Fantastic experience: Just returned from Portugal on our inaugural golf society tour arranged by George Sparks at Keyhole International. Can't thank him enough, it was a brilliant tour and Keyhole ensured that everything was arranged and ran like clockwork. Fantastic experience: I have just come back from Portugal, I was part of a Golf Tour of 20 persons organised by George from Key hole international. The golf ,the logistics and the accomadation and food were all at a high level, and it was a highly enjoyable experience, it was George's focus on attention to detail and customer service which made the holiday relaxing, And you felt that you were in safe hands. Best golf holiday I have been on.

Fantastic experience: First class! We have used Keyhole International for two family trips now and our experience each time was superb. The customer service Keyhole provided was excellent and thoughtful (for example, without any prompt from us they notified the hotel that our flight had been delayed before we arrived). With the amount of uncertainty there is around travel it was a great comfort to know that we were able to speak with someone directly if we needed to change our plans. The whole process from initial booking inquiry to payment was simple and smooth, and to top it off, the hotel rates in both cases were slightly cheaper than what we were able to find ourselves online! Great team and service and we’ll definitely book with them again.

Fantastic experience: George Sparks provided excellent service to myself when arranging a party of 10 for South African Lions. Throughout the process George kept us updated with the latest info re COVID and how are tour was likely to be affected. Very good hotels and tickets in Cape Town arranged. Such a shame we choose not to go. Again George Sparks was excellent in his communication and even chased up our party in order that he could refund all monies. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: Having known George for years, we had no hesitation in looking at and then booking our South African Lions trip with him. He was able to extend the trip to include a stay at Victoria Falls. George kept us informed with all updates due to uncertainty around Covid. At no time was our money at risk and when it was decided we would not go ahead (even if allowed) our payment in full was returned to my bank account within three days. Fantastic experience: We were a party of 10 wanting to go to South Africa to watch the British & Irish Lions. George sourced a really great deal for accommodation, match tickets and hospitality for the Cape Town Test Match. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic there has been a lot of uncertainty on whether the tour will go ahead and if we would be able to go. George kept us fully informed at all times as to latest news and always reassured us that our deposit was safe and would be refunded if the tour / match was cancelled. As South Africa is on the travel red list, once the revised tour dates were released - true to his word - a full refund was processed the same day.
