Fantastic experience: Called the Tui Tonypandy store with a list of 5 holiday destinations and hotels, and asked if they could answer a few questions on each and get back to me with answers so I could make a final choice on my holiday. Within 30 minutes Julia was calling me back with all my questions answered, she was very helpful and knowledgeable on each of my choices, and also very patient when I asked more questions. She took all my details and I booked my chosen holiday destination and paid over the phone. Very easy, I would highly recommend Tui Tonypandy and definitely be using them again Thank you Julia!

Lexy is a true Disney expert — her knowledge of the parks, hotels, and everything in between was outstanding. She guided us through every step of the process, answered all our questions with patience and enthusiasm, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. Not only was she super helpful and approachable, but she also went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible. It’s clear she genuinely loves what she does, and that made the whole booking experience so enjoyable. Lexy was an absolute pleasure to talk to and got us even more excited for our holiday. Negative experience: Hired a car for use on our holiday in Portugal. Julia failed to mention the £1599 deposit you have to pay to the company once you’re there. After looking into the company they set up the hire car with, I will be cancelling first thing tomorrow, as they actually ask customers for €2400 as a deposit, according to their own reviews, and charge for pre-existing damage once you return the car. All of this was sprung on me 3 weeks before we leave. Disgusting service and the use of such a poorly rated company leads me to ask questions about the morals of TUI.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful staff at the Tonypandy branch, they take care of everything and can answer any questions you may have, by phone or calling into branch, you get this online! Definitely recommend and they price match too. Thank you Garry and Louise

Fantastic experience: Went in to TUI Tonypandy and had excellent help from Tasha to organise our multi generational family holiday. We were able to take her ideas away with us and have the time to discuss each suggestion, then make our informed decision. We went back to book once we had established that holiday leave from work had been granted. Tasha welcomed us back and booked everything for us and sorted out our insurance. She is friendly, patient and really helpful; she worked through our long list of queries and set our minds at rest. The rest of the team at Tonypandy were really friendly and made a wonderful fuss of my 3 year old grandson. We felt so special, as though nothing was too much trouble. By the time we got back to the car all of the paperwork was in my inbox. Thank you Natasha and the team in Tonypandy!

Fantastic experience: We initially visited Cardiff Bay but left because we were kept waiting while the staff appeared to be making phone sales. It was too much for us to handle with a toddler in tow. On the other hand, I cannot recommend the team at TUI Tonypandy and Tasha enough. They made us feel incredibly special when booking our holiday. The personal touch they added to the booking process significantly reduced our stress levels. I have always preferred booking online, but this experience was truly exceptional. If the customer service for the holidays is as remarkable as the team we encountered, I will be thoroughly impressed. While the rating system only allows for a maximum of five stars, I would give them even more if I could. I never imagined that booking a holiday could be such a magical experience, but this team made it happen.

Fantastic experience: We went down to book a holiday with no idea where we wanted to go. We sat with Julia for almost an hour while she patiently showed us option after option, in different countries and with different boards from self catering to all inclusive. She listened closely to what we liked to do when we are away and then recommend several places that she thouggt would suit us. It was about “some missing vouchers” for a cancelled cruise last July. Leanne took the details and informed us that “as soon as she knew anything” she would call us.
