Fantastic experience: Contacted this guys (via voice message) coz was unsure if I needed a Visa to travel to a particular county. Their response was amazing, not only did I get a call-back immediately; I had an answer to my question in less than an hour. Note;- (They initially advised they needed to investigate further to ensure I had the correct information) I was worried that I may be conned, e.g. - asked to pay a fee just incase I needed a visa etc.. but no!! Totally legit, speedy response and so polite and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. I plan to use their services again when I do need a Visa to Indonesia.

Unfortunately I missed my flight and Haris was responding to my calls and messages till 5 am in the morning until he rebooked our flight. I was honestly, very impressed with the quality of service. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Masood Travels and Tours by a friend. I emailed them my travel plan, along with a more local-to-me travel agents and received immediate reply from Masood Travel. Hares who is fluent in many languages made the experience effortless and very easy on my part. I am based in North America but there was no delay in communication. Hares was always extremely fast to answer emails and literally planned an affordable custom trip for my family. It includes a personalized itinerary, which felt very fancy and cool. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we had to postpone our return journey many times, but Masood Travel managed everything very well without wasting any time and at no extra costs. You only find out how good a travel agent is when things are not going as planned, and this is the perfect example of how well Masood Travel & Tours does their job!!! Outstanding Services.
