Fantastic experience: There are no words to describe Lisa’s service. She goes over and above every time. She’s always available for any hiccups that invariably happen, delighted to find that perfect destination or hotel, a font of knowledge on all things travel! Celebrating a big milestone birthday recently, Lisa found the perfect hotel based on our requirements. She then contacted the hotel and made sure there was birthday cake and singing and many other surprises along the way! Lisa also deals with the practical things like checking you have enough time left on your passport, have travel insurance in place, even reminders to check in! I honestly wouldn’t book a holiday with anyone else

Fantastic experience: Just back from another fantastic holiday booked through Lisa. This time to Rhodes. We’ve been booking our holidays with Lisa since 2017. Lisa is so friendly and helpful and has a vast range of knowledge to help support and inform you when choosing your holiday destination. She keeps you in the loop, gives helpful reminders of when to ‘check in’ and any travel documents you may need. Nothing is too much for her - as recognised in her recent success at the Best Business Women Awards! I wouldn’t go with anyone else.

Fantastic experience: Lisa arranged the trip for Amanda and me to Abu Dhabi onto Fujairah and back again. Her attention to detail was brilliant especially when she realised errors had been made (by the hotels) she stepped in and corrected them and confirmed with us the changes. Her thoughtfulness extended to arranging for an upgrade to the room in Fujairah and a birthday cake for Amanda as she was celebrating a “big birthday”. I can totally recommend Not Just Travel and Lisa and know you will have a great holiday if she has helped you plan it and made the travel arrangements for you. Thanks Lisa till the next trip

Everything ran so smoothly, the hotel was amazing and our trips to Capri, Mount Vesuvius, Amalfi, Positano and Pompeii were breathtaking! Fantastic experience: Lisa was brilliant from start to finish in organising our trip. She reassured all my panic stations, in ensuring we had travel and accommodation to go with our Olympic tickets. She sent really helpful reminders prior to leaving and ensured we arrived safely and everything was up to our expectation at the hotel. Fantastic experience: When I was introduced to Lisa my travels and adventures went up a whole level. For starters she is just so knowledgeable and has amazing advice for everything from "where can I go on holiday for £x pp" to sightseeing and dining recommendations. I've been booking with Lisa since 2019 now and never looked back. She finds us the best hotels and takes care of the little details. I can book once, pay up front, and then receive my boarding pass and hotel voucher to my email with minimum fuss. I find that, with a busy life, time slips by and my travel dates can somewhat sneak up on me, but with Lisa all the essentials are taken care of and I feel like a VIP. Much love for this superstar woman!

Fantastic experience: We recently returned from a holiday Lisa booked for us, and can confirm everything I already heard is true! Lisa made the whole process a breeze, guiding me through everything I needed to know and do, and filling me in on things I didn't even know I needed to know I gave her a list of all my requirements and she provided a shortlist of hotels which all hit the brief, and were in budget. She answered my many, many questions with pleasure, and made extra additions and requests on the booking with the airline and the hotel that made the whole thing even better for us. Fantastic experience: Lisa booked my 2023 holiday to Tenerife last year after supporting me through my 2020 Majorca holiday getting cancelled twice and we have just got back. I’ve been coming to Lisa for travel advice and booking my holidays since 2019, she is my travel guru and I am so grateful for everything she has done for us. Lisa goes well above and beyond with the level of support and guidance she provides. And if she can direct special requests to the hotel or tour operator she will do anything she can to secure you the holiday arrangements of your dreams. My children have special needs and Lisa guided me through every service I could access to make travel as low stress as possible. She also emailed the hotel to secure us a quieter room and I am so grateful she did because we ended up with the most beautiful view and overlooking the quieter pool which my kids loved.
