Fantastic experience: Went in store today with a vague idea of a holiday we wanted to do. Jamie was extremely helpful with giving us options and tailoring a package to our requirements. Would definitely go back when we plan to go away next.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly service from maria and all the ladies in ebbw vale as everyone made you feel very comfortable and engaged in conversation when they could was given all the information that I needed and more and was more than happy to help me with any questions I had all in all I left very happy will definitely go back for my future holidays.

Fantastic experience: We have recently booked our 2025 wedding with tui and had no clue how to get the ball rolling! Sam talked us through everything and was patient throughout! As a bride I’ve been worrying and stressing about guests booking etc and all the other bits that come with booking a wedding however I know Sam is always there to answer any questions we both have. He’s been super helpful throughout and have helped me finally relax a bit haha! We can’t fault the tui service and we book a holiday through them every single year :) thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: I visited the Ebbw Vale store because I could not resolve a problem with boarding passes for a Vueling flight. Chloe at the store was able to sort the problem for me with minimal fuss having established that there was a software compatibility problem with Vueling’s website. Full marks for customer service, I will make my bookings locally in future

Fantastic experience: Wanted to book a Celebrity cruise for wifey and I and found out it could be booked through Tui. Sam in Ebbw Vale was our Tui sales agent. The cruise is from Singapore to Mumbai with two extra nights pre cruise in Singapore. Sam worked out the price which was cheaper than dealing with Celebrity direct. Then next day Sam phoned to say flight prices had dropped overnight so the price was now reduced. After a day of phone calls and more work by Sam (who went well above and beyond) we finally booked our dream cruise and after mentioning it to our friends they then also booked. Thanks Sam. You're a real star. We've cracked a bottle of vino now to celebrate. Cheers.
