She takes the time to get to know you personally and then gives great advice on what she thinks will suit you. She goes the extra mile and even researches and reserves restaurants for you! Fantastic experience: We wanted a holiday to New York for my son's 18th birthday having never been before we weren't sure where to start. From the moment we contacted Diane we were worry free. Diane sent us details of accommodation, attractions and lots of other info that we would have missed. She the proceeded to organise everything for us-nothing was too much trouble. The one other thing we really like about Diane is she is as excited about your holiday as you are!! Lastly we had a trip of a lifetime without a hitch-and are desperate to go back to New York and of course to Diane at Travel Counsellors.

Fantastic experience: Cannot speak highly enough of Diane. She's helped me out with arranging 4 adventure holidays and even arranged for my friends tour of the USA and rearranged travel plans at the drop of a hat when situations have unexpectedly changed. Nothing is too much trouble and she takes so much pride in not just her job, but making sure your holiday is the the best it can be. Not enough stars on this chart for her!
