The Original Ted Tour (Locations of the TV show 'Ted Lasso')

Fantastic experience: I've only done a few guided tours of things in my life, but I knew I wanted the full experience for something like Ted Lasso, knowing it has so many locations throughout Richmond. After some researching, I decided this would be the best one and boy was I happy I picked them! First, it's woman-owned - that is already a heck yeah in my book. Second, reading through the website, I could see the humor and excitement throughout - the best tours are by someone who is passionate (and funny)! And third, the price was great! Fast forward to the day of the tour - Vic was our tour guide and she was *amazing* - she made sure she gave everyone a chance to find her. And what I mean by that is, when there was a group that hadn't arrived, she ran down in front of the tube station shouting their name just in case they were lost. The tour was a walking tour (in case you haven't read the website yet) but it felt easy and had plenty of stops to talk about the area. It was drizzly the entire tour, but it didn't seem to bother any of those in the group. (And it's important to know that you're more likely to do the tour in drizzly/rainy weather than not) Vic gave us all sorts of fun facts and you could see the passion that she has for the show. There were tons of laughs and fun talks throughout - if you plan to tour Richmond, do yourself a favor and book with The Original Ted Lasso Tour! “We’re Richmond ‘til we die, we’re Richmond ‘til we die. We know we are, we’re sure we are. We’re Richmond ‘til we die!”

Fantastic experience: What an amazing tour - and what an amazing guide. Even as the local that I am, I learned new things about my neighborhood on top of all the Ted Lasso fun facts. Makes you want to re-watch the whole series with a new Richmond location perspective. Book yourself a tour! Emmy has created a great business that hits and perpetuates the Ted Lasso zeitgeist. Believe!

Fantastic experience: This tour was so amazing! Only note is your shoes may get dirty in the green. But still is worth it!! 2 hours of Lasso-mania and the area of Richmond. We had a such a good time. Recommend bingeing the show before you go on the tour, but if you don’t, Emmy does a great job explaining the scene and you will get it! Thanks for the awesome experience!

Fantastic experience: Tour was fantastic, saw lots of memorable spots from the show in this wonderful neighborhood. Can't wait to rewatch the show and look for them! Our guide, Matt, was very welcoming, and knowledgeable about the show, the area, and more (go Bees!)!! Even after the tour he shared tips to help us make the most of our visit. We definitely plan to visit the area again- maybe there will be another season by then and we can take the enhanced tour!

Fantastic experience: Though we saw Taylor Swift at Wembley the night before the tour, our morning with Emmy was a VERY close second most fun thing we did in London. It is very well-organized, yet flexible enough to spend more time in some spots. Follow Emmy’s recommendations. She’s not kidding. Breakfast at Butter Beans and lunch at The Prince’s Head were both fantastic. Bonus: Emmy takes amazing photos. Make the time to do this tour!

Fantastic experience: This was one of my absolute favorite days of vacation in the UK. Richmond is beautiful and historical in it's own right, but add in this tour with the shared love of Ted Lasso and Emmy's shining personality and you'll fall in love with this city!! So happy we booked, what an amazing day!!!

Fantastic experience: We had such a great time on this tour! We booked a private tour because the group dates didn't work for us. It was well worth the extra fee. Bruce was a great guide. He was clearly a fan of the show. It was fun to connect each place we stopped with specific moments in the show. We also appreciated how much Bruce knew about other sites around Richmond and was able to share some of that history. We would highly recommend this tour for anyone who is a fan of the show!

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful experience! Emmy is so friendly and knowledgeable! She loves Ted Lasso, tourists, her acting profession, and Richmond. We saw so many filming locations and heard great stories. We spent a lovely Sunday in July (tour and pictures first, but then stayed in Richmond to walk around, got gelato and coffee, and had dinner). Absolutely worth the trip!

The tour took us through many iconic filming locations, and the host’s enthusiasm and knowledge truly brought the magic of Ted Lasso to life. Richmond itself is a charming town, and seeing it through the lens of the show made the experience even more special. The tour was a fantastic value for the price, offering a rich and immersive experience that exceeded my expectations. I would gladly take this tour again, as it was that enjoyable. Whether you’re a die-hard Ted Lasso fan or just looking for a fun and engaging way to explore Richmond, this tour is a must-do. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: The highlight of my trip to London! Emmy is an incredible guide, the tour was the perfect amount of time and we had a lot of laughs along the way. I would highly recommend this tour to any Ted fans for an inside look into some of the filming locations for the show, and even to anyone who hasn’t seen the show and just wants to explore the beautiful and quaint town of Richmond! We stayed in Piccadilly and it was very easy to get to the meet-up spot from there.

Being that it was a private tour, we were able to have a custom experience—stopping for a coffee, a pint, and lots of 1:1 conversation along the route. Fantastic experience: From start to finish Vic was a true Ted - enthusiastic, curious, polite and just delightful. Besides being more than willing to take our photos on the private tour we had, she had no problem allowing us a little longer at certain locations and continually filling us with more “Tedbits”. As a massive fan of the show - I will definitely be rewatching the series and shouting “I was standing right where Keeley is” or “I touched that door!”

It was so fun to see the sights and very accessible for a walking tour. Be sure to book your reservation at the pub in advance or get a takeaway drink to enjoy in the park across the street.

She was accommodating, as we had a group with a toddler in a stroller and tailored the tour to what we wanted to see. She even took photos for us! The tour was conducted at a manageable pace even for slower walkers on a hot day. Booking was easy, and we received clear instructions on where to meet. Fantastic experience: Emmy was an excellent host and a wealth of knowledge. She is also so absolutely up beat and embodies Ted's way of life. She showed us all the filming locations, and explained how the Richmond area is a huge filming for many other shows. She explained alot of technical knowledge about shooting and setup. This overall was an excellent tour! The walk is not too long and the views are perfect. To any of my fellow Ted Lasso fans I suggest you take this tour the next time you are in London.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic tour and tour guide! Emmy, the guide, was very personable and shared all kinds of information about the Ted Lasso show--from set locations, to why producers made the decisions they did, and more. The tour was very well rounded and also included a bit of Richmond history which was also cool to hear and helped give you a sense of what it would be like to live in Richmond (a cool tie-in when you think about Ted, etc. living there). The tour was organized in such a way as to give us the best locations to take photos and hear the tour information while being respectful of the locals. I also appreciated the pre-tour information and instructions--pay attention to them!

Fantastic experience: We had a 9 hour layover at London Heathrow on our way from Atlanta to Italy for a cruise and as fans of Ted Lasso who have been to London a number of times, there was no better way to spend it than on this tour! The young man who led our tour was excellent, extremely knowledgable of not only the show but of the area as well. Guiding a private family of four (including 2 teen young men- 19 & 14) after an overnight flight with very little sleep would be challenging for any guide but he was perfect for our family and connected to our kids and our biggest TEDHEAD (Dad) right away. All of the advice from the guides pre-tour, including booking the Ted memorabilia table at the pub, storing the bags through Bounce at the laundry, and where to meet were all excellent. We got many excellent photos and were also introduced to a different side of London. VERY WORTH IT!

Fantastic experience: We had a private tour with Victoria who was upbeat, knowledgeable, and took us on a lovely tour of Richmond. As big fans of the show it was worth it to see how/where things were filmed and how they made such great use of this lovely town. Also, ate at Ted's table (it was available) for lunch at the pub and the fish & chips were fab!! Well worth the money and an easy train ride from London. We may actually stay in Richmond next time we're in the area rather than in London! Thanks for a wonderful time.

Fantastic experience: Wow! TedHeads this is the tour for you! We could not believe how many filming locations were included, and of course it's incredible to see Ted's apartment door and THE BENCH! Emmy is a spectacular host with a true passion for Ted Lasso and Richmond in general. Her storytelling, friendliness, and humor really make this tour special. Emmy does a great job of capturing the Lasso spirit and making sure everyone has a great time. Fantastic experience: I had booked The Original Ted Lasso tour back in Sept. 2023, but unfortunately had to postpone my trip to the U.K. Fortunately, I was able to make it in late April / early May and this tour was the last stop. Needless to say, I am a HUGE “Tedhead”. I love everything this show stands for and how so many have embraced the meaning behind it. The day of our private tour, I was told by Emmy that Vic would be our guide that day. Not only was the tour so fabulous (while Richmond is a fairly small borough in London, I never would have been able to guess all of the locations Emma had mapped out), but Vic was an absolute delight! She was so engaging, offered to take our pictures when it was convenient, went at our speed and was happy to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this tour if you are a fellow Tedhead and want the scoop on some hard to find locations. Not only is Emmy a Richmond native, but all the gals truly love the show as well and it shows. I would recommend booking as early as you can as it is becoming more popular! We would have never found all the filming areas on our own and Emmy knew so much about the filming and Ted Lasso making the tour feel like one of the actors was giving the tour. It was lovely getting a chance to walk the same areas that the show was shot in and see the the locations first hand. I highly recommend this your to anyone who is even just familiar with the show. It's a lovely chance to see the town and get an inside look into the filming process and a beautiful historical UK town.

Fantastic experience: We had the best day. Our guide, Carly was so friendly and full of fascinating facts about Richmond and Ted Lasso. We loved seeing stills from the series to bring the exterior locations to life. Definitely recommend for all TL fans. As a historian, I loved the additional facts about places like Richmond Palace which we walked past on the tour.

She was friendly, out-going, informative, and took great photos of us on our phones. If you love Ted Lasso, then seeing some sites of quaint Richmond through this tour is a must.

Fantastic experience: What a treat this tour was! We are actually local to the Richmond area, and had recently finished watching Ted Lasso show so I bought tickets for this tour as a Christmas gift for my husband. We absolutely loved it. 26 locations around Richmond were part of the tour, and Emmy did a fantastic job to give additional background and facts about the show and area. She was engaging and very good fun, and even brought out a Ted cardboard cut out for everyone to have in their photo next to his famous apartment door! Would highly recommend for anyone who has seen the show. Tip: make sure to have watched all the seasons before you do this tour.
