Fantastic experience: Sarah was really helpful, listened to our requirements and delivered an amazing holiday. When the original hotel decided to close early, a week before our holiday, she ensured the hotel we ended up in exceeded our expectations. She is friendly, professional and goes above and beyond. The welcome drinks and goodies on arrival were a lovely treat. Would definitely recommend her.

Fantastic experience: We recently booked a safari trip in South Africa with Sarah. We didn't know where to start and we found the heaps of information online overwhelming. Sarah took all of this into her own hands and arranged an unforgettable, personalised experience. Her attention to detail is incredible, she even arranged all of our transfers which made the travelling to and from completely stress free. Given our time constraints, she also recommended an incredible reserve that was close to us so that we didn't have to arrange a further flight. We even managed to see the Big Five! Fantastic experience: Sarah arranged our holiday to SA combining visiting family to seeing all that South Africa has to offer.We visited Black Rhino game reserve before travelling to Cape Town.Our waterfront location was beautiful with trips to Kirstenbosch gardens,Table Mountain and Boulders Bay.Finishing of at Franschoek Boutique hotel and booking the wine tram for us to visit the wine estates.All transfers were all arranged by Sarah leaving us with no worries.We will definitely be using Sarah again as she works with you and delivers the perfect vacation Donaldson Family

Fantastic experience: Sarah has been an absolute hero when it came to helping organise our holiday. I've never used a travel agent to organise a holiday and she made everything so easy. I'm normally left to organise all the details, and Sarah, checking us in, checking with airline about my sons allergies etc just really made the whole holiday process so much easier. She was so attentive with regular e-mails as well as texts and phone calls. She is also just a lovely woman to boot. Will be our go-to travel agent from now on!

Fantastic experience: Sarah is amazing. She has been a godsend!our family booked us an Explora cruise as a very generous gift.We were due to sail on new Explora2 ship on 2.9 but two weeks ago the cruise was cancelled, as the ship is not ready. What a disappointment! Sarah has been a life saver, rebooked our cruise, dealt with all reimbursement and more! Saved my sanity as I didn’t have to speak with the cruise line at all. Fantastic experience: Sarah organised a thoroughly enjoyable experience through and through. She made the whole process easy, was very accessible and she addressed the needs of all the travelers. The flight timings were very sociable coinciding well with the hotel check in and out timings. The transport to and from from the hotel was spot on and convenient . The hotel was superb with virtually all amenities indoors as well as outdoors including various free activities for children and adults alike. The location of the hotel enabled us to literally walk by the Beach Promenade to the Town Centre and back taking in the local ambience. All in all an amazing ,stress free short break which we shall certainly look forward to doing again soon!

Fantastic experience: I contacted Sarah at Soar and Explore to help organise a family holiday in the October half-term. We didn’t know what sort of holiday we wanted and needed help from someone with knowledge (Sarah didn’t disappoint). We had multiple calls to discuss various ideas. Sarah listened to what was important for us from a holiday, and nothing was too much trouble. There was no pressure in any aspect of booking; if anything, Sarah relieved all the pressure. Fantastic experience: Sarah arranged an amazing trip for my bestie and I. I wanted to arrange something to mark my best friends 40th birthday but just didn’t have time to trawl the internet myself so asked Sarah if she could help. She recommended Newcastle and not only did she book the most amazing hotel, she recommended places to eat and drink too. Considering I only booked a short break, it felt like I was booking a 5* cruise for the service I received. So personal and it absolutely exceeded all my expectations. Upon arrival I learned that Sarah had sought an upgrade so we had an incredible room overlooking Newcastle docks with some drinks to enjoy. Sarah is such a perfectionist and you can just tell that she puts her heart and soul in her business, taking real pride in her work. Fantastic experience: We had always wanted to go to Finland to see the northern lights. We trusted Sarah to pick the best holiday for us and she organised absolutely everything. Sarah has attention to detail which is second to none and that is why I can trust her wholeheartedly to plan our trips. After filling in the initial consultation forms we organised a FaceTime meeting with Sarah who showed us our options. She had chosen some outstanding hotels and explained why in detail each one would be a perfect option for us. After an hour, without being rushed or pressurised we had found our perfect holiday and the excitement began. Sarah had organised everything from flights to transfers to hotel and all of our excursions. She even sent us a care package of hand warmers for the -25degrees days we would be experiencing. Together we chose the Wilderness hotel in Muotka, it was beautiful! Set in a snowy forest with glass aurora cabins. The food here was excellent and the staff were so friendly! The glass cabins have heated windows so all the snow melts away so you can see the northern lights. Sarah had listened to our brief and got us a cabin with its own bathroom and a fire. Some of the cabins had saunas. The excursions we did were unforgettable! The best of which were husky sledding, reindeer sleigh rides, snowmobiling and of course seeing the northern lights. Sarah has made travelling such an easy experience, I didn’t have to scour the internet, reading reviews and comparing flight times as Sarah had done all this for us before our initial meeting. Sarah really took the time to listen to what I was after and balance exactly the trip perfectly.
