Fantastic experience: This is our second trip booked through Not Just Travel and we have again had a very positive experience. This time was for our honeymoon where we drove Route 66 from Chicago to LA and then on to San Francisco. We requested a number of changes to our original booking as we changed our mind on some of the details and each request was dealt with immediately. Communication was fantastic and the standard of the accommodations booked for us were all brilliant and well-located. Even when we got into an emergency medical situation, Lloydie in particular was fantastic at helping us change flights and responding to messages in his personal time. We would like to thank all of the staff that helped with a holiday of a lifetime, will definitely be using Not Just Travel in the future and highly recommend.

Positive experience: Had a lovely time at Tunisia stayed at el bore hotel it was very clean lovely friendly staff stunning beach plenty of entertainment on I have been to better all inclusives they ran out of vodka and gin which was bit disappointing the food you could always find something to eat but have had better

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been on a plane holiday for 20 years and even then it wasn’t one I booked myself, so I was clueless. We have done eurocamps abroad and havens etc in the uk. Lloydie made the process so easy for me and gave me plenty of options for flights and a couple of destination options based on our small budget. When I went to check in on the app, I noticed one of the children’s names was spelt wrong, so emailed them and it was sorted immediately. Didn’t want to leave a review till we got back from holiday but we loved it - thank you so much.

Negative experience: One of the worse hotels I've stayed in...the staff were rude ...rooms basic , food was terrible . The pool was under cover. Full of Spanish people who were rude to English

Fantastic experience: We have booked a couple of trips with Lloydie and Not Just Tavel and can highly recommend using them. The initial service provided by Lloydie was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, providing quotes and arranging internal flight transfers in the USA. The after care provided by the team at Not Just Travel was also great, always available when we had any queries and quick to get any information we requested.

Fantastic experience: Claire was an absolute diamond! I’d been struggling to find a last minute holiday as a few requirements made it almost impossible to stay within our budget. However Claire found us a holiday UNDER budget and somehow still met all of our wants and needs….Stress free (for me anyway!) Will definitely be using her for future Thanks again!
