Fantastic experience: A wonderful trip to Bucharest!!

Fantastic experience: Lucy organised an amazing trip to Amsterdam for us. She listened to our requirements and helped us stick to our budget. We stayed in Haarlem and the hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable. Lucy also took extra care to organise Special Assistance for one of our party which was so helpful and really eased anxiety. She took the time before the trip to talk us through everything and was always on hand to answer questions. Thanks so much Lucy, we are so grateful for all your help!

Fantastic experience: We were trying to make a late booking for a week, 5 days before we wanted to travel. Half term is always difficult and on line options seemed limited, so we rang Lucy Morgan’s for help. Her advice was good as usual and in conversation we mentioned a cruise out of Tenerife we would have booked, but it had no flights. Within minutes Lucy had managed to secure flights from a cancellation and complete the cruise booking and airport parking. Confirmations were received quickly and Lucy continued to check everything was in place for our Holiday. Lucy’s advice and support is always excellent and tailored to our needs. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing time in Lisbon. Would highly recommend going. We stayed at Hotel Jupiter and it was lovely. Breakfast there was so nice and so much choice . It is located within easy access to the Metro. Meaning we were able to travel to all the tourist spots. This is the second holiday I’ve booked through Lucy. Looking forward to booking more in the future.

We booked our first trip with Lucy back in December 2023 for our trip in June 2024 and I must say she organised a holiday that was exactly what we wanted. Fantastic experience: Horizon hotel at St Brelade's bay Jersey.Delightful hotel with attentive staff. Spa facilities if you want them. Excellent food. Wonderful views of the bay from bedroom balcony. The whole trip was efficiently organised by Lucy Morgan with an attention to detail that inspired confidence.

Fantastic experience: Lucy arranged car hire for us for 2 weeks in Spain. Everything went smoothly, from initial discussions, booking, paperwork and collecting the vehicle. Lucy is very informative and knows her stuff. She is also lovely, so this helped too. I would highly recommend Lucy to anyone for all of their travel needs, no matter how big or small they may be.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have just returned home from a 'trip of a lifetime' which could have potentially turned into the 'trip from hell' if it wasn't for the commitment and dedicated support from our travel counsellor, Lucy- who was brilliant from start to finish. When we found ourselves stranded in the chaos at Dubai airport during the recent flood disaster- where thousands of people were unable to check in hundreds of flights were cancelled, Lucy was always at the end of the phone, and she was such a reassuring presence in the midst of all the uncertainty. When other people were struggling to contact the airline, rebook flights and find hotels in the area, Lucy booked us alternative accommodation and flights home to the UK from an alternative airport. We felt hugely fortunate to have Lucy on our side. Throughout, she remained calm, patient and supportive of us, despite not having much sleep herself (as she was on call throughout). The situation would have been so much worse if we had to manage the horrendous experience by ourselves, and we will be forever grateful for the kindness and compassion Lucy showed us and her commitment to getting us home. Fantastic experience: Lucy not only has extensive knowledge of the travel industry, but is very friendly, reliable and full of ideas to ensure you can find a holiday or break that ticks all the boxes! We were really stuck after our usual holiday resort became unavailable but within hours, Lucy provided us with several alternatives which fitted very specific requirements. Fantastic experience: Lucy provided an excellent travel service for our recent 3.5 week holiday in Canada. She made all the travel and accommodation arrangements which worked perfectly and also provided very useful guidance and advice She is extremely personable and flexible in the way she conducts her business, nothing is too much trouble, and we highly recommend her. Fantastic experience: Lucy is an excellent travel advisor. She has a vast wealth of knowledge, listens very carefully to your requirements and is able to match destinations/accommodations with accuracy. Service does not end here. We found ourselves stranded in Cyprus.The result of a baggage handlers strike . Lucy kept in touch throughout, appraising us of any updates and adding a calming factor. One additional factor is that she is not afraid to suggest that you may be making a wrong choice of destination based on time of year, weather patterns etc and this saved us from making a somewhat uninformed decision that could have led to a disappointing holiday. All in all, she gives an excellent and comprehensive service, giving travellers complete confidence.

Fantastic experience: Booking our holiday this year was so much easier compared to previous years. We would usually spend hours and hours on the web looking for places and then freezing with indecision. This year our friends recommended Lucy. We didn't have an exact brief, as we have teenagers and weren't sure what sort of holiday to go for. We wanted something that would work for all of us as a family - some down time, but also plenty to see and do. Lucy had the perfect advice for us and came up with some suggestions, of which we chose one. A beautiful locally run hotel in Sorrento, Italy. I can honestly say it was one of the best holidays. Lucy took all the stress out of trying to find a place. She got us what we wanted and came up with the little gem that became our fabulous holiday. Fantastic experience: We've just come back from our holiday in america and lucy our travel counsellor organised everything for us ,our flights accommodation and even our hire car was booked through lucy nothing was too much trouble and she was always on the end of the phone line or what's app when needed !!! Fantastic experience: As we have come to expect, Lucy found us the perfect spot for out trip to Rome. She found the ideal hotel, situated at the centre of an approx 1mile radius circle for all the attractions - Spanish Steps, Trevi, Vatican etc. And also just a few steps from the Tiber. The hotel was great too: service, breakfast and a great rooftop restaurant and bar. Lucy organised everything with the pickups, all printed and organised. All hassle free. And Lucy even arranged a card and a bottle as it was our first wedding anniversary. Perfect. Thanks Lucy

She takes all the stress out of travelling as you know she will always be there if there's a problem. Nothing is too much for her and she's always cheerful and helpful. Fantastic experience: Lucy is just great. I travel with my mobility scooter (most recently Greece but next month USA) with no problem. OK we have to fill in forms about how big/small it is, type of battery etc but it’s not a problem. At the airport or dockside all queues are bypassed and getting on is a dream coz Lucy sorts the assistance ……. Just magic. I also love my travel wallet that has everything in it; luggage labels, conformation emails, overnight bookings if staying near the airport, she just thinks of everything. I’m happy to talk to anyone worried about taking mobility aids - it’s a doddle. Going on holiday is a pleasure again, Lucy is not only a lovely lady, very approachable with silly questions, she makes holidays easy so clearly she gets my highest recommendation.

The minefield of all the technical/computer/legal stuff is done for you, and the searching too. Fantastic experience: When my wife and I decided to visit my daughter in Australia we immediately thought of Lucy to help us organise the trip. What actually happened was that all we did was to tell Lucy when and where we wanted to go and she did the rest. Our daughter lives in Melbourne and we also wanted go to Sydney and Adelaide and take a beach holiday on the Gold Coast. Lucy booked all the flights, including the internal ones, the hotels and transfers. It was so easy and stress free for us and Lucy kept us fully informed. The holiday was fantastic and everything went to plan. I must name check a couple of the hotels. The Adina by the Southbank in Melbourne was lovely and, as per our request, was five minutes from where our daughter lives and three minutes from where she works. That really was exceptionally well researched by Lucy. She also booked us a beautiful two bed luxury apartment (daughter came with us) at Broadbeach Ultra on the Gold Coast. It was everything you could wish for and more. Again Lucy got the location spot on - five minutes from the beach and five minutes from the resort centre. I can't recommend Lucy highly enough and we will certainly be using her again. Russell

Fantastic experience: We contacted Lucy Morgans for help booking a Honeymoon. She was very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Lucy for finding us a lovely hotel in Cyprus. Lucy also organised a wedding gift collection whereby guests could give money towards the honeymoon which worked very well. She also checked us in at the airport and organised one of the lounges for us at Birmingham airport. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her and will use her again for our next holiday. Fantastic experience: Lucy has been an incredible support to us - she booked us the most amazing Californian road trip, from A-Z that she then has to cancel due to the pandemic, and the impossibility to travel to the US from Europe… It’s been a tough time for the travel industry ( I know that’s an understatement! ) - Lucy however, kept us up to date with everything that was happening - despite all of the other cancellations she must have been dealing with! Now that we are able to travel again, I cannot recommend Lucy highly enough for ANY of your travel and holiday needs! Whether you’re alone, a couple or a large family. She has an incredible knowledge and expertise, and will advise you on anything from the best hotel, rental car, flights, excursions, right through to the travel insurance ! Fantastic experience: After spending days looking for a Christmas break abroad, I turned to Lucy. She magicked holiday solutions in hours that I couldn’t find in weeks. She stuck to my brief and applied her own discerning approach to find me good holidays. She had first hand knowledge of some of the resorts and great insider information. Fantastic experience: After having to cancel a foreign holiday twice.Sally jo guided us through arranging a few days in Central London which included trip on the British pullman. The hotel she recommended was great.The train trip fabulous.We have also booked a mini cruise with her .Her advice and information was timely and accurate. Fantastic experience: My family have enjoyed several wonderful holidays that were organised by Lucy. Lucy spends time with you to find out exactly what is and isn't important to you, and then always seems to come up with the perfect holiday! She has lots of personal experience of different countries and resorts, but Travel Councillors also have their own in house review system, so you can be certain that the hotel reviews are made by genuine customers (which is more than can be said for many online reviews!). Lucy arranged a cruise for us in 2019, and told us everything that we could possibly need to know, from dress codes, cabin locations, meal options etc etc. Having never cruised before, we had lots of questions, and Lucy was always just a text message away. Eager to cruise again, we promptly booked another through Lucy for 2020, but due to the pandemic, this cruise was cancelled. Lucy kept us informed every step of the way, and rebooked our cruise for 2021. We've recently been informed by P and O that this cruise has unfortunately too been cancelled. Despite the dissapointment however, we have been delighted with the service and ongoing communications from Lucy, and cannot wait until we are able to travel again, we will have no hesitations booking through Lucy, it doesn't cost anymore than booking yourself online, and you are guaranteed an amazing service.
