Fantastic experience: Graham booked our family holiday to Dubai for us and was amazing. He gave me advice, places to visit, things to see and much more. Using the Emirates and Travel Counsellors apps were really easy and everything was done for us. He organised the hotel, flights and a great private transfer for us too. Fantastic experience: For our recent holiday to Italy, we had an idea of the places we wanted to visit. However, we needed help to make the most of the time we were there. Graham was able to provide us with hotel recommendations and travel arrangements for Naples and the Sorrento area. We were aiming to have a city-break followed by a more relaxed holiday. It was suggested that we stay the night before our outbound flight in the airport hotel so that we could get a decent night's sleep. This followed by car services to and from Naples meant we could get straight into the activities. When the local taxi company showed up at the wrong time to take us to the car hire, Graham sorted alternative arrangements for us immediately, leaving us stress free. For the main leg, car hire was all arranged for us as well as very sound advice for excess insurance. We had some ideas of what we wanted to see and visit and Graham was able to organise the day trip to Capri for us while leaving time during the second leg for us to explore at our own pace. Communication and customer service was always top notch and timely. Graham ensured that decision making was very easy, giving us plenty of options based on our suggestions. We're looking forward to planning our next getaway with Graham.

Fantastic experience: Huge thank you to Graham for putting together our California trip. These sort of trips don’t come round often and we were lucky enough to have experienced San Fransisco, Los Angeles and Las Vegas with Graham’s help. What made this trip different to a normal booked holiday was the time Graham took to help us plan an itinerary, check us in for all our flights and put our minds at ease with any queries due to his many years of travel experience. Graham was at the end of the phone day or night for any queries. We got to see The Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz in San Fransisco. We got to experience Universal Studios, Hollywood, Beverley Hills, The Grove (amazing shopping place), the famous Hollywood sign and The Farmers Market amongst so many other places in LA. Las Vegas lived up to the hype and it was overall an amazing experience. From the Bellagio Fountains, to the gondolas at The Venetian with Cirque du Solei and other shows in between. All of Graham’s advice helped make this trip much easier to navigate. The flights between the destinations were seamless. All less than an hour each. We’d recommend more leg room for the long haul flights. We didn’t take up that option and regretted it. Overall a magic experience that will live long in the memory.

Fantastic experience: Right from getting in touch with Graham, he made the process really easy listening to all the different ideas and what was important to us for a holiday, and refining it to what was perfect for us, including dealing with changing passenger details. The hotel he reccomended was perfect for us in a really easily accessible location, and we too up most of the recommendations on things to do. Five stars it was a brilliant holiday and would deffo go back again.

Fantastic experience: We booked 12 days in California. Starting in San Diego and ending in Los Angeles. We provided ideas on the hotels we wanted and that we would be using public transport to get around. Both hotels were in good locations, and we had no problems getting to all the places we wanted to go. Many travel agents will want to up-sell you into car hire. Instead, we got a good deal on Amtrak rail between San Diego and Los Angeles. This was exactly what we wanted. I was also given the suggestion of going to a US Baseball game as an experience. It was a good idea even though I didn't have a clue about the rules. It was all about the experience. Location and experience. We were covered.
