Fantastic experience: I did the dirt bike tour with my dad for his 60th birthday. Having never driven a motorbike before, Paul showed me how to use the bike and made me feel very comfortable on it, and was fantastic to deal with from booking to the tour itself. An absolute fantastic day out and a great guide, I would recommend anyone to give it a go!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible! Booked a lesson with Paul to learn the basics. With Paul's expertise and instruction, we were off up the mountain trails in no time. Breathtaking views of the Atlantic coastline and Donegal mountains. This was so much more than a beginner lesson. Got to try some different bikes, all the gear was excellent. A truly fun and memorable day from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: What a days craic. Paul made the experience work for all levels of ability on the day. Even if you had never rode a bike before. Option to go on Petrol bike or Electric, by the end of the day you will be trying things you would never had even thought was possible that morning. Everything sorted from clothing to a bite to eat he had all bases covered.

Somehow Paul managed to tailor the day to suit us both, picking out easier paths for me while allowing Peter to take on more challenging features. Such a great way to explore the hills of Donegal!

Fantastic experience: Just back from a day on the Dirt Bike Experience led by Paul and have had the best time. I ride a road bike but only for two years and have no off road experience, so was pretty nervous. My partner organised it all and Paul responded quickly and politely, even when we had to change dates, and to every single email (there were a few). On the actual day, he provided all the gear and it was all really good stuff. There was another guy on the day that had base layers and some of his own kit, but I literally turned up in shorts with a rain jacket and Paul brought everything else. If you book in colder months some baselayers would be a good idea but it was mild enough and you're roasting from exertion pretty quickly! Once kitted up, I was familiarised with the bike and shown a little circuit to practice. I haven't ridden many other bikes so getting used to the clutch biting point and finding the tiny gear shift with big boots felt impossible but Paul promised I would have it by the time he had his bike ready to go - and I did! We then went off into the hills to places you just wouldnt have access to any other way. Brilliant, and even the rain doesn't put you off. We took on a mix of dirt gravel roads, peaty climbs and rocky descents, through water and over bog and heather. Every time we came to something new we would park up and go have a look, suss out a good line and Paul would explain any new technique we needed. He didn't overwhelm you with information, but gave you just enough to go at it confidently. And then when I fell off (which will happen and happened to me many times) he was really sound about it and encouraging and would help you get sorted again to have another go - apart from when i was knee deep in the bog with the bike and with another participant helping me, then he stood and laughed and took photos! He had Kevin supporting for the day and he was the nicest guy, eager to help and egg you on. Was very grateful for his words of encouragement throughout the day and really helped me enjoy the bloopers moments. All in all it was really worth the money, such good fun and a unique experience with people who know what they're doing. If you think you'd fancy a go, just book it. The team will look after you and you might just find a new buzz!

Fantastic experience: I booked a trip with Paul and his team. And it was a very great experience. From beginning to end everything was seamless. The equipment was great. The boots ,the helmet ,the gloves, pants and shirts were all clean. Please keep in mind that riding a dirtbike through rough terrain isnt as easy as a regular street bike on a road. So be prepared. The mountain we were riding on had spectacular views! The sandwiches provided were great. We were also joined by Paul’s son, which he was great help. I highly recommend this business to anyone wanting to ride through Ireland’s beautiful scenery. I will def be back.

Fantastic experience: I booked a trip while in Ireland on business. Paul and his team were amazing. He had everything lined up and super easy. It was the best day of my trip. Awesome scenery and breathtaking views. Paul did a great job of assessing riding abilities and tailoring the trip to the groups riding level. I will definitely be going for another ride with them again next time I return to Ireland.

Fantastic experience: Paul is an absolute legend, you couldn't meet a nicer bloke to show you the beautiful Donegal mountains on 2 wheels. We had an absolute blast, weather you're a seasoned Enduro rider or a complete novice you will love this. Fantastic experience: Oh my God!!!!! What a fantastic experience we had with Dirt Bike Tours!!! My husband Dave Gaynor turned 50 & wanted a motor bike! I thought it might be an idea for him to try it before he made any purchase & I found Dirt Bike Tours online. This was the one & only place I could find where we could ride a bike without having any previous knowledge at all!! I couldnt believe it! Paul & Niall took us under their, very proffessional, patient & expert, wings! They had vast amounts of experience & knowledge that they shared with us throughout the day. Fantastic experience: Paul is an absolute gentleman. He provided me with a refresher course on enduro riding and an excellent day out. AJP bikes are pleasure to ride, well maintained and are well capable for hardcore enduro riding. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to try off road riding, or wants to get back in to it. I think his service is a great value for money. I will definitely use his it again and will recommend it to my friends.

Fantastic experience: Just home after the best weekends craic. From my initial contact with Paul right up to his advice of were to go for "the best pint" of Guiness, everything was professional. The bikes, safety equipment and even the spot of lunch was perfect. Paul's advice "when not if you fall" and dry trunks is something that I will definitely remember for next time. Fantastic experience: Great experience! Paul sorts everything out from gear, bikes, trails, advice and bit of grub. Has an option of petrol or electric bikes. Tailored the experience to my level and interest. Went up some great routes with increasing levels of difficulty as I became more comfortable on the bike. He has a GoPro and is a handy photographer! Would definitely recommend, and would be keen to go again next time I'm up in Donegal.

Fantastic experience: ABSOLUTELY Fantastic day out. Had so much fun and can’t wait to go again. Highly recommend it. Just remember to bring a full change of clothes and underwear and a base layer if you have it. The routes can be tricky but your not made do anything you don’t feel comfortable with but I recommend pushing yourself out of that comfort zone to get the most out of it. Fantastic experience: A great day out in the wilds of Donegal. The sun was shining (some of the time) and Paul was a generous and patient guide as I tried (and failed) to channel my inner Steve McQueen. Everything ran like clockwork and all the kit provided was first class. The bike was a lively and durable 250 and easily up to the task. It was a fun and challenging day out and it definitely helped improve my bike handling. I am just working out when I can go again.

Fantastic experience: Amazing time with Paul and our group of 4 inexperienced riders. Donegal is beautiful, we enjoyed climbing a few mountains, crossing some rivers, and go through muddy terrains. Highly recommended to anyone who would want to become better at riding offroad or discover Donegal riding an offroad bike!

Great bikes, a relaxed and informative guide, who really knows his way around and knows how to get you to the top of those peaks, for some stunning 360 degree views.
