Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience all around and a great service from Mudassa, who really went out of his way to ensure all of our needs were catered for. We booked an Umrah trip with Yousaf Religious Tours but the default package did not suit our needs. Mudassa was able to customise our package and arrange alternative flights and private transfers to and from the airport and also to go from Makkah and Medinah, and offer us the desired reduced package we were seeking. Not only that, he was readily available via phone and WhatsApp to support our needs and answer any questions, like when the airline changed our return flights and double our stop-over time, he went above and beyond to get our original flights back! We all had a wonderful, stress-free and relaxing trip because we had booked via them. Will 110% recommend this travel company!

Fantastic experience: I used YRT to book my Umrah trip with my son. I went on my own without a group for the first time. Everything was perfectly organized by brother mudassir from hotels, ziyarats and pick up/drop off by the transport manager. I was a bit nervous as I was going on my own with my son the first time. However brother mudassir answered all my questions which made me feel at ease. Brother mudassir sent me a text message explaining about the trip and then followed it by a call. He even gave me a number of the hotel ground contact in Saudia Arabia, just in case I had an issues with my booking. But Allhumdulliah I had no issues. What was even more better, was the transport manager that YRT had arranged. They were very organized and on time. I am so grateful for YRT for providing me with this great experience.

Fantastic experience: We used YRT for the first time for our umrah trip, alhumdulillah we felt at ease throughout the whole trip from organisation of tickets, visas etc to accommodation, travel and ziyarahs. The tour lead Mudasser was amazing during umrah he kept all the group together and helped us perform the umrah which was of great help to those performing umrah for the first time. He also arranged various ziayaras infact covered most of them in great depth, however I would not recommend going to Al-ula as it was a long journey and difficult for the elderly and children in the group and also didn't feel it was needed. Overall the trip was a truly amazing experience and Mudasser was of great help especially when my baby needed medical care he took us to the care centre and kept checking in, which put us at ease. Not forgetting the dinner he arranged for the whole group was absolutely fab, in shaa Allah we go again very soon with YRT :)

Fantastic experience: I booked for Hajj 2020 with YRT and the booking process was straight forward with no issues and the process/costs all explained in a lot of detail. When buying holiday packages or flights, one must consider the services of the agent. It’s key and important. If anything goes wrong it’s the the agent who you refer back to, at this point most agents would fail. All agents, will start of with a good service, Once the transactions done, travel agents wouldn’t really put much effort especially when things go wrong. In essence a decline in services. I have personally experienced with Yousaf and their exceptional service. Once whilst travelling through Yousaf, I had a issue with my tickets. In this case Yousaf was not at fault. However, they still went the extra mile and helped me resolve the issue. Even when I was abroad they were in contact, making sure everything was going smooth and even gave me a call upon return. They maintained their A1 services from start to end. There’s good and bad agents out there, most good ones come with a cost. With Yousaf tours they will help broker you the best deals with the best services. Coming from a guy who travels alot, I personally feel they are 2nd to none, especially when it comes to prices and services. A trusted agent. Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic experience with this group and would definitely recommend. Everything was planned out perfectly and was very well organised. This group provides a very friendly atmosphere which feels familiar and is perfect when traveling with family. The hotels in both Mecca and Medina were perfectly situated very close to Al Haram and Masjib Nabawi which made them very easily accesible. There were plenty of group activities arranged and we were allowed the flexibility to attend whatever we wanted. The organiser was very professional and never disappointed. Allhumdulilah I'm thankful to say this was a very blessed experience and would definitely use this tour guide again.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time ever going to perform Umrah with my family and was by far the most hassle-free, well organised experience I’ve had the chance to be blessed with. From the initial booking process up until the last moment, everything ran so smoothly and on schedule. Both hotels in Makkah and Medinah were situated close to the Haram shareef and Masjid-a-Nabawi which gave us access to everything we needed whilst we stayed In Makkah and Medinah. The tour manager also arranged for Urdu speaking guides for our tours which was so convenient as the majority of us travelling spoke Urdu or understood it. Unlike other touring companies, we had the freedom to spend group days together or spend it with our families. On most occasions if there was a specific place the group wanted to go, the tour manager would easily arrange transportation and guidance so we could go about arranging a day out without any hassle of trying to do it by ourselves (which can be difficult in a foreign country). The hotel we stayed in Makkah was situated right infront of the haram in the clock tower which made it so convenient to travel back and forth and have access to everything we needed from food to shopping to going to freshen up in our rooms when need be. This was extremely convenient as we went with our mother whose in their late 50’s, which meant we didn’t need to take taxi’s to go anywhere as we had access to everything right at our doorstep. In Medinah, our hotel was also situated 1 minute away from Masjid-Al-Nabawi which was brilliant. Both hotels we stayed in were 5* and breakfast was included throughout the stay. Yousaf Religious Tours really went above and beyond to give all of us the best and most hassle-free experience that I’ll never ever forget. The reason I won’t forget it, is because not once did I have to stress about anything or control any aspect of the trip - All I had to focus on was my prayers. If I ever had any questions or worries the tour guide was more than happy to assist me. I highly reccomend this company as your first and only choice if you’re planning on performing Umrah and/or Hajj if you want a trustworthy and reliable company that will take care of you. Fantastic experience: Review 1 Hajj 2016 Yousaf Religious Tours are absolutely fantastic and I would rate them 11/10. 2016 was my very first experience with my elderly mother in a wheel chair alongside 4 other vulnerable travellers with underlying health conditions in wheel chairs and a total of 10 cousins, I was feeling quite apprehensive going to Hajj. My cousins recommended YRT as they travelled the year before and highly recommended them, I wanted to see this myself and experience this in the challenging conditions. I have travelled once before with YRT and had an amazing and life changing experience 3 years ago. This time, I had a total of 15 new family members including 10 children (between 1 and 15 years) who have never been to Ummrah and I was confident YRT is the name I can fully trust. I live near Manchester and there are so many agents that I know and friends that recommended companies but I knew YRT always tailor a package to your needs at a decent price treating you like their family and remaining so calm with my numerous questions. They treated us like family, looked after us, guided us and kept us informed during our trip duration.
