Fantastic experience: Nashir's service was impeccable for my holiday to Dubai with my mum and two adult boys. He was attentive to our preferences, provided excellent recommendations, and ensured everything was seamless. What really stood out was his incredible aftercare, checking in to make sure everything went smoothly and surprised us with upgraded rooms at the Marriot Palm Jumeirah, to sea view rooms. Surprisingly saw welcoming birthday cake he arranged with the hotel for my mum's 80th birthday and a cake later for my son's birthday too. Fantastic experience: We used Nashir & his wider team for our honeymoon to America. We hadn’t used a travel agent before but we knew that as we were travelling multiple cities, needed to catch an internal flight across from Florida - California and arrange multiple car hire(s) it would be good to use a travel agent. We found Nashir to be attentive to our needs and we felt that he really understood what we wanted from our holiday. The hotel choices were superb in terms of facilities, location and amenities. Everything went smoothly with flights, car collection and Nashir’s team were always on hand if we had any Q’s. Overall a very smooth service with a very personal touch to create the honeymoon of a lifetime.

Fantastic experience: My Girlfriend and I were looking for a holiday to go on and we're giving lots of options which were all amazing! After choosing one, the whole booking process was really easy. I was amazed at how much was included in the package and how every single part of the holiday was planned, even the transport from the airport to the hotel and back. It was reassuring being able to call and speak to Nash and Kishan and they would always get back to questions I had messaged them really quickly. Overall the experience was perfect! Truth be told, we couldn’t really afford the holiday we desperately wanted! But somehow, you made it happen. But beyond that, imagine our amazement when we arrived to find you’d upgraded our standard room to a junior suite with an ocean view. We couldn’t believe it, we felt like royalty - the room was like something from the movies! There was even a cake with our names on waiting for us. The service and quality of everything in the hotel was immaculate, right on the beach, gorgeous food, with a full gym, spa, tennis courts and stunning pool, surrounded by lush green hilltops. The place was completely magical. I will not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone who wants an incredible travel experience - and I can’t wait to book my next holiday with you. To add some context to this, I was always a 'find where you want to go and hunt for the best value that the internet can find' kind of buyer when it came to holidays... and then I met Nash. We discussed my requirements in great detail... and I was instantly sold on the tailored solutions that Nash provided with our quotes for multiple destinations. Fantastic experience: Dear Nashir and team, Thank you for arranging my recent holiday to Atlantis in Dubai. Firstly, when you said I wouldn’t want to holiday anywhere else I think you were certainly right as it was absolutely fantastic and well deserved of its 7-star status. From the moment we arrived we were treating like V-VIPs, nothing was too much trouble the room was amazing with views over the palm, the staff were incredible I literally felt like royalty. The food was out of this world, and we sampled many of the brilliant restaurants onsite such as Nobu and Gordon Ramseys. The manager of the club lounge would make us signature cocktails in the evening whilst we listened to the live music which played every night. The waterpark was like nothing I have seen and the children had the best time. Nashir added extra personal touches everywhere like chocolates to the room and he even arranged a magician to come to our dinner table on the last night and my children are still in awe of him as he was brilliant! After what was a stressful week leading up to the holiday, I was so thankful to have you on hand in case we needed to change or reschedule with your calm and assuring manner but thankfully we all managed to make it there and have the most wonderful week relaxing in the sun. Nashir thank you again your service is second to none and we are already looking at holidays for next year so we will be in touch!

My only brief was that this holiday needed to be a 2nd honeymoon. A Great country and a super location swiftly found in Kapadokya, Turkey - with a beautiful 5-star hotel & spa to stay in! Everything was taken care of with all the information I needed and supplied to me on a platter. But I was running late for the flight on the day - I got to the check in, they instantly knew who I was and took care of us with urgency by getting us through security and onto the plane seats with speed. Within minutes I was on my journey. Once in Turkey, a transfer took us to the beautiful hotel where we were met with some great surprises. This felt like the warmest welcome and a great start to the holiday which certainly felt like a 2nd honeymoon right from the start. I was never one to use travel agents before, but as it was our honeymoon we left the planning to Adarsh, and he truly delivered. We gave our wants and needs and every single box was ticked. They took all my requirements on board, including budget and came back with great options that worked for me. The booking process was ridiculously easy and they guided through, even offering to do check-in for me! When I had to change a date they co-ordinated with the hotel and sorted everything. When I was away I had peace of mind knowing if I had an issue they would sort it, which I didn't need them to thankfully. You can use their expertise as much or as little as you like, but I'd recommend them highly. I will continue using you wherever I may roam - there are only benefits to booking through LTT!
