Fantastic experience: Great holidays this year organised by Laura and the team at Newells, Newquay. Reassuring and great service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Positive experience: Great Hotel with some of the best swimming pools we have had. Room with balcony was lovely. Lots going on if you want activities but otherwise plenty of sun beds. Food was great lunchtime being better than evening meals and fresh cooked fish always available. First time to resort and we would definitely go back

From the minute I stepped through your door, you helped me find a beautiful location, here in Cyprus, Ayia Napa at the Nissiblu Beach Resort. It's a fabulous hotel, all inclusive Plus package. Hotel complex is of a very high standard, kept immaculately clean and tidy. ALL STAFF cannot do enough to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend both Newels Travel Newquay and the Nissiblu Resort. Thank you all for a fabulous, relaxing holiday!

Fantastic experience: I always book my holiday with Laura at Newells Travel in Newquay. I find her to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable. In August I went in to see her as I needed a quick get away. She went above and beyond to find our perfect holiday and eventually she found us a holiday Lanzarote. It was very challenging for her as flights were very limited as it was a late booking and hotels were full but she was determined to find us a holiday. It was perfect. Fantastic experience: IVI Mare Paphos is a Fantastic Hotel, food amazing, accommodation wonderful, Staff very accommodating. The whole holiday was relaxing and the weather was great. We didn’t have a sea view room, which would have been the icing on the cake, the room we had, although well appointed overlooked a road and a building site! It was our first trip to Cyprus and because of the density of Hotels was not what we would normally choose, a quieter smaller location suits us better. Our holiday was for two weeks, the majority were there for between five and seven days so the turnover of guests was high. Debbie from Newells was extremely helpful and diligent with our bookings and sorted out our best options keeping us informed of what was going on even when we were away. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: That's twice now we have used Newells travel Newquay first to Bulgaria and now Majorca and can honestly say absolutely amazing both of them, Newells sorted it all for us, which takes the pressure of me, we went all inclusive food and hotels were amazing, best price, amazing staff at hotel and Newells

Positive experience: All good apart from Newquay airport. Signage very poor getting there in the dark and parking signs far too small. Not enough staff checking in and long queues for security. Coming back the service was excellent!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve just returned from an amazing holiday in Canada, arranged by Tash Pellow at Newells Travel in Newquay. Everything was organised perfectly, from the transfers to the hotels and various transports to different locations. It is my first organised holiday as I usually arrange everything myself, but as I was a solo traveller I thought I would have everything arranged by a professional….. and I am so pleased that I did. Fantastic experience: The Cairo and Nile Cruise was great, fantastic team, James and Emad ‘Dodi’ were brilliant. I recommend Newmarket to anyone, good hotel, great cruise ship. Newells Newquay are 100% as usual, great shop great girls what a team.

Positive experience: Hi Mum and myself had a very good holiday, however there are a couple of points i would like to mention:- Although the flight was good the baggage experience was less than good, on the website of Vueling and on your advice we booked priority seats coming back so we could have 2 bags and be able to store under seat, also we only had a cabin bag onto the flight as instructed. However when we got on the flight we were not allowed to put any luggage under the seat, even though the on plane announcement said we could. As for the cabin bag restriction it was non existent as travellers were brining on full size suitcases and carry-on bags of all sizes and as there was no priority boarding ours bags were stored at the end of the plane and as we were seated at the front we had to wait till everyone was off to get our bags. The Hotel was great but for people who can`t walk far it is too far out of the centre. The Alhambra is fabulous but advise would be to do early morning or latest possible as it is a good 4+hours. Great holiday though Thanks Selwyn

Fantastic experience: Just come back from a great holiday in the Greek islands. Newells organised it all leaving us time to get on with enjoying ourselves, including airport transfers and a ferry. Everything went without a hitch - thank you Newells for making it a holiday to remember

Fantastic experience: I would love to thank Emma Pierce for all her help in finding a perfect honeymoon destination for my daughter and her husband to be. Nothing was too much trouble. My daughter went in with a wish list and Emma went above and beyond to accommodate her wishes. They get married in less than 2 weeks and Emma found them there perfect honeymoon. Fantastic experience: Recently returned from an Ambassador cruise of Northern France, Spain & St. Mary's from Falmouth. My first ever cruise and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was superb and took care in catering for food allergies and in tolerances. The staff couldn't do enough for us and really friendly. Loved the theatre, very professional. We gave them a rough brief of what we wanted and a budget, and we got back much better than we expected. I couldn't get anything close to what they did by searching at home, so to step up from an average hotel to something much finer, and with a whole host of extras too, was a real treat!

Fantastic experience: What a team. Having saved for a big family holiday for 3 years to celebrate a milestone birthday I decided to use Newell's travel as part of the family live in Wiltshire and were flying from Bristol while the rest of us were leaving from Newquay. When Debbie went to book the boarding passes for us, which was last minute, due to one of our party being ill and not sure if they could travel, it was discovered that although my daughter's passport had almost 9 months left on we had completely overlooked the fact that the extra 6 months added by Europe had been recinded leaving her passport 4 days short of the 3 months that have to be left on the return date. Straight on the case, Lilly got an appointment booked for the Saturday, the day we were supposed to be flying from Newquay at the passport office in Newport, and Debbie found a flight from Cardiff on Sunday for my daughter and her son who was going to drive her up to Wales, on the Saturday. Cancelling the Newquay flights for them both, swapping baggage allocation, booking an overnight hotel close to the airport and looking for 10 days of parking flowed almost like clockwork and after a traumatic couple of hours and a pack of tissues all was resolved. By Sunday evening we were all together again and had the most amazing holiday. So thank you, from the bottom of my heart for all you did to enable us to celebrate both mine and my daughter's birthday together as a family in an amazing location.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my Rome city break booked through Newells. I'm not a very experienced traveller and Laura was very helpful and efficient with the arrangements, and patient in explaining how everything would work. The hotel was charming and I saw all the sights I wanted to see, though underestimated the amount of walking involved with the trip I had planned, so suffered from aching legs for a good bit! The food in Rome is delicious and once I had worked out the metro I was away. So much to see if you like historic cities, it needs more than one visit (and booking the major attractions in advance is wise as they get busy). Also, exploring the less well known places once you have done the big four (Colosseum, Roman Forum, St Peter's and Vatican Museum) is a real pleasure after the crowds.

Fantastic experience: We would like to thank Laura ,for organising everything for us. The hotel Benalmadena Palace was lovely, x2 nice pools, one indoor & one outdoor + wet & dry saunas. The staff were friendly & helpful. I was unwell during the holiday ,the receptionist had a Doctor at the hotel in 45mins,great service. Also Mercury Holidays had left us great information on our arrival. They organised a trip to Granada & to Alhambra, well organised . There is a bus ticket you can buy at a Tobacco Store for €2.50 ,we put €5.00 on it . It meant normally to Malaga by bus it is €`1.75 but with the card it was €0.40, you only need one card as if there are more of you , tap it for each person & it tells you on the bus ticket how much you have left. Thank you once again Laura, we had a great time & would not hesitate to book with Newells again all the people at Newells are so friendly & helpful, especially you Laura.
