spain. We stayed for eight days by the coast on the Costa Brava and then divided forces so that our three adult children spent three days in Barcelona whilst we drove up into the Pyrenees for three days. She found fantastic hotels for us all to stay in and dealt with flights, checking in, car hire et cetera. She was very communicative and kept us in touch with any changes or other information that we needed. We felt in very safe hands and really well looked after throughout. Fantastic experience: I gave Caroline a specific brief of what we wanted regarding our 2022 summer holiday and she was able to find exactly what we were looking for. Fantastic experience: We had booked a couple of holidays with Caroline in the past 18 months. One which had to be cancelled, one which is hopefully happening next March and the holiday that we have just come back from. Caroline booked us a fairly lastminute holiday. Our criteria was as follows: It must be in the green It must be hot There must be a beach & sea that you can swim in. There must be good sized swimming pool So Caroline came back with a few ideas, some which were snapped up straight away by others, and then we manged to get what we wanted. A lovely Half board hotel in Croatia in a beautiful location. It had a private beach, great pool, amazing food, with loads to do (if we wanted to.) Not only did Caroline do the research, and book the holiday, she also explained and sent the relevant details to us on the testing that we had to do before we went. Also the tests we had to do while we were there, and the test when we had returned home. Caroline got a link sent to us for a cheaper priced testing kit and we booked it online, which really did take any pressure, or stress away from us on which one to book. Caroline also checked us in on our outbound flight and suggested that we print out all the relevant paperwork to show the authorities, which was a great tip. It was great knowing that if we had any questions or queries that we could just contact Caroline and she came back us really quickly. It was so smooth and stress free to book with Caroline at Not just Travel. Caroline took all the all the searching for somewhere away from us, and came up with a fabulous trip, which was very much needed. Thank you and I am really looking forward to my trip in March 2022.

Fantastic experience: Caroline displayed impressive ability to ask the pertinent questions to understand what we were interested in for our Europe vacation plans. Then she found some super interesting stops that we would never have considered. After all of that, she impressed again by diligently working on achieving full refund for our planned vacation when COVID jot and resulted in cancellation of planned vacation. I would highly recommend and will use her services again for our next European vacation plans.

Fantastic experience: Caroline helped us book our incredible Christmas adventure in Banff , Canada! After doing plenty of my own research Caroline was able to beat any cost I could find and sort out flights , accommodation , transfers and even the ski hire / passes. It was very helpful having all elements in place for us, to have the one point of contact. We were not disappointed with the accommodation Caroline found for us. Perfect location and facilities. Caroline managed our flights check in, even helpings facilitate a late upgrade for our return flights! Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot rate Caroline highly enough, she booked my last holiday and I can say it was perfect, I even tried to price match it and couldn’t get anywhere near her prices, so she has already booked next years holiday for me and now she knows what we like and dislike, its so easy and pain free for me!! Fantastic experience: Have just returned from a trip to Venice booked with Caroline Kohn Not Just Travel. We had a superb time and loved the hotel (Palazzo Abadessa). The best thing about Caroline's service is that she takes the stress out of booking travel, leaving you to enjoy looking forward to the trip without worrying about the admin. She gave great advice about the different areas of the city and made suggestions about trips we could do while there. The after sales service was comforting too and she quickly answered any questions we had about transfer options. Highly recommended - will definitely use Caroline's service for future trips.
