Fantastic experience: I've just booked another holiday at TUI Barrow-in-Furness. The team are so friendly and knowledgeable it makes the whole booking experience simple. Katrina booked this one, and all of the team chipped in with helpful suggestions. They even booked my airport parking for me and printed off all of my holiday and parking information. Fantastic experience: Wanted a holiday to Rome but as we are first timers going abroad we didn't have a clue so went into TUI and spoke to Izzy she was amazing booked everything for us told us about the best places to go and booked experiences for us too . Izzy made me feel really comfortable as I am a little wary of flying so she explained everything about the plane flight itself as well. Izzy couldn't do enough for us and I will always go back to her if we book anymore

Fantastic experience: We weren’t happy about flight changes for an already booked holiday. Luckily we had booked in the shop and Stacey found alternatives and rearranged everything within half an hour. So glad we didn’t book online as would have had to navigate a call centre for assistance. The help we received from Stacey and her manager was amazing.

I went in initially just for some ideas for a summer holiday but am now planning to return and book a 7 day holiday this week. The young girl, Issy, was so helpful and enthusiastic.
